Ok, so, I was given a couple of gift cards so I went in to redeem them and I came across my new favorite scent, raspberry chiffon. Its fruity, sweet, and not too strong. I often get compliments on how good I smell. I liked it so much, I got the whole collection.

I always slab to much! I love the people and the product!

This is my happy place. I can be there for hours. The sales are the best. You can mix them with your coupons they send you.

This is probably my favorite store lol. It smells amazing, and although some of their items are pretty expensive, they have deals and sales pretty often, so its definitely worth stopping by if youre in the mall. My favorite is the little scents for the cars, i usually stock up on them when i get the chance.

Please, please bring back the Moon Light Path untra shea body cream. Used for years and having a hard time finding any other that I like. Big mistake to eliminate!!!

I love going here I call it the smelly store but only good smells and there is always new scent to try even if I dont need anything I always buy something.

Love getting my body wash and lotion here. It can be dangerous to the wallet though. Always tempting me with coupons and specials. My fave is the Ocean line for men. I also liked Atlantic and Fresh Water. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dont forget your sanitizer.

There are so many associates in your face and OVER the top smily sales people its uncomfortable. The sales feel pushed on you. Of course the prices are high but darn it I like their fragrant soaps.

From a consumer standpoint, Bath and beyond is very welcoming and inviting. I walk in too many pleasant aromas and testing tables Which have a wide variety of seasonal Winter and fall perfumes and aromatics at the moment.From a critic standpoints, I also recommend Bath and Body for the courteous and very helpful associates and customer service they have there.I have been to this part of the mall multiple times, and I plan on visiting there many more times in the future.5 stars! Great staff and welcoming to all.

This is always one of my favorite stores!! But this time was better than my usual visits because they finally got black cherry Merlot in bigger bottles and not the tiny travel sized!!

I purchased the Crushed Candy Cane candle because I absolutely love the scent. I lit my candle last week and the three wicks “combusted” into one large flame and I had to cup my hands around the candle and blow it out. As a result, hot wax spattered against my face and chest area, leaving immediate burns that turned into ugly blisters. A week later, and those burns are now scabs that will most likely leave scars. I am terrified to use my other candles now! I tried to reach out to the website, but no response.

I use to love this bath and body but I’ve called the store and gotten the rudest answers and was even put on hold for 20 minutes when asking about what time they close. Very disappointed and will not be going to this location

I love this place! The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I once had to return a scent that smelled great from the bottle, but funky on my skin. They apologized and helped find something better. Theyre eager to please and are polite even if youre just looking around.

Mary Jo cuts my hair perfectly! The salon is comfortable, shabby chic, and offers a cup of tea or coffee..nice amenities. I highly recommend Panache.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I usually dont shop here but now have teens for whom I purchased several items for Christmas. Also stopped by for their 75% off sale after Christmas. Bought some body spray for $3.13 and hand soap for $3. Probably would not purchase at full price, but will be back next holiday season.

Super happy with the store and the associate who helped me. It was during their Clearance in July sale so I really stocked up on my favorite scents like Moonlight Path and was so happy they brought back Forever Red!!

Smells wonderful in here. Great products. Quite expensive products. They have great Mothers day candles in right now that smell wonderful. Check out at the back. Sanitizers are good prices. Yesterday they were 5 pocket sized ones for $6. Seemingly clean store. Mostly gifts for women. Car scents are great for prize gift bags

Morgan is the best. Go see her! She knows her products and is always so friendly!! The soaps work great at removing grease and gunk from your hands.

I go to Medford about once a month to this Bath & Body Works to buy the Wallflowers. This staff is so friendly theyre also very helpful with anything you need I recommend highly.
