Tried to return a skirt I bought there, they would not accept my return. I had the receipt, brought it within their 14 day return policy, I never even wore the darn thing. They still wouldnt accept it. They made up some stupid reason about not accepting returns on their leather skirts. They would not give me store credit either. It doesnt say anything about leather skirts on theyre return policy. Never shopping there again.

I used to shop at Epris. I bought a pair of shoes at Epris last week, when I was paying for the shoes I asked about the return policy and the lady that works there said 14 days to return. I asked again, how many days I can return and very impaciente the lady answered 14 for returns. I had to return the pair of shoes I bought and at the store the lady said that no money back store credit only. I was in the 14 days return as she said but she didn’t told me that no money back store credit only. I questioned her why she didn’t told me that on the day I bought and she said she did told me. I had a person with me in both occasions and the person said she didn’t mention the store credit. I don’t recommend this store for your shopping, I was mistreated and I was followed by an employee while I was shopping there. The sales people in there are not friendly. Don’t go there.

Daughter purchased a pair of shoes. She tried them on with her dress a few days later and they broke. Store wont exchange or refund money.

Bought a $40 pair of jeans that I wore once. I washed them once and jeans ripped out by the front pocket. I couldnt exchange them because I washed them even with the receipt showing I just bought them! Im pretty sure you should be able to wash jeans without them falling apart. The owner had no customer service skills at all!

I bought 3 tank tops that I tried on when I got home And unfortunately did not fit properly. I went back to the store with the receipt and tags. The woman behind the counter denied my refund and told me that it was against store policy because I took the tags off. I wasnt even offered a different size. The shirts had not been washed nor had any rips. Ive returned many items in my life and as long as I had tags and the receipt it has never been an issue. Buyers beware!

Rude OWNER. Me and my friend asked to try on a dress & she said sorry we don’t have big sizes. There was a size xl, large, and medium in the dress I wanted. I’m 150 pounds sorry if I look to big for your cheap China made dresses.

I went inside to get a skirt and the only sizes were larger for every skirt in there and I asked if they had more and she said those were the only ones. I feel like if you have a clothes store you can’t have one size so that sucked.

I tested a perfume and I bought it and the actual thing smelled nothing like the tester and they told me that they smelled the same. The tester smelled sweet and the perfume I got smelled like Opium😠. They treated me very rudely.Edit: Karma came through! She was too busy telling me that they are the same and this us the one I wanted that she gave me the tester(the one I liked) instead of the gross-smelling one I bought! Still very poor service though.

The worst shopping experience, their return policy ( not returns allowed) is nonsense. Their clothes line is poor quality made in China cheap material and expensive... please read the policy before you want to waste your money there. You could find another store with way better quality and price. Don’t fool yourself here.

Now that I’m seeing other people have had horrible experiences here, I can safely say this place needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrible. The ENTIRE staff there is rude and the dress quality was horrible. I was going to pay $114 for a dress that turned out to be extremely see through. I ended up not getting that dress and finding one for $196 that looked lovely on me. Even though I saw the beads popping off in the fitting room, I was willing to deal with it because prom was in 5 days and I NEEDED a dress. The lady who was working told me I could pay half of the price now and pay for the rest of it over the next 2 months, but I could keep the dress. It sounded fishy, but she explicitly told me that’s what I could do. I came back later that day to pick up the dress, paid for it, then the guy wouldn’t give me the dress. I told him that’s not what the other employee said earlier, and I even talked to the lady the day before when I came in the first time! Even she was super rude the entire time I was in there. She was slamming things around and getting annoyed because I wanted a specific kind of dress. NOBODY in that store says please or thank you and no one acts friendly at all. Anyway, the guy started yelling at me and making fun of me because apparently I was the idiot for what the other associate told me. He said he could give me my money back, and I told him to do so. Then he said “You can’t shop here anymore.” He then pointed at the sign of the store policies and I was so upset! He didn’t say anything to me before I returned the dress then I couldn’t help but cry because I was so stressed out. He said, “Get your mom to come buy it for you.” I then told him it’s my money, I am an adult, and I’m never coming back. He yelled, “What’s the problem? You got your money back!” And I left the store. NEVER come here. The worst customer service I have EVER received.

I came to Epris to buy a dress and brought my daughter and her friend. They tried on clothes with me. The employees tried to take my purse; I had to show them my Oregon DPSST Identification to keep it in the dressing room and advised them my purse cost more than the dresses themselves!!! While I tried on clothes and then denied the girls the chance to try on clothes on the chance I would not buy anything🤬🤬🤯🤯. I will never come here again!! Apparently, it’s their policy!

Very impolite service with ridiculous policies cant have my drink in the store as if Im a toddler who will spill for one its a mall with a food court maybe they shouldnt operate in and then not allowing my daughter to try on shoes with her dress in the fitting room made her walk out inti main part of store to try shoes on as if we would steal I understand that people do but to treat the majority of customers in such a manner is poor service in my opinion I wanted to take my money elsewhere but my daughter loved the dress so I ended up purchasing from them

Horrible owners. They accused my daughter of shoplifting while trying on clothes and forced her to leave. Stay far away. You can find better else where. If I could give negative stars I would.

Was in here shopping for last minute top for Halloween and there was some other customers in there trying stuff on. Mall closes at 9. It was 8:46 and I asked to try one more top on (BECAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT) and she told me no we’re closed.Rude.

Was just in to return shoes that didnt fit. The xashierbwas extremely rude. Wouldnt even respond to questions asked. Let alone would she return my never been worn high heels. I would never recommend supporting this business.

I walked in today to look at formal dresses but, when i walked in i didnt get a greeting. I asked to look at the dresses and most of them were literally falling apart. I think if i made my own dress it would last longer then these. -40000000000/10. By the way if you dress diffrent they will stare and pretend your going to steal and stalk you all over the store.

42.99 jeans couldnt try on with shoes had to buy the jeans just to try on with shoes. Then i turn around walk to the counter and they said I cant return them for the money store credit only. Then they give you a 60 days to use the credit. BEWARE

Worst customer service ever. Sucks that their service is so horrible because they have very cute clothing and I would love to shop there but the girls working in their are so rude I don’t even want to give money to the business any longer. I don’t suggest this store to anyone only due to the staff.

The store was large and had a lot of selections.The price range was varied and had some good sales as well.For the most part the staff was very helpful and polite. They were even kind and helpful enough to find more selections in her size for her to try on while she was in the dressing room. Although, one ridiculous rule they informed us of was that no matter where you are traveling from to shop youre only allowed to try on 9 formal dresses per visit. My daughter picked a lot of different dresses to try on and a few prom dresses.Store employees informed us that I, her mother, was not allowed to be in the dressing room with my daughter to help her with the dresses. I can only look at them from outside the door. And if she cant zip it up she has to partially come out of said dressing room for help. Not sure why this policy is in place but it is not consumer friendly, leaves the child (or adult) partially exposed to public and makes it difficult for expedient clothing shopping.Another issue I had was while my daughter was trying some things on I was gathering other clothes for her to try on. I brought them to the outside wall near the dressing rooms to show them to her when she came out next. While I was waiting for her to put on a dress to show the additional clothes two separate staff members, one seemingly the owner or manager, came to me to inform me that I cannot give her more clothes and that they have to give it to her. Which I am aware of because that is a pretty common practice in stores to alleviate theft I guess. I told them both I was aware and was merely showing her more options before having them bring them to her to swap out more clothes for the max allowed.Everyone that was shopping in the store looked like they had the money to buy clothing there. Yet they watch everyone like a hawk and make people feel like theyre doing something illegal by trying on clothing. Maybe they need better loss prevention but they make everyone feel like possible thieves. Very unprofessional uncomfortable store to shop in.Speaking as a consumer, its really unfortunate that the business treats their customers this way. After all, we are the reason the store stays open and they make any money at all. We are their livelihoods. We should be treated better.

If I could rate negative 100 I would. Went with my mom to buy my sister a prom dress drove and hour and a half paid 150 got the dress home and it was falling apart. Called to ask about returns was told too bad asked to speak to the manager was told by the same sales associate that he said no and then she hung up on me. Horrible customer service! And they didnt care they sold us a crappy dress.

Owner was so rude to my 2 year old daughter even asked us to leave. Ive never in my life have been treated with disrespect. Never again will I shop at that store. Clothes isnt even high quality Its cheap looking and expensive prices. I Hate the owners for how they were with my daughter and I .

Rude staff and even worse return policy. I paid $50 for a dress and the hem unraveled after one wear. I wanted to return it and the girl I spoke with was incredibly rude and said all sales were final. Save your money and avoid the frustration. Dont shop here.

Wish I could rate them a big 0. Customer service was awful. FYI They don’t return or give store credit. I literally bought a dress not even 24hrs before and they wouldn’t take it back.

Every single pair of Jeans are 34in in the length. I would have bought 6 pairs if the length was right! 100 pairs of jeans and all are 34in length! So dumb
