Crystal with Clinque was just wonderful in the Medford Ulta store.The whole store is just great, and so helpful, even when you have to return items (as you cannot use testers yet) Norley was just great too! Love this store!

My all time favorite Beauty Store

I’ve came to ulta for years and never had an issue until today. I have a gift card, they told me I couldn’t use it in store so I paid $20 cash. I was told I can use it online, I couldn’t fit all the numbers so I called the management was no help she didn’t even know what gift card I was talking about. I even went to chat and went as far as to tell them I’m never coming back or giving them my business again. She did not care. Here I am just trying to buy makeup online and they have made my morning a nightmare. I will tell my friends to never come here again. I’ll take my money to Sephora! I’d think people with brains would work here but it’s a makeup store so clearly not 🤣

Love the customer service. One of the pallets by Morphed was out that I really wanted. Shopping this close after Christmas is normal for low stock. But still got my Urban Decay Perversion mascara.

First visit - overwhelming.

I did a buy on line pick up in store and they cant tell me when itll be ready. I did this to pick it up after work and ordered in the morning. I did a 9.5 hour shift and its still not ready and now the store is closed. Customer service wont refund me. Not convenient at all-I could probably order this from amazon and have it sooner.

The gal working was very helpful. I hadnt been in since the summer and couldnt find a product I had previously purchased. She was more than happy to look up my past purchases to help me find it again.

The sales team were very helpful, the young lady who helped me was kind enough to help me find what I needed.

Went in to get shampoo with a toner. Never have been to this store before. Asked one person on the floor for help, she basically pointed to the back of the store and I was on my own. They were out of the conditioner so I asked if it can be ordered. It took the girl at the resister almost 20 minutes to get that done.

Ulta has a really great return policy. They also are great about helping you find the right product. The store is hard to navigate if you dont know exactly what you are looking for.

I love my make-up. But I also give a good listen to Sales people. I did change mascara & brow pencil. She highly recommended this line. Why not.. love good input. Very professional, helpful & friendly. Try it ull like it. Also b open minded to suggestions,, its fun. Thank U

I am not a makeup gal.I can barely apply mascara.I came in because I want to make sure I look professional at work, but not overdone and I certainly dont want have time or patience to learn to contour and I dont want to spend that kind of money either.Bryan was amazing! He got me what i needed and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. He listened and made sure to teach me the things he did so I could do them at home myself and I am absolutely thrilled withthe results!I cant thank Bryan enough for his patience, kindness & expertise!

I love Ulta!! They have all the high end beauty and drug store beauty products I love. Plus an awesome brow waxing station and salon! The girls are wonderful and great and helping you find what every you need. Plus the restock all the time so there is always something new to discover!

Nice store. Lots of choices. A little bit crowded together in there, and despite the large selection, they didnt have exactly what we wanted, but we had some good assistance and found stuff that would work.

Took two steps in the door and the heavy fragrance was like getting maced. That place needs to be aired out. Anyone who uses that much perfume needs to bathe more often

Absolutely love this place!!I would suggest to have more workers on the floor to help costumers at times Ive had to wait 5 or more minutes for help but when I receive the help they are amazing. Always know exactly what Im looking for and the are always in a positive attitude:)

I’ve never truly had a bad experience with past employees. Though today (5/31/19) we asked for a sample on foundation and it seemed like everyone got bothered. The lady gave horrible customer service with attitude. I work in the same plaza, basically the same position, so I know and understand what giving great customer is; it’s not what I received. Never have I received this treatment anywhere. I’ve received samples from other Ultas except this one. Brining out the manager when all I asked if I could get a sample was absurd. I wasn’t being being stubborn all I asked was for a sample and they immediately called out the manager. Shouldn’t the employees know whether or not they can give samples? To top it off all the other employees looked at me as if I was stealing. My client asked me to get a sample for her for her wedding, I explained this to them. But all they said was “bring her in and we’ll match her”. Though that’s what exactly what my client did not want to do. I hope the manager of Ulta talks to their employees as to how to respectfully talk to customers.

Great deals! I was able to get an early Chirstmas present for my sister with a free gift with purchase sale. ☺

On weekends it us pretty busy which equals long lines, so it is better to go on weekdays. Pretty expensive for the most part. But good place for gifts, and gift cards. Some people would find cheaper things at your local drug store.

Customer Service is minimal or non-existent, it appears employees are stretched, overly busy. Called the salon to inquire about a service they provide and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.

Store was good(parking lot is horrible) lots of back to school shoppers but I wasnt in a hurry this visit so I was able to get through the store without feeling rushed and frustrated. Employees were helpful and friendly. I walked out with a new pressed powder and a new perfume and they even made sure I got my complimentary overnight bag. 😀

The employees are always very friendly! I come in for specific items, and rarely leave with just that item! Hefty prices, but most of us know that before we go in.

I like the company but my store rarely has stock of anything. It IS the only one in my area for, like, two hours, so that explains a lot. Good biz.

Jacquelin does the best eyebrow wax ever!! She is gentle and very professional. She doesnt change the shape of your brows, but enhances it. Love her work.

I was greeted by one of the Sales Associates whom greeted me politely and asked me if I needed any help. She assisted me in finding the item I was acquiring about. She even told me about their ongoing sales and promotions. Unfortunately they didnt have alot of sales going on right now but a free bag with the purchase of Juicy Couture Purfume.

I love and hate this place because of youd ever been there you know your dropping all your dough on some fancy ass makeup and perfume. This place has everything except for free stuff they need to look into that. Pretty much I get lost in there for hours. Cray.

Im honestly super disappointed. I drove all the way from Cave Junction (1 1/2 hours) to grab some Christmas gifts. When i got to the counter i asked the lady helping me if she could check if they had an item in stock in the back because there was no more on the shelves. She said, I dont think we have those anymore. So i asked if she can double check since she wasnt 100% sure and she said Im here all the time and I havent seen the product. So when I left, I sat in my car and called to see if they had the item in stock and they totally did!!! Im so pissed. Not only did i drive an hour and a half, but customer service was rude about it and I didnt get the item that I orginally came for that they had in stock the entire time. I understand that its Xmas time and its busy but maybe you guys should hire people on hand JUST to make runs to the stock room to see if items are in stock since that seems to be such a big thing and the Ulta employees dont want to help at all. Complete waste of time.

Ulta is a great place for good brands and occasionally great deals on all things Makeup and body.

My first time there and was assisted by very friendly associate who demonstrated an eyebrow product on me. I bought it and am so pleased I went there .

I walk into ulta. As I always do. Excited about new products that the store has to offer. The only employees in the store are white. Which I have no problem with.. no one should. As I walk around just simply looking, I immediately have three employees follow me around the store. Whispering. I heard one whisper watch her, she looks suspicious. There were a few others shopping, but they were all white as well.. when I confronted them on how I felt uncomfortable, they completely made up a story and denied....moral of the story is, dont judge a book by the cover. Not only is it disrespectful, but petty and childish. Medford Oregon Ulta= Never again.

If I could give no stars I would it was awful. We first arranged an appt. For my daughters hair to be relaxed online at 7. We even called and asked if that was going to be okay. They said yes no problem well have her whole head done In a few hours. We show up and they tell us that they cant do her whole head and then say if we wouldve came in hours earlier they could have. But our appt. Was at 7 why would we come any earlier? So then they say they are only going to do a strand of her hair for a tester, which was very disappointing we were told it was going to be done when we walked out the store I had to stop my daughter from crying. She then washed a strand of my kids hair. And we were sitting waiting for the next step that never happend because they never had the treatment in the first place! they then said to check in, in a week or 2. So my daughter almost left In tears she then said earlier to me that week about the James Charles palette. So I said to her to make her more happy I would buy it and they were advertising it so I assumed it would still be there we looked for about 10 minutes until I said lets ask a store representative. We asked and they said they ran out of those months ago. Im very upset so we are trying Sally beauty instead.

The all day wear from urban decay full coverage foundation totally oxidized after 20 minutes. And my face was orange all day . and it was expensive. No good

Staff here was friendly and helpful :) I had to switch my address and get my birthday gift so a line formed and they called other cashiers so the other customers didnt have to wait. Way better than the ones in Kansas :)

Well, I was to Recieve a gift if I purchased a product of Perricone M.D. They didnt have it. They apologized, but I felt they really didnt want to do what need to be done. My friend also was Recieve a gift for what she purchased. I felt. Ultra should represent products better, by saying to consumers if gift packages are out of the store. When traveling more then 80 miles. It would of been nice to be helped little more.

Makeup, perfume, shampoo, condition, moisturizer, face wash, toner, scrubs and masks. You get the point. No more cheaper or expensive than other beauty supply stores. Drugstore products are 3-5 dollars more here. I dont go here that offten. Like other reviewers I agree their costumer service is abysmal. I dont need my hand held through shopping or anything like that. But I was literally walked away from when THEY asked if I needed help finding anything. All I was looking for was cleansing conditioner. Maybe its because I only wanted the one thing or me not being settled on a brand. I dont know. They also bagger you for an email or phone number or whatever. They finally got mine.

Just used my points and got almost $150 off of my purchase. I used coupons as well and ended up saving $280 and only spending under $25

I got my hair done here and the lady who did my hair was very rude, she dyed my hair but didn’t even cut it after because she and I quote”didn’t want to stay later”. When I had came in the girls hair she was doing before was upset because she did the color to blonde and damaged her hair. This girl has poor experience with customer service. She was impatient and rude.

Place looked like it was going out of business. Lots of empty shelves and old stock on the shelves...dusty! Didnt have the basics or even what I wanted. (A simple top coat for my nails!) Over priced.

So disappointed in the salon. Probably a specific stylist, but my first appointment got canceled 1 hour prior to my appointment because she never ordered the product, then when I went in almost 2 weeks later for my rescheduled appointment, she still never ordered the product, had quit, and Ulta did not have another stylist that had the capabilities of doing extensions.

Very nice people that work there.
