DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will do nothing but use COVID as an excuse to not help you!! Wouldn’t even walk out to my car and point at a part to tell me what it was! DOWN RIGHT PATHETIC!! Went to Advanced Auto Parts and they have no problem walking out to your car to help you!! CARS ARE ESSENTIAL GUESS ORIELLYS IS TOO STUPID TO REALIZE THAT!!!!

Good service even though it was auto parts related. Store is clean and organized . The being it is a place UPS they use to leave drop off missed items ordered to deliver my residence. As I missed it to sign for that was were it was taken the next business day. Driver left a UPS note to contact Advanced Auto Parts for me to come and pick it up. So it does other services than auto parts. Im not sure if they ship parcels may wanna call and check.

Excellent experience. The saying used to be 3 visits for evey part u buy at an automotive parts store...because the stooge behind the counter will always screw it up and you will have to return it but they wont have it and will have to order it. But over here not the case. They know what they are doing and this evening an employee took the time to show me his lights on his vehicle after i described what i needed and it was spot on. I like knowledge and input in a place like this not a robot punching a key board.

New in the area. The gentleman were very helpful, friendly and quick with assessing the problem with what little information I had. Seem to have more in stock than other auto part stores in the area. Definitely will return if other parts are needed in the future!

Call before I drove to store. Called and asked if they have a spill free funnel so I can get the air out of cooling system. They said yea they have one. But when I got there they didnt have one.

Chris has gone out of his way to help me figure out problems with my 91 s10 blazer. One ex. I had a huge gash in one of my tires and i wasnt able to find anywhere that had the key i needed to get the tire off but he assured me that we could get it done and within an hr i had all the parts/tools i needed to get back up and runnin.I would highly recommend going and talking to chris about any concern you may have or questions.Thank you for all the help and this is the only place imma be comin for parts!

They had all the hard to find parts I needed. Didnt have to go to different location to piece together my order, or wait to have it shipped in. Great staff, and very clean store.

I went in looking for one thing. Found it in a few minutes, employee helped me checkout. All told, in the store for 5 minutes. They carry everything for a car.
