The new lady that works there was super rude. She told me no dogs were allowed but I told her this here is my SERVICE dog even though that I had my SERVICE dog badge on and also my SERVICE dog pouch with all of my documentations inside. She said the the owner of the store told her that the dog has to have vest on at all time before you can enter the store. I told her that a SERVICE Vest is not required, then she got even more rude and snobby about it.Please read number. 4SERVICE DOGS VS. FAKES: 5 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOWWe’ve come up with a list of five things you need to know about service dogs and the law.PORTLAND, Ore. — People love their dogs. They take them everywhere. But are some pet owners going too far by bringing their dogs into grocery stores and restaurants? Are they abusing the system? To clear up any confusion, we’ve come up with a list of five things you need to know about service dogs and the law.1. Dogs are NOT allowed in grocery stores and restaurants.Oregon law prohibits all animals except for service animals in grocery stores, restaurants and other food establishments. For most people that means your dog needs to stay at home. Only service animals are allowed.A sign denotes only service animals are allowed in a store2. Service dogs are trained working animals. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) clearly defines a service animal as animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. They are not pets.“They have a particular task. Hours of training go into a legitimate service animal. They are working,” explained Sandy Lissman, who raises puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind.3. Therapy and companion dogs do NOT qualify as service animals.Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support are not covered by the ADA. They are not allowed in grocery stores or restaurants, even with a doctor’s note. Other laws do protect owners’ rights to use them when it comes to air travel or housing.4. Service dogs do NOT need identification.Vests, tags or other accessories are not legally required or recognized for service dogs.5. Business owners can ask two questions. That’s it.Under federal law, there are two questions employees can ask. First: Is this dog a service animal required because of a disability? Second: What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?“Both of those questions are ways that businesses can check whether or not someone has a service animal or not,” explained Emily Cooper of Disability Rights Oregon. “The reason why the questions are limited is so people with disabilities aren’t having to choose between purchasing a gallon of milk, and their rights to privacy and going about their day like you and I would.”

Ive been shopping here since they opened. I used to hit this store everyday. The people are all nice. Cant go here anymore due to Mngr. allowing & even encouraging people without a mask to enter. On my way out a gentleman was coming in without a mask. I pointed to my mask & he started to turn around. Thats when Mellisa said its ok come on in. NO ITS NOT OK! In fact its ILLEGAL. Pretty sure theres a BIG FINE for this behavior. If you want to GAMBLE with YOUR life thats ok. Its NOT OK to gamble with mine. Its disappointing I will miss the people & convenience.

Always friendly associates. I like this one the best because of the employees. I would like it better if it had styrofoam 44oz cups. The ice melts to quickly in the paper cups

The tall skinny man that wears the blue starter shirt and a Seahawks shirt said if I touch him inappropriately he would let me get a free refill on the soda machine. Easy 2 1/2 minutes ever for a free refill on my diet pepsi

How aweful. I am so disapointed in this place. 8 1/2 months pregnant and my car broke down so i walked over a mile praying to just get to the bathroom went to crown bc i had to pee so bad i was having contractions and the the short girl with long hair in a braid absolutly refused to just let me use the bathroom. Yea its not for public use but also a costomer walking with a gas can in hand so far along in pregnancy maybe u could make an exeption! What a disgrace! What is wrong with you people to treat your loyal customers that way.

This is the most drama fueled store. Was very unimpressed at how unprofessional the employees & manager Terri act in front of the customers!! Had to stand and listen to their arguments before even getting rang up, then got my order interrupted by the manager arguing with her employee again and yelling at me, a customer. I will go out of my way not to shop at this store again, or any crown market, if this is how employees act.
