Uh, make sure to take a book to read while waiting in line (especially if shopping during the weekdays). I think their motto is do more with less. However the employees are nice.

I cant believe our local Dollar Tree stores look the way they do. Even before the pandemic, they only had two people working most of the time but this time I think there were at least three. I usually stop there to pick up items to craft with but I didnt have the energy to search thru piles of unsorted items. Luckily I just needed puppy pads which seemed to be in an organized section

If you have time you will find it.

Big clean a lot of stuff including Halloween and Xmas

The store is total mess looks like people ransacked the place! The cashier was rude for putting the basket on the floor! If rude about that. Then clean up the store then! I’ll be shopping by my Dollar tree at least they are clean! Management needs to be fired! Hire some people that know what they are doing! Never go back again!

Dollar Tree -Golden Gate was better stocked than some of the other Dollar Trees I have been in recently

Well all my friends and family know that Dollar tree is my place to go to find the major things that I like and to also find name brand items.You can find everything you need from food, childrens items, medication, clothing, a great assortment of snacks, toys, household items, personal hygiene and body care products,cleaning items etc etc and everything cost a dollar!I have also purchased beautiful greeting cards from them two for a dollar, I did notice that different Dollar 🌲 trees have better selections than others and are more organized

The condition of this store yesterday was totally unacceptable! It was unbelievable the mess in this store. Ive sent in a complaint. There was another review from someone whom had the same experience as me yesterday. Crazy.

This store is a complete mess! Shelves look like theyve been tossed and half the shelves are empty. I see employees working constantly so Im not sure if its the customers that are THAT bad or theyre simply understaffed.

They have a lot of different things and everything is actually $1 or less. Unlike some dollar stores that can have things for more then $1. The stores a bit messy but not bad.

Compared to other locations, items are well stocked and a lot more organized. Almost everything has a proper place. However, with a widely stocked and wide variety location, the store is overwhelming in a sense. But products are easy to find and check out process moves pretty quick. Overall well run location, as I have not had any problems thus far!

Messiest, most unorganized, train wreck of a store weve ever been in. This is my 3rd time coming here, so it looking like this, is obviously a regular thing. Took my hubby in there tonight just so he could see I wasnt exaggerating. He couldnt believe it. Weve both worked in retail and there is no reason for any establishment to be this trashed. The employees are friendly, but wow its a shame such a nice big store would be managed so improperly. Someone from corporate needs to make some regular unannounced visits to this place. Soon.

I find myself in need of hangers, so I headed off to Dollar Tree at Golden Gate Plaza in Mayfield Hts. Ohio. Golden Gate is just that: Golden! But thats for another review! This store is conveniently located and offers just about anything you could find yourself in need of. I found the hangers after wandering around a little while, and found several other things I forgot I need. The store was well staffed, clean and organized. My only complaint would be that a few of the hand carts of merchandise to be unloaded were inconveniently parked in the aisle. The cashier was pleasant and quick to complete my transaction. I will probably be returning to this location the next time I find myself in need of a trip to Half Price Books, which is next door.

They had one cashier working there must have been 25 people inline waiting finally after about 10 minutes in line someone opened another register after someone in-line was yelling that another register needed to be open

Dont shop at the Golden Gate Dollar Tree because they have got a new young girl who calls herself manager and wont do exchanges Beyond 30 Days.... now lets face it, were not asking for money back were just exchanging $1 item for another ....all the other Dollar Trees are happy to make customers satisfied.... this ones going to end up like the other 4 stores at Golden Gate... down the tubes ... if you dont give customer service youre not going to keep those customers

This isnt the Dollar Tree I usually go to, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only was it bigger and cleaner than my usual Dollar Tree, the staff was helpful too. The selection of party goods (what I was shopping for) was especially good.

I have shopped at many Dollar Stores before. This has been the worse experience ever. The store was messy and not organized compared to other stores. The worker that rang up my order was very rude. I will never shop here again! The lady behind me in line, even made a comment to me “ the store over by Richmond has much nicer workers there”. So I wasn’t the only one who felt she was rude.

Its the dollar tree. Everything is $1. Their employees act like the get paid similarly too by their I hate everything attitudes. Then again. Everythings ONE dollar. Still better attitudes than Walmart though!

Really rude older lady works there. Was very shocked at how nasty she was. Everyone else has always been pleasant.

Slow to check out, theres usually a line. There are other workers, but they dont seem to want to work or act like their project is more important than helping the line of customers. When they restock, they like to either have the cart on the middle of the isle and act like YOURE in the way, or loud personal music is being played. Terrible Dollar Store, but its close so I have to go at times.

They have every thing I need,but they will not keep the shelves stoked,if you ask for something that is not On the shelves they will tell you that they are out of it,but you go back the next day and they have it. Some of the cashiers are very polite and will help you take your things to your car,and some cashiers are rude,if you dont have your money out one casher told a lady in front of me I thought you would be ready. Like it upset her that she had to stop what she was doing to open another line,because it is always crowded and dont have enough lines open. You have what people need some keep the shelves full and enough cashiers to check the people out and you have a vetrity great store. Thank you for asking.

This place is very unorganized and messy. The staff is freindly and its a normal shopping experience for the most part until you go to leave with your kids and bags in the shopping cart and they tell you that you arent allowed to take the shopping carts outside. Thats ridiculous.

This dollar tree was very dirty, NASTY. When I got I line there was ONE cashiers and a line of 20 people standing. The cashiers called for backup twice noone came. So costumers started to knock on the manager door and they finally came out but didnt go to the other register until and costumers asked to have another register open.

It is what it is. Dollar stores are not exactly star class establishments. This one has decent stock whenever I go. Its usually very messy and only 1 register open. Cashiers are ok.

Cheap stuff, everythings a dollar. You can literally get anything that you can get from a CVS, but for 1 dollar. Why anyone shops for name brand stuff is beyond me.

They ran out of balloons and helium... There was stock waiting to be shelved, and I had to break my requests for help down to elementary school level directions for the associate.

Nightmare experience. When my husband checkout using the rod to separate staff on the belt, and the cashier stopped him by smashing the rod when he took it. WE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND YOUR ATTITUDE DOES NOT FIT TO WORK HERE!
