I had a fast leak in my back left tire I stopped at Mr Tire, 4 tires were $700 plus I stopped at Conrads 4 tires were $600 plus I called Grizzly Auto and Paul was able to find me four nearly tires for $250 installed!! While they had it I also had them change my oil. The waiting room was nice everybody there was friendly. People kept coming in speaking with Paul and different staff thet showed me they were friends with a lot of their clients. They were quick and the price was good. Im definitely going to use them for my automotive needs.

Ill start off by saying that I priced tires out at nearly 10 different places before stumbling across Grizzly auto and tire! Literally work in the oil industry and supply places where I get a discount; and they couldnt get me a deal like I got at Grizzly auto!Ill also add that I tried places where I have memberships like Sams club, BJs and Costco!Most importantly thoughand this is my honest opinion, the costumer service was top notch! Paul and his team are courteous and welcoming in a way which isnt seen a lot these days. Youre not a number or just a sale, youre treated professionally and honest. I was given a ride to work while they worked on my vehicle and it was offered to be delivered when finished, if I couldnt get back to retrieve it myself.Theres no doubt about it, when I need tires or possibly other work they offer at Grizzly, theyll be my first choice. I was aware of Grizzly for years, but always assumed it was primarily a tire & oil change shop. I was later informed they were full service so I checked them out. I was pleasantly surprised! Theyve been able to take care of all my needs, from the simple small stuff like mounting & balancing tires, up to quite large projects like replacing significant parts under the hood that require a lot of specific know-how. Im one of those customers that does most of the maintenance on my vehicles because Im particular about the work being done. When I have a job thats outside my skillset, Im 100% comfortable taking my vehicles to Grizzly Auto. It also helps that their customer service is great! Their front desk guy, Ross, is solid. And Ive run into the owner a couple times as well. Really nice guy that shoots it to ya straight. He wont BS you simply to put an extra buck in his pocket. If you probably DONT need a particular part replaced, hell give you his honest opinion.My ONLY complaint(?) is that they dont have weekend hours, so that makes it mildly more difficult for people that work the normal Mon-Fri gigs.

I was experiencing issues with my tire that I thought was due to the cold weather. However, after a few times of watching my tire pressure decrease significantly, I pulled into this sweet local spot. From the door I was welcomed with an amazing warm welcoming. My frazzled self was quickly calmed down because of the customer service given... you know that the familiar at home feeling you get when your mechanic uncle fixes your car! Yeah that kind!Glad to know there are people and places out there that care about what you care about! I thought I was going to need brakes all around and all it was was a piece of metal rubbing. I was extremely impressed with not only the fair price but also how accommodating and professional the employees were. They even offered to give me a ride to my office so I could work while they worked on my car. I recently went back and had new brakes put on and received the same superior service! We found a piece of steel in the rear tire of our new 2019 Pacifica S. I stopped in and Ross said it would take @ 45 minutes to get it on a rack and check it out. I told him I would wait. In just about an hour the van was finished and I was on my way. They visually inspected all four tires and told me the steel was only stuck in the tread. I will recommend them to my friends. I also bought tires from them last year for my truck. The price was the lowest I found and that included mounting and balancing. A great bunch of people.

Had exhauste work done. Was quoted over $500.at another place Grizzly did it for 1$100 and some change. And to top it off.... I didnt need a new muffler as I was told by the other place. Grizzly will get ALL my business from now on!! AND will refer everyone I know to Grizzly!! THANK YOU ROSS!!!!!?

Friendly, straightforward, trustworthy, reasonable, and just plain nice guys. I have used them for a number of years and have been happy with their service. There is a reason they are busy. They do good work. Earning a AAA rating is not easy.

The most ethical car people weve found anywhere. We took our Toyota in with a slipping transmission. It was inconsistent problem. They checked it on their diagnostics and concluded it was likely a computer error. keep on eye on it and if the engine light comes back on, bring it back. No charge! Are you kidding me? Do you know how many places would have had us do a complete transmission rebuild! I could send a 16 year old girl there and she could announce I know nothing about cars and please fix my car and she would not be abused financially. HIGHLY TRUSTABLE, ETHICAL, HONEST. Theyve won our business for life.

Brought my car in for an estimate on front end noise. Received an estimate of $1100 for front brake pads rear rotors and pads, WOW!!Reached out to a friend that works on cars and said he can do the job for cost of parts(owes me a favor) and will save me about $1000. He was amazed at the cost of labor for such a relatively easy job! I understand that a shop needs to pay employees and other operating costs, but this is unreal for such a small job.2008 Kia Spectra EX is the vehicle, which is worth not much more than the repair quote.In response to owners response,I did not ask for worst case scenario at all. I actually told Ross ( who was professional and polite) that this vehicle is not worth a lot and that I really wanted to spend as LITTE as possible, otherwise I would probably just end up trading it in. Ross told me that Putting new tires all around would cost an ADDITIONAL $300 or so (on top of the $1100). My friend, who has been working on cars for over 30 years was amazed at an $1100 charge for a brake job and rotors(on rear only).Treating people fairly including cost actually helps keep or get a loyal customer as opposed to charging unbelievably high prices, that in turn would have that same person never ever think about using a business again and also telling others of the horrible experience.
