Had issue with my Mazda 3 wouldnt start all icons on called for an appt she said 2 wks is that ok...NO its not..been getting this car serviced at mazda..not this dealer we r new to area...for 6 yrs never had to wait that long for appt always right away...so luv this Mazda & would probably get another one but guess what...if this is the service at this dealer will probably b looking elsewhere
Great place to get your oil changed
Needed emergency services since my car broke down (Im from San Francisco). They flat out told me that this will only be possible by appointment and that would take a week. Bad representation for Mazda - dont bother if you are in such a situation.
My appointment was at 11 am I got here at 1030 am its now 1250 and Im still here I hope they are throwing in a free wash and wax job thats why they are taking there time
