As always, everyones experience is different with DIFFERENT PEOPLE HERE. This has been a good place of business so far for me. With certain people having great quality customer service and some there just for the money 💰. AT&T is still a great company and I appreciate the people that work there, that give great customer service(Good will always come back to you). I do also appreciate the ones there for the paycheck, even if the attitude isnt there, maybe they just havent found a job theyre wanting for themselves. They need positive customers as well, this will be to ensure the road ahead will be more appealing instead of dreadful. -- Rocky G.

Went in to get new phone. Only 1 employee working but she was FANTASTIC! Store was busy with 3 other customers besides myself. Kasey was so efficient and capable that she took care of everyone in such a friendly way, that the wait seemed short. Perfect example of above and beyond customer service.

Shaun is the best!! nothing but great things to say about this guy and the positive attitude he has!! so thankful for all of his help. give this man a raise!!

Amanda and Elijah were both knowledgeable and very helpful to get us up and running with new phones. They even called after we had left with a solution to a problem. Kindness rates high in our book and they both have it!

I came in wanting to switch my whole family to AT&T. The staff was so patient and willing to help with every request. It’s rare that I experience service like I did here. Gary and his staff are great. Highly recommend!

The customer service is amazing there. They try whatever they can to help you out. We worked with Gary, Kyrie, and Michael. They all three were very respectful and explained everything to us. Things may of not worked the way we planned, but they were very patient and courteous. I recommend this store to anyone who is searching for a phone service.

Gary seems to be able to do what was impossible for the Flagship store AT&T on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Just wanted to port my old home phone number to replace my cellphone number as I had the home number for years and was moving I wanted to keep it. Gary W. Got it done!

The people at this place for extremely rude. I did not like it and I dont recommend using their services AT&T is not a very good phone service so sorry but its the truth, it is a good place if youre looking for a cheaper phone service though.

These guys are awesome!!! They are very knowledgeable, and friendly!!! They were able to fix my issues quickly, and had me out of there in no time!

Poor service. Upgraded and two days later the iphone died. Wanted to swap out since its within the 14 day period, associate told me its not there policy to switch out and if i did not like it to call att. AT&T said it should be honored in store but the store does not want to help me becsuse they would have to deal with defect. Customer service goes a long way, and this establishment and associate lack it. Should of known when i had to wait an hour to do a 10 minute upgrade.
