Christine was awful and unwilling to help with general questions over the phone, 1 star for her. But the lady that did our testing was incredible, didnt see a nametag, but she was out in the hut, she deserves 5 stars for answering my basic questions, and making it easy. I was in and out in 5 mins.

One minuite late to my minuite clinic apointment and they can’t help me, that’s insane. I get that I’m the one late. But traffic got me. And it was only a minuite. Terrible.

My covid test was quick and fast and the nurse was very kind and helpful. They did let a man walk in before me who was not wearing a proper mask (he was holding a shirt over his mouth) even though they have signs posted to wear a face covering. I do not feel like that is safe or reassuring when coming to hopefully receive a negative test.

Scheduled a covid test a week in advance for a trip. Cancelled late the night before and have no available appointments any other time. No answers given. Very rude.

This has been my pharmacy for almost 5 years and I have loved the friendly staff and folks in the pharmacy. Today I called the pharmacy and the tech that I spoke to was rude and short with me and didn’t even let me speak. She interrupted and once I answered her questions she hung up the phone abruptly. I had to call back to request for my 2nd RX to be filled. She rudely said “it will be read sometime later today” and hung up. Terrible customer service and rude attitude. Guess I’ll try the other CVS on Butler Road from now on....

I love this pharmacy and drive by others regularly just to go to this location. The staff (Carla and Christina and all the names I cant remember) are always amazing and helpful. I cant recommend anywhere else.

Excellent service. Friendly employees. Typical prices for a major chain store but with pleasant service.

The practitioner I was seen by was very ill mannered. She argued with me with an aggressive tone. Her demeanor was unpleasant and became more hostile as we talked. I wasn’t helped or treated with any kind of compassion or respect and I then went to the ER to get further assistance with my illness l.

Extremely close to where I live. I get my prescriptions here. They are very fast and always friendly.

The pharmacist is rude and so are the workers. They do not want to do their job, like calling the pharmacy help desk to fix a reject code. Instead they handed me the paper and smirked and told me that Medicaid did not cover my sons medicine. Medicaid was his secondary insurance I have him covered under my blue cross from my employer which I pay a lot of money for just to be treated like as a sick mother I have to figure out what the issue is. My benefits center called the pharmacy and they found that the claim was never filed and the workers were also very short with them. Also transferred all of my prescriptions and my sons to a different pharmacy because the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by these workers is unacceptable. Also lodging a complaint with the BBB.

Since I discovered GoodRx I rarely go here. There are usually much less expensive options to get my prescriptions filled, and there are always less expensive options for everything else they sell.

Crapy!! Waited at the drive through window for a long time just to drop a script off had to press the button then this really rude woman tells me to pick it up at 845pm its 7pm when u drop it off. Get there at 9 and there closed !!! After i get my script tomorrow i will not be going back i will never use another cvs pharmacy again bc this is the 3rd time in a row ive got this kind if service.!!

Super friendly staff, but this location feels allot smaller compared to the others in the area. Harder to get in and out of during certain times of the day.
