Just a regular guy tried buying from serpentine what a rip off. cheated me on the price of my car . I bought the best extended warranty available. Took car in for a whining noise above the passenger wheel well. after three days I paid nothing but GM Warranty paid 1,095.00 dollars for this service call Still had same noise when I brought it back the next day. They had my car for another five (5) days and when I picked it up the bill was 1,065.00. Imagine if I had to pay that bill. Some dealerships find a way to make some money on GM. Shame on them and shame on this dealership taking advantage of a regular working guy trying to get buy. Cost me nothing but cost GM a lot. I would look into this if it was me. Serpentine Chevrolet in Medina Ohio.... DISHONEST NOT ONLY WITH ME BUT WITH GM TO . If management cares at all they should contact me . Honest working man dealing with a dishonest dealership. I would never go there again . without a doubt. Look into this and try being HONEST. Its really not that hard . Shame on you

The staff in the Service Department is very warm, friendly, & accommodating. They keep you informed of how the mechanic is progressing on your vehicle, quote the repair price before making a repair, and are very understanding if you decide not to go through with a repair that day. Tony in particular is always very polite, compassionate, & flexible. He always makes sure his customers are taken care of. Thank you, Tony! My only complaint w/ this location is that service apointments always take FOREVER. But I do really enjoy being able to schedule repairs online. Very convenient!

I had to call service multiple times over multiple days to find out status of my truck. Job took longer than communicated. Communication not great especially considering this was involving my work truck and affected my mode of business. I just wish communicated was better along the way as to know what to expect instead of me having to reach out 7 different times over three business days, five whole days. Wasn’t great. Next time I need service from a Chevrolet dealership I will be taking my truck elsewhere.

I was told a bunch of times oh we just got the part and yet it wasnt finished or even a call back.. I would call a week later to he told the exact same thing. Then sfter everything is back together I am told oh we found a small leak that would take another 8 hours to fix when the vehicle was in the shop for 2 months plus... then the price I am quoted is outrageous so I called another place to he told it was 300. Instead of 1800. Weird

Met a sales person named Connor on Saturday. Asked What can you tell me about the orange jeep...his response...well its orange! After a few moments of awkward silence he gave some vague details. Next, how much is it? His response...i dont know. I asked if it was for sale and he stated it is but hasnt been processed yet. I asked so its not for sale? He said yes it is...but did not move. I had to tell him to go get me a price. He came back and asked if it was in my budget. I asked if he had a card and he stated he did but they were over there....and again made to effort to move to get me a card. My reply...well this transaction is over have a good day. Im actively looking to buy a jeep and I felt like I was inconveniencing his down time. Very disappointed.

Follow-up: The new service manager Rhonda is awesome. She took care of everything!Do not take your car to their service department. On July 28 I took my 2019 GMC in due to noise coming from the wheel well. I was told that it was related to the fan belt tensioner and I picked up my truck that night. I was amazed to hear the noise the whole way home. I took it back that night and they had to actually fix it the next day. Today, I had them check because I had coolant leaking from my truck. I was told the tank was bad and needed replaced. The invoice states that there was no evidence of leak. But when I went out to where it is parked, there was a puddle. I thought maybe that is just residual. Nope! When I got home it was pouring out -- worse than before. I had to take it back up, they are now closed and I was given zero help. They are incapable of doing the simplest tasks and worse yet, have no help or sympathy that you have to once again make arrangements to borrow a car, arrange pick-up and drop off, etc... You will be very sorry if you take your vehicle there. One more thing, I was told that they could do an oil change for $180, since diesels are more expensive. I have never paid more than $80.00. That part is just a scam!!!!! Do your research -- their rating is due to sales. Look at the constant poor marks from their service department. Something needs to be done!!!!!
