I have shopped here for years, excellent prices and fresh produce make the decision not shop here a no brainer. The staff cant be beat. I love this store, its MY store.

Austin and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you cant find it they will help you in anyway they can.

The employees are friendly and do help when needed but I have become frustrated and uninterested quickly when shopping at this Aldi Store. I feel like the products could use more Facing/Zoning(making look nice and in order) so that the customer or personal shopper can quickly and easily find the products they are sent/looking for. Seems like the whole store needs to call the Charleston Illinois store and get some pointers toward having a great looking store and happier customers.P.S. please leave boxes for people to be able to use to transport their purchases.

Beautiful produce, many unique items for home, gifts, etc. Low everyday prices on everything in store. Its normally 25 cents to use a cart, but now all of the carts are unlocked to use (likely due to Covid). Friendly staff and they work very efficiently.

I like Aldis because its easy on your budget. Plus the Food is pretty good comparing to the Brand Grocery Stores out there. Produce is looks as fresh as the others if not more. Yes I do recommend going to Aldis.

Great prices, super fresh produce and a huge selection, would have gave more stars if they were more handicapped friendly. They dont have a riding handicap cart nor do they help with bagging groceries. Being that I my disabled and the store being without the extrahandicap amenities I dont believe Ill be able to shop there again.

Really great prices, and you have quick food & items you need throughout the store without any stress of it being too expensive. It has mostly off brands (non original brands) of their foods, but way healthier foods or organic which is even better.Definitely recommend this place to everyone because it is reliable, healthy, and non expensive!Just always remember to buy bags or bring your own :)

It is just the best..It has a great selection of fruit and Vegetables...cheeses..and lunch meats..everything is at a great price..Tje staff is well trained held up and friendly!!

We shop for all our Basic Grocery needs here. While specialty items are not typically here we find it covers 95% of our needs for about 70% of the cost of other grocery retailers. The non brand name foods are pretty high quality. If you can bring a quarter and your own bags, you wont be disappointed at the price. I appreciate their recent push to have no added artificial dyes.

You cannot beat their prices and quality selections. There are a few items I wished they carried but otherwise it is the best store to shop at. Their store brand items taste almost identical to the name brands they imitate.

Aldis is the best! Midwests Trader Joes for sure! I love going down the Aldis finds aisle and seeing whats new! The food is excellent at an even better price! Great go to for produce, meat, and dairy! Love Aldis!

Bought Casa Mamita shredded beef Taquitos 3-19-2020 and ate a couple last night. I then became severely ill about 10 minutes after eating them and was up several times throughout the night vomiting. The next morning when I checked the date on the Taquitos they had expired 01-2020.

Store has very good prices and it is well organized since they remodeled it recently. I love the pricing here and will use this store frequently.

I only have Aldis, Walmart, County Market and Hometown My Store in my town.... If Aldis is closed I just wait till they are open.... thank goodness for a store like them....

Gotta like aldis if you like fresh European shopping. The prices are good too, but bring your own bags/crates/totes unless you want to pay for pags.

Always make an attempt to check aldi before we go to any other local store. Should always try out an aldi brand product to replace any of your name brands, can save plenty while getting the same quality.

Aldi is a great store. The fresh fruit and vegetables are wonderful. I think the meat is as good as any store out there. Nice selection of everything. recommend Aldi to all my friends. All around a very good store.

We were there after what appeared to be a sewer backup. Considering the amount of cleaning they had to do I would say it was pretty bad.Despite this, the team worked together professionally to clean it up and prevent it from negatively impacting the customers. Their hard work turned what could have been a horrible experience into a pleasant one.Thank you Team Mattoon Aldi!

This Aldis was a little bit higher in prices. I usually shop at the one in Champaign. However, store was clean and stocked. Employees were very helpful.

Like I said before Im not a big fan of shopping but this place is fast and full of goodies.

My favorite grocery store in Mattoon. I find the best quality of foods here for the best value especially the produce! I can purchase my soy milk here and many other products my family consumes. Wish they had dairy-free or vegan cheeses and other vegan options but things like this are ususlly found in bigger cities.They have weekly sales. The cashiers are always friendly. I save a good amount of money buying food and other items from here...and its all exceptional quality. I like the business and how they operate seems to be very economically sound and responsible.

The new store remodel is great. As always it is the horrible staff you hire. The cross-talk between employees is so disrespectful in front of customers regarding the customers being in the way and interrupting them talking from their seats. You get to sit, ring up my groceries, and slam them in my cart? Ill pass and keep going back to Charlestons Aldi, or Ruler Food.

Our mattoon aldis, what can one say whenever i shop there are always,always items out. How can you run out of baquetts? Im waiting for an item now over one month. Was told cooperate decided not to give to us. Im sick hearing that.
