Had to give you 5 stars! I often come here to refuel and refresh from my mobile business and the experience has always been positive. The food is excellent, the place is clean and the staff is always courteous and observant. One such person who deserves recognition is -(Saliha). Not only is she adaptive to the needs of logistics but will quickly jump in to help clear a long line of customers. She is certainly one of the best, with her positive energy and friendly spirit. Definitely one of the most beautiful staff members of your establishment. That being said I had another great experience there. Keep up the great work! Its as much a credit to the managers as it is to the employees and the franchise. Everyone benefits when there is a flow of good professionalism.

Used to love this place, but the gas pumps play loud obnoxious commercials. Nobody wants that. Turn them off.

This is my Wawa and always return. Great people at this location.

3/4/17 update: I noted that the customer service was really good, right? Today, the crew evidently achieved a good rating and their manager made good on a promise to have a little pie-in-the-face managerial fun! I just happened to be there as they celebrated, and snapped a couple pics. What a great crew!This is just a WaWa right...? Nope. It really is a bit more. The staff at this place just always seem to be good-natured and they are customer focused.The coffee is GREAT and the food assembled fairly quickly (depending on the time of day) and is always good. Even their preassembled salads are good.Good, clean, consistent place to get gas and a bite to eat or drink.

If you want to be safe dont go to this wawa. They dont care if the customers wear masks or not. At least have the people in there were unmasked and no social distancing.

We always stop at this location when headed back to Alexandria. We have stopped at this location the last four years. Today was the first time I ordered a sandwich and the roll was to damn hatd to chew! I gave four stars, the customer service is excellent!

I stop at this WAWA very often. I cant say that Ive ever had a negative experience. Today, while on my way to work, I used the app to purchase a bagel and a pre made meal (they are super yummy). When I arrived to the store the gentleman asked me about my order. I gave him my name and then he told me that they didnt have the particular bagel I wanted or the particular meal I wanted. The items were easily replaced with similar items. He then gave me a gift card for my troubles. This is customer service and it is much appreciated!

I visit wawas frequently, this stores 32oz drinks are higher then everyone else. Either manager hasnt updated prices or is intentionally charging more the other stores. In the last 2 weeks I have visited 6 wawas in the local Richmond area. So I have a good comparison.

My family visited this store yesterday. When I questioned a Customer Service Associate and the Manager about 4 unmasked customers in the store, I was treated rudely and told by the Manager to go back to my own state. I will be making a complaint to the Corporate office when it opens tomorrow.

I come to this wawa location a lot and every time I come, I get amazing customer service! Everyone is so nice and the manager here treats his employees well. Everyone here seems to love working here and enjoy what they do.

So I think Im finally gonna buy a roll of duct tape and keep it in the door of my truck for these new gas stations that have commercials that scream at you while you stand there imagine why you stand there...

Gotta have Wawa. Love the coffee. Big fan of the limited time coffees. Amazing smoothies and milkshakes. Quick and delicious sandwiches. Cheaper cigarettes too.

Not friendly at all. I guess it depends on who you are. Order couple of sandwiches, there wont be a bag . You will have to take them back to register and get bag . Lousy attitude.

My go-to spot for lunch, quick service and delicious subs. Only thing I can think to complain about is the fact the nacho cheese that they put in the burrito bowls taste exactly like the cheese they use for the Mac n cheese. Its not really bad or anything, just a bit odd.

Great customer service! Manager is super understanding and accommodating to customers.

First of all there was like no gas at a lot of the pumps. Secondly when we did find a pump with gas, there was a whole bunch of problems to get it to work, we then went inside to ask for help and workers were making sly remarks. The workers were rude, lazy, and overall the customer service was just poor. Won’t be visiting this Wawa again.

Like most Wawas, gas prices are low to average, inside the store it is an efficient operation. Clerks are courteous. Only issue​I have at this location is the layout of the fueling area, way too tight a space and way too close to the store itself for the amount of traffic they have at any given time.

Good place to stop off of route 295. Always clean and well staffed. Easy to get in and out quickly.

Good selection on quick grab snacks. Friendly staff. Always busy. Try to stick with daytime visits...a recent Friday night visit reminded me of the bar in Star Wars.

Lots of people not wearing masks. Be cautious.

I went in today and paid about $7 and some change for a decent sandwich and it was falling apart, not cut all of the way, and Mayo was everywhere. I learned my lesson, and I won’t be back 😒

Lots of snacks to choose from. Staffing at peak business hours is usually good. Service can be slower during off-peak hours.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My fiance and I went here for a sandwich, and ended up walking out while they were making it. We were watching as they made our sandwiches and the guy said to us with an attitude Can I help you with something? I replied Can we not watch as you prepare our food? He then mumbled something under his breath. I told him to keep the food and asked for a supervisor only to find that the supervisor was standing along side the nasty employee. He never once corrected him or said anything. The supervisor then tried to give us the sandwiches free but I declined and left. I later called to get the corporate number so that I can report the incident to them.

I stop in here maybe 8-10 times a year late at night. Staff is always friendly and its kept clean & tidy. This Wawa is the one thats made me a fan of the brand.

Wawa why is it that a company with so much money does not have a baby changing station?! My Mom chose to stop at this Wawa (rather than Dunkin Doughnuts )because she loves the coffee here. Well after being disgusted at having to change me on the bathroom floor she didn’t even spend a dime. 😡

Wish was would go more south/east, I have loved this chain every since childhood! The made to order food, the doughnuts, and the coffee!!!!

Probably the slowest Wawa deli Ive ever been to. Decent everything else. Awfully slow deli that decided number 46 should be processed after 50-91.

Love me some WaWa and all of the friendly team members. We go out of our way every morning just to visit this store. Sheree, Vaunda, Nicole, Jacqueline, Latriece, Melissa and Tim always greet us with a smile and handle our orders rapidly and make us feel welcomed.

Best place for a quick sandwich. Also good smokes selection.

This particular WAWA is very clean while courteous staff create a family atmosphere with helpful attitudes.

Folks working there were super duper nice. We came in around 11 pm coming home from the beach, and carried our sleepy child inside for a break. The customers left something to be desired, but again, the people working were particularly nice. Food/menu wasnt as good as other Wawas, but the quick and friendly service made up for jt.

This place is always out of whatever you want most. If you want a chicken Philly, then please know that theyd most likely be out of chicken. If you want a macaroni bowl, then theyll be out of macaroni. Just purely an inconvenience. Especially when you are just trying to get something to eat before your lunch break ends.
