They deserved no stars at all...Made appointment on line for covid booster at 11:15, it was 12:37 whenI finally received my shot... that was the most unorganized system ever. I dont recommend anyone going for injections there.
This review has nothing to do with the people that work there and I feel bad they have to deal with all this. On top of the pharmacy being short staffed since they offered vaccinations it’s been a regular customers nightmare. Days later my prescriptions aren’t ready. The wait in line is always at least 20 minutes. Last week they could only take cash and now the drive through speaker is broken. There are currently 9 people in line just to pick up a prescription. It’s rediculous and shame on corporate for all of this.
Horrible service. Phones are a nightmare. I have been on hold 4 times today for at least 45 minutes each time. When my spot in line came up, their system hung up on me 3 times. Still on hold for the 4th time. This happens regularly. Now their microphone for the drive thru is broken - so you have to go inside. Transferring my scripts to Publix across the street - I recommend you do the same. Their corporate number is the same friggin way!
Trying to fill a prescription that has been approved by insurance since September 9th! Not able to drive but I have made three trips to the drive thru pharmacy only to be told that They are waiting on approval! Any attempts when calling its Three or more callers ahead of you and then finally Theres one caller ahead of you and call gets disconnected! Since I have nothing but time on my hands or nothing else better to do, I have even called at 1pm and have patiencely but irritability waited until the recording has went from, Three or more callers ahead, Staffs are on break until 2pm, We will hold your place in line.Guess what had happened! Yep! My Call Got Disconnected! How ridiculous is this!? Gotta laugh to keep from crying!
Today is March 20, 2021. I needed a prescription today and the date i got it last refilled was Feb 20, 2021 so I called today to refill and they tell me it’s too early that they can fill it tomorrow. I asked why because the date I last got it was Feb. 20, 2021 and I was told because February had 28 days in it. So if this is true PUT IT ON YOUR PRESCRIPTION YOU GET IN FEBRUARY. This is a medicine I DO need but I’ll wait until tomorrow. Glad it isn’t my seizure med.
I have the absolute worst time with this pharmacy. Most of the people are nice enough, but every single month there are issues with getting my prescription refilled. There have been several times I’ve gone weeks without my medication due to the mismanagement of the pharmacy department here. I’ve always used Walgreens in the past, but it’s gotten to the point I have to switch. Luckily my meds were not medically necessary, but if you have a prescription that you NEED, please do not send it here.
Trying to get a prescription filled here is like pulling teeth. they reject insurance for unknown reasons and theyre insanely hard to contact. got booted off the phone queue twice without being able to talk to someone.
The pharmacy tech Felicia is super awesome and the pharmacist is super awesome also. Went and checked for me that there would be no major interactions between all my meds. Love this pharmacy and the people keeping it moving!! Reccomend to any.

Today I pulled up the drive through pharmacy at 6.20 pm, 40 minutes later I was served. Called to speak to the manager and they were not available. It became clear to me she was answering the phone instead of taking care of the long line at the drive through, she slunk off and another girl took over, when I complained she just ignored me like I was not even there. Miserable experience.
Felicia from the pharmacy is amazing! She’s super friendly, always quick and makes you feel welcomed. Thank you Felicia for always making my Walgreens experience great.
Hope in the photo department was fantastic helping me find my daughter’s “Save the Date” photo cards. I did not realize it was in my name since I was picking up. Hope was kind and courteous never giving up. Great Walgreens. That’s my store.
Worst Pharmacy, went to get a medication filled and they told me they couldnt get my VA insurance to go through, which doesnt make any sense because I was just there the other day and they accepted it. Who ever the Pharm tech that was working today just didnt want to deal with it. Now i have to go through this huge deal to get my meds resent to the VA so that they can be filled.

I’m in love with my new Walgreens! I switched Walgreens and I’ve never been happier when I go to the pharmacy everyone is so nice and welcoming no matter how busy they are. I don’t mean average nice...I mean they go over and above nice!The pharmacist, his name is Tim, is so outstanding that I felt compelled to write this. I truly believe he needs to be recognized for it. I asked him if there was a way that I could talk to the person in charge to let them know how he helped me as I didn’t understand how to fill and measure a syringe from my elderly dog. I asked if I could send him a picture of the syringe that I was given and a copy of the picture of the pain medicine that he’s on. I didn’t know what lines to look for on the syringe because there’s two of them and I didn’t want to give him the wrong amount. Tim took time out of his life to help me and he drew an arrow and showed me exactly how to fill a syringe and show me the exact line to look for on the syringe. He couldn’t get back to me for a while because he was so busy but he found a way. He has no idea what that meant to me because my dog it’s not a dog is my heart and to me after 16 years of us being together, he’s just like a son to me. He actually saved my life once. I would like for someone to please recognize Tim, he’s the only Tim there, and do something special for him as he does for other people. Please, he deserves to be recognized in a special way!The one thing you can’t do is to train people to care! I had the most pleasant experience at the Walgreens in Mauldin, SC, I needed to get some pics scanned for my granddaughters wedding and had the pleasure of working with Kara in the photo lab where she walked me through the whole thing, she was so polite and professional, I wish all businesses had this type of employees.
The staff, managers and pharmacy are very well trained, friendly and make everyone feel welcome. They are even dog friendly.
Pharmacy staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Been going there since we moved here and couldnt ask for a better or friendlier bunch!
