The picture should speak enough. This is what you get for 85 dollars??? I came home to the empty spot my wife parks her vehicle in to find oil on the ground. I used to wrench professionally; any good tech knows to double check the plug and filter after an oil change. They would also know to wipe off any residual oil that may not have made it in the drain pain. Way over priced but the vehicle needed and it was convenient. Highly advise avoid them.

A big thanks to Ken! We were on our way across the state when we had a flat at 5:45 pm. Ken fixed up our tire and got is back on the road in no time. Friendly, great service, what more could you ask for!

Great service I was there a couple hrs it was worth it very much Cory was the tech that put new rotors/breaks and calibers on/Ken manager was the best too got me in no appointments needed either. remember this to all what ever u get your vehicle done by these guys u want them to take there time putting parts on or whatever there doing to your do not rush them anyway. I put these guys to WORK and they delivered even though they kept getting hit with curve balls (tensioner went bad, tire couldnt be patched, POWER WENT OUT). Always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle and answered all of my questions without it feeling like they were BSing me.Only reason I cant give 5 stars is bc the customer service kinda fell off at the end like they wanted my car out of their lives (and when I got home I realized my check engine light was on)EDIT: I have to take back the last thing I said. I got a call as soon as they opened this morning from Ken, who asked about my check engine light. These guys do care and really care about service. Theyve earned my loyalty as a customer. 👍🏻

No sense of customer service, or human empathy. I called them as I was in the middle of my tire going flat, and was rushedly told yeah sure, come on in. I got the hint and said cool, and drove to their location. Upon arrival, the kid who helped was upset to have been interrupted... It was ugly, Ill leave it at that. But, still, Im sitting outside their place with a flat, with a spare in my trunk that they are too busy to put on, to get me home, which Im 2. 5hours away from. Thanks for the humanity, fellas.

I had a tire leak that my car dealership said was non-existent. Mr. Tire squeezed me in the same day on my lunch break; they found the leak, and fixed the tire. I even made it back to work on time! New tires were installed on my ‘19 Tundra. Tim explained to me in detail everything he did, he is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my truck. The truck drives perfectly straight, no vibrations, no issues at all. I recommend and will be back.

What a great experience using Mr. Tire. I had purchased tires off Tire Rack and had them shipped to the preferred installer (Mr. Tire -Medina Oh). For decades I have been the customer of a large tire/repair chain with no real complaints. A year ago I stopped into a Mr.Tire nearby and was told they would take great care of me. Right? This store has not only lived up to their promise ..they have gone far and above what I ever expected. The staff is amazing and have not only done what needed to be done but have advised and created a trusting relationship. These guys are wonderful!!

Came here to have 4 tires installed and a wheel alignment. The service was good, although when the mechanic pulled the car around he sped through first gear then hugged the corner of the shop in my car. Driving it like he stole it, very unprofessional. All I heard while in the waiting room was my custom exhaust hitting high RPMs then swinging around the corner. I figured Id take my car there while Im in town since I needed tires. I do not recommend this place if you are planning on getting anything done and you dont want your car beat on whether you are there waiting or you leaving it there. So if a mechanic is having a bad day expect your car to take a beating at this place.

Im glad that I stopped in to this shop, I was in a hurry to get back on the road after my batteries went kaput in my Dodge Ram. Ken made it happen quickly and made me feel like a priority having just walked in. The service was fast, sincere and honest, and I would recommend this shop to my own mother. Youre in good hands here!

The staff couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. I was in twice in a week (once a Friday at 6pm and the other a Thursday at 6pm). They were efficient and extremely pleasant to interact with. Avoid at all costs. Overcharged me for brake maintenance, and WELDED MY EMERGENCY BRAKE LEVER TO THE SHOE. If you dont know cars, that means they disabled my emergency brake, the system I used to safely get my car to their shop. I am currently trying to get a refund for the repair that could have killed me and my family.

If I could choose no stars I would. This company is a joke! We took our vehicle over on Friday to get our tire patched from a screw and the salesperson swore our tire could not be patched. He ordered a new tire and stated he guaranteed the tire would be in on Saturday. Mid morning Saturday we called to check on the status of the tire and he indicated that the tire was not in, but again guaranteed it would arrive. Mid afternoon Saturday we called and he stated again the tire would be in. So at 430p we stopped in and the gentleman at the shop said the tire never came in and even if it did he could not put the tire on because he shut down the compressors three hours previously! When we called mid afternoon the compressors were not even on! He never intended to fix the tire. He admitted that he was not able to help. Just trying to keep us happy as he was a fill in for this shop. We ended up going to another tire shop and that shop stated they had no problem patching our tire. So not only did Mr. Tire state wrong information they were trying to get money for something they new they could patch. We do NOT recommend this shop.

Weve been to this shop several times now, and are always pleased by the service. On the occasions that we have needed a tire repair, they have always managed to squeeze us in and get us back on the road quickly. Friendly and courteous people to deal with. They respect their customers.

Just came back from Mr Tire in Medina. I live in Stow, literally walking distance from the Mr Tire in Stow. Had some A/C work done there and will never ever go back.( Ignorance, incompetence, rude, and dishonest ).They turned me against Mr Tire, but... I still needed my A/C recharged since they evacuated it and I replaced my compressor. Decided to drive CLEAR out to Medina for the recharge because Id read good things about the new manager, Michael, I figured then I would be done with Mr Tire and find a better shop for mechanical work I dont have the equipment to do myself.Well, its a night and day difference out there compared to Stow. Mike and the other manager Frank are very approachable, friendly and courteous. Their technicians are top notch. Im an aircraft mechanic for American Airlines and have an extensive mechanical background so Im not easily fooled. As I was waiting for my car to be finished I listened to Frank speaking with other customers. I understood all the things he was telling the other customers with the correct explanations. I thought Holy Shit this is my new go to shop for things I cant do at home. MICHAEL... thank you, your professionalism, honesty, and your technicians work quality will keep me as a Mr Tire customer. I stopped by to talk about my tires. No high pressure, just honest talk with a very knowledgeable guy (Bob). I left there with multiple estimates, a ton of new information, and a lot of research to do. Ken, the manager was extremely nice, and despite being busy allowed Bob to talk me through my many and often insane questions.I couldnt be happier with the experience. I think theyve just earned my familys business.

This place is great for oil changes. Its best to schedule the appointment, but they can take walk-ins. Its easy for them if you can leave your car, but I just wait in the lounge area with the TV and complementary coffee. I love their car-care club book that offers oil changes and other services as a discount. Friendly local shop that has served me well.

I drove over a nail one afternoon this week and made it to Mr. Tire 5 minutes before closing time. They were understanding and efficient. They patched my tire and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Price was super reasonable!

I have to admit that about a year ago we visited the shop and we were very disappointed. However decided we would try again with shopping for tires a few weeks ago and WOW what a difference, the staff (which had changed) was knowledgeable and professional. Did not try to Sell Us anythingThe work was done quickly and I feel at a good price. Today we were back for my wifes car and an oil change. She found the same Great service, professional staff. This will likely be our go to place.

Previously, my husband and I had written a good review for Mr. Tire in Medina. We took our cars there three or four times, and everything seemed fine.This last time was a whole lot different. My husband took his car in for an alignment. Shortly after we dropped it off, we received a text stating that the inner and outer tie rods were needed to be replaced on one side. We were quoted a price of well over $700. I know a bit about cars, and even without looking, I knew that $700 for tie rod replacement and an alignment seemed off. We ended up taking it elsewhere. Turns out, a ball joint bolt was loose. Between that, the alignment, and a couple other small things, we spent just over $150.While we like the fact that we can typically get our cars in quickly at Mr. Tire, I doubt we will be going back. This experience makes me wonder if the unexpected problems that came up during a previous service really were problems.

Be careful. Last 2 times here Ive had to check to see if they serviced what they were supposed to complete. Wondering if they actually changed my oil. Who knows, they blacked out they service window so I cannot even see my truck. I asked if they rotated tire after it was done so quickly, oh sure they said. Unfortunately the tire pressures were still the same in all positions as when I brought it in. Twice now. The manager didnt even try to give me a reason because he knew it wasnt done. The oil concerns me more. Everywhere else Ive been to resets the meter. Had to do it myself. Probably paid 77 dollars for nothing.

I hate doing this, I run my own store and feel like it comes back in karma, however I dont understand why. On 7/13 I scheduled an online appointment to get a tire fixed, Found a coupon for a free repair on your website. Took over an hour and a half to patch the tire. I presented my coupon when I first arrived. When my car was just about ready they rung me up. $28. I asked if my coupon wasnt valid. They changed the price to $11. Which I am fine with, nothing is ever free, shop fees etc. 07/16 I left for work in the morning and felt a pull to right front which is the tire they repaired. Hard to break too. I get out after I arrive at work, flat as a pancake. Same day I drive it back missed closing time by 15 minutes.07/17 I leave work early to ensure Im there before they close. 5:55 pm the door is locked and the lights are off. Im pretty upset. I call the number stating they are hiring technicians. Someone answers, we go back and forth if they are open or closed, the man identifies himself as the manager and no technicians are on site. I asked about the hours of operation and need my tire repaired again that they already repaired once. He is very defensive, hangs up the phone and storms out of the store to the parking lot begins pacing around my car. Looking for the flat, offers for me to leave it overnight. No thank you. We discuss the techs not being there again and how he is the manager and cant do anything for me today. I explain this was my first and last explain Mr. Tire. He then states he sent his tech home due to a family emergency and his mother is in the hospital and what is he supposed to do keep them there. Nope, but maybe apologize for my frustration and tell me the hospital story at the beginning of the conversation instead of the end, because it kind of seems made up at that point, he stormed off and went back inside.

DO NOT GO HERE!1. Had my oil changed and needed a windshield wiper so i had asked them if they could replace my passenger windshield wiper because the weather strip was 1/4 off. I received my car back and looked at my bill and they changed me for the windshield wiper but never put a new one on. I went back into the store and asked why it was on my bill but they didnt replace it. They guy at the counter said, They must have forgotten. Never apologized just took the car back and put the wiper on and handed me the keys without saying anything. Strike 12. I had gotten new tires for my wifes car here. They were starting to dry rot after a year. Strike 23. I had gotten new tires for my car and the valve stem broke about 1-2 months later, when i was putting air in the tire. I took it back to Mr. Tire and asked if this is covered by the manufacture warranty. Got in a argument the guy at the front desk because said i didnt buy road hazard insurance and he wouldnt replace under any warranty. I told him the valve was broke after putting air in the tire 1 time and that shouldnt happen, it didnt have anything to do with a road hazard. He insisted it couldnt be because of that and i had to have hit something on the road and thats how it was damaged. I ended up giving in because it was only a ~$20 fix. Strike 3.Needless to say i stopped taking my families vehicles here about a year ago after the 3rd incident.

Getting an appointment which accommodates my schedule is easy and they also provide a rental if ever needed. They are efficient and I have never had a problem with any work performed. I came into this store for a simple tire repair. As usual, I was expecting to sit there forever, unprofessional and rude help along with not wanting to sit down anywhere cause of dirt everywhere. Just had a great experience with the Medina Mr. Tire and the Manager Ryan. I stopped after they had technically closed desperate for someone to check my tire as I was quickly losing pressure and leaving for vacation early the next morning. Ryan was so quick to help and filled up my tire and offered to have it looked at 1st thing in the morning, as there were no technicians still there. Sure enough, the tire went flat over night and we called Ryan 1st think the next morning. He said to absolutely bring the car up and he would squeeze us in and get us on the road to our vacation ASAP. He did just that! We were so impressed and pleased with the customer service provided. A refreshingly honest shop!! Mark took care of some repairs that would have been very costly for my wifes car after hitting a curb; they beat other shops by a couple hundred dollars and didnt try to trick us into doing more work than needed like others did. I was so happy with the service and price, I took my car in for an oil change a couple weeks later. Even that was cheaper than normal considering I need full synthetic oil for my Honda Civic. I couldnt have done the oil change cheaper in my own driveway! Great job Mark and Matt at the front desk for taking such good care of us!!!!

I had issues of my own when going here, so I havent been back. My sons work truck, a company vehicle, got a flat tire and needed a plug this morning. After waiting over an hour after the tire was plugged for the paperwork, the advisor threw his keys at him and told him it was done. My son then had to ask for the paperwork to turn into the company, the advisor then grabbed the envelope and physically pushed it into his chest and again gave him attitude. Way to be professional and customer focused.

I have used Mr Tire in the past and was not happy at all. So I took my business elsewhere. My wife told me they were under new management so I decided to give the new team a shot. Well they hit a grand slam in my books. Im on a very tight schedule these next few weeks and needed an entire break job. My only day off and without calling a day before to schedule an appointment, they took me in. That afternoon I was back on the road with breaks that would stop a semi. Great job guys. A few months ago I went in for a simple alignment and would up paying a couple hundred for repairs. You might be thinking Oh, I was talked into unnecessary work but those paying attention to the rating would guess otherwise. My wheels were on the verge of snapping off. They went above and beyond to make the repairs, even going out of their way to retrieve the necessary replacement parts.I had the same experience when I went back the other day to get the ball joints repaired.Im bringing my Outback here if I ever need more work done.

All the guys at this shop are great! They dont ever try to pressure you into buying something you dont want or need. They are super nice, and care more about making the customers happy than a commission sale like most places do. All in all. I will continue to come to this shop

I took my car in to have my tire pressure checked. They took my keys and pulled my car in, checked my tire pressures and then told me there was no charge! Wow I actually got friendly and courteous and it did not cost me anything! I will definitely be back for service!

These guys are GREAT!!! Im usually intimidated when I go to a repair shop, but I was able to put my guard down at Mr. Tire. I didnt have to take their word for it. They brought me out in the shop and showed me the repairs that I needed. I felt really comfortably with the recommendations. This is the only shop I will bring my car to!!!

I didnt have an Appointment and Ryan and the team were more than accommodating and took care of me. I would give negative stars but that is not an option!!! I spent over $2000 on wheel bearings rotors break pads etc and 5 min down the road my ABS Fault light came on. I was on my way to a banquet so I couldn’t turn around and return. Brought the truck back on my day off and he told me something “broke” the wire. And I may need to replace the wheel bearing again. I said “not something, someone broke it when it was replaced on Friday” Michael the manager said “no it was fine when you left here” I reminded him that I was 5 min away when light came on, he states then something broke it between here and there. DO NOT TRUST them!!!!!

Every time I take my car there, they always find something wrong that must be replaced immediately. I just spent $1400 on my car at another mechanic including the replacement of both ball joints and other items. I take my car to Mr. Time Auto Service for 2 new tires and he calls me up to tell me that I need new tie rods and a ball joint. Another time he told me that my brand new car with only 12,000 miles needed a filter when I went for an oil change. It is clear they must find something wrong to justify the cheap oil change they offer.

Honest and straight forward. They did a great job at a good price. No upsell no unnecessary repairs.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, was told i needed new tires and my oil line were rusted and needed replaced. I told them I will do those later. The next morning I got into the truck and had a flat tire from a slow leak, a few days after that my oil light came on and I found out I had a small leak in my oil lines. I took it to another shop and I was told the lines were rusty but in good shape and it looked like the line was punctured, along with this he found a small hole in my windshield washer reservoir. All three problems occurred within a foot of each other. Draw your own conclusions.

Had a flat tire, took the rim and tire in to be repaired. Told to leave it with them for the day. I was from out of town and did not have the luxury to just drop it off seeing as the car was down. Hard to believe they couldnt take 20 minutes to fix this. Only one person in the waiting room.

I came in because i was having loud thumping noises coming from underneath car... they told me it was my drive shaft... charged me $1400 to fix!!!!I was with out my car for 4 days... i got it back and the next morning i went to go to a appointment and the car wouldnt start!!!! Battery was completely DEAD!!! When i called up there they told me they knew about it and had to jump it to get it into the shop... so you would think you would have told me when i picked it up that the battery was died and you had problems starting it!!! BUT NOOOOO!!!!Then ever since i got it back its been one problem after thee other.... soon as i drove it the heat shield is broke???? Never had a problem before... so i took it up... he said he would rig it for me so noise would stop... so same day heat shield it at it again!!! Did they even fix it?!?!?! Same with burning smell.... paid for part and they said it would fix problem and nope nothing has changed!!! I will NEVER nor will i EVER go back there or send anyone there!!!!!!

I walked in with no appointment, the manager Ryan was great! even though it was a fairly busy day Ryan squeezed my car in and got me out back on the road in great time. thank you and happy holidays to the montville mr tire team!!

Had a bad experience with Mr Tire in the past but tried again and was very pleased. I was waited on quickly, the car was finished on time and the gentleman behind the counter provided helpful suggestions for the future care of my SUV.
