They are very friendly and helpful. Josh, the tech, if he works or checks on your car is thorough and calls you back.The only thing that bothered me is I felt they were high priced compared to others.

Taking my car here was a very refreshing experience.-Everything is very transparent and clear (I received a link with all of the findings from my inspection which includes very clear pictures of the issues).-I had a chance to look it over before I received a phone call.-Nobody tried to upsell me on a bunch of smaller overpriced things that I didnt actually need and no one assumed I was clueless about my car because I was female.-A defective part was installed at a previous shop, where they essentially told me I didnt know what I was talking about and sent away, and it was confirmed defective at Mighty Auto Pro and will now be replaced at no cost.I will be back for sure (hopefully not soon though).

They have been amazing! They are never pushy and always honest on what and when things need fix they just don’t take your money!! They work with you and help you out the best they can! They always txt and email a copy of the report and call to go over it with you, and to make sure your car is done right but in a good time frame.

Mighty Auto Pro is hands down the best all-around auto shop. The work they do is solid, they never scam or swindle you on what your car really needs done, the work is done incredibly fast, and the prices are always reasonable (and usually way less than what any chain store would quote for the same job). They fixed my Rogue (oil camshaft issue) and it was riding nicely until recently. I have to take it back in. Im thinking something similar, it gets hot it just acts up. I like them they are professional and dont railroad you. Straight forward no bs about pricing. Josh is ASE Certified, I dont know about the other techs but he worked on my SUV.. Well see this time around whats up Ill give an update. P.S. do not buy a Nissan Rogue.

This was my first time having my vehicle serviced here but it won’t be the last. They serviced my car on time and finished when promised. They emailed and handed me a hard copy of the diagnostics they performed. Very efficient and professional. Everyone is so friendly they are almost like family.

I went there for an oil change. I had never been there before. So I waited a little bit longer because they ran a diagnostics on everything as I imagined they would. It was a little longer than expected, but nothing to take away from service or professionalism. They waiting area is nice and relaxed. TV and beverages available. I also found it convenient for documents to be uploaded right to my phone.

I think they do excellent work sometimes the prices are a little high but I think you get what you pay for in the end

I took my mothers 2006 Pontiac Torrent there for brake issues. The people there are super nice and friendly. I received multiple texts and voice mails on the repair progress. There was a shuttle service available too. They did a follow up after the work was completed to make sure there were no issues. Quality work and fantastic customer service.

Went in for a diagnostic of my check engine light (because they told me theywould need to run that), my car was running a little rough on the freeway, got the diagnostic and can’t even drive my car after picking it up. After it was driving rather fine before taking it there. They said I needed an oil change before they could do diagnostic and against my better judgment I ended up letting them do it... now my car won’t even get above 25, and they’re saying, “ooh you didn’t have oil, there was only two quarts”, “ooh you just went on a road trip” “the engine is dead” “I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut off with only two quarts of oil”, (taking me what I told them, although my car was still drivable and able to go over 25), “it was six codes, now its nine codes” there’s so many lights on that weren’t initially on when I took it to them... they get the money and I great a car that’s not drivable... worst experience of my life... however the front staff was very friendly and polite! This is a clear case of “if it’s broke leave it broke if Might Auto Pro is only option...😭😭😭

I came here for the Corrosion Free undercoating. They explained all about the product and their service packages (and what they quoted is what I paid, no hidden extra fees). Great find in Medina and worth the drive if you are outside the area. Professional and very friendly from start to finish. Did not feel pressured do more services and I was treated like a long time customer. Further the place was very clean with free wifi, coffee and cold drinks. Going back again with my other car.

My car was having a problem where it didnt want to start occasionally. Cranking, not turning over for multiple tries until it would finally start. I thought it was the battery and replaced it. The next day, it happened again.As soon as it started cranking, I immediately called Mighty Auto Pro.Very nice people. As they inspected my vehicle, they kept me constantly updated on what they were doing, what they were planning on doing, what they thought, and what they found.Turns out it was the crankshaft sensor. The cost of replacement was very reasonable. They sent me a full report of my vehicle inspection, and even organized a sectioned-out list of work I should have done on my vehicle in the future, with costs for each repair. Organized from most important to least important. It was quite possibly the most useful thing for me. Now I can carefully plan out when the next repair will be and be financially prepared when the time comes.They are now my go-to for car repairs, and Ill recommend them any chance I get!-Stephanie Stewart

I called Mighty Auto Pro because I had a leak in my power steering hose, and they came out and picked up my car from my driveway, repaired it and brought it back to me (I also had them do an oil change and tire rotation while they had it) I paid for it over the phone, and never had to leave my house or interact with anyone. I was very grateful and pleased to be able to have this taken care of so effortlessly during this quarantine time.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 and wanted to get some type of rust proofing applied. I heard many good things about a relatively new product called corrosion free and to my surprise Mighty Auto Pro was the only shop in the area that uses it. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work that was done here. Kathy was very professional and nice and answered all my questions. Additionally, I received pictures over the course of the work which was a big bonus. They really exceeded my expectations.

They charged me over $500 to replace something that I told them wasnt the issue. Within a few hours of picking up my truck, I was stranded yet again with the same problem that I originally took it in for.

I have been going to Mighty Auto Pro for several years and they always treat me well. The customer service is top shelf every time. As for the work they perform, I drive an older truck that presents me with occasional problems and Ive never taken anything to Mighty Auto Pro that they couldnt handle. I really like that they always give me an inspection report showing whats good, whats good enough, and what needs attention. Even for the things that need attention they are flexible and work with customers without high pressure tactics. Mighty Auto Pro has a solid, loyal customer base so they clearly have no incentive to fix things that arent broken on your vehicle the way some other shops operate.

I recently started working in Medina and needed an oil change. I took my vehicle to Mighty Auto Pro and from the first call to schedule an appointment I was extremely impressed with their customer service. They requested that I leave the car there for an hour but it was not a problem as they have a shuttle service. They were able to drive me back to work and pick me up when my oil change was completed. The reason they request an hour is because the do a 51 point inspection and provide a report of what needs repaired. I was expecting a sales pitch and for them to push a bunch of services I did not need. When they called to tell me the vehicle was ready they made a few recommendations but did not push to sell me any additional services. Mighty Auto Pro is nothing like the other oil change companies. Once I picked my car up they provided photos of the recommendations they suggested. I thought this was very impressive. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family needing vehicle repairs. I thought they did a great job and I will continue to bring my car there for any future needs.

Very disappointed in the work I had performed here. More disappointed in myself for returning a few times to have work performed. I should have learned from my mistakes, so thats on me. I felt that they took advantage because I was a woman. They talked me into having my timing belt replaced. Mistake #1 on my part. Then I developed an oil leak so returned to the shop. They couldnt find the source of that, but they did find a leak with my power steering pump, so I had them replace that. In the meantime, I took my car to the dealer and that shop found the source of the oil leak and fixed that. Then, the power steering pump started leaking within a few months. The owner of Mighty Auto Pro gave my husband and I a hassle about replacing it even though the pump was under warranty. He insisted the fluid we saw all over my engine was oil. It was clearly power steering fluid. His mechanic finally admitted that, yes, it was power steering fluid, not oil. They put in a second power steering pump and, guess what, started leaking a couple of weeks later. I was told that they would not do another replacement for free and the owner still insisted it was oil leaking, not power steering fluid. I took the car to another shop and they replaced the power steering pump and its been fine. Besides these major issues, they always came up with other things that they thought I should repair when my car was in for only an oil change. Again, Im angry at myself for the money wasted and the frustration that I put myself through from dealing with this place.

My first time there was a good experience. They were friendly and seemed concerned to address my problems. They had my car ready within the time frame that was estimated. The cost seemed reasonable for what work was done. I had problems with another auto repair shop, so I was looking for a new auto repair shop that I could trust. Time will tell, But my first impression was a good one.

The customer service is great (setting appointments, transporting, calling back, etc.) The waiting area is especially clean and comfortable. However, I took my car in for an oil change and ended up with the next day with a car that wouldnt start. My six-month old battery (under warranty) had to be replaced, and I had to pay approximately $200. for diagnostic testing and a tow. It may have been legitimate, but it seemed too coincidental. I asked a friend in the area and he had a very similar experience with this company. I had hoped to find a local mechanic, but I dont think Mighty Auto Pro is the place for me.

I cannot begin to explain the magic this shop does, I drive a 1998 Dodge Ram and just the quality of work theyve done to keep my dream on the road is unbelievable. I dont know of any other shop that works with me the customer, like these folks do. They are very upfront and always tell me what Im paying for. Some say they are overpriced and try to up-sell you unnecessary repairs, but its not like that. They are a local business and not part of a chain like Conrads, so you really get that welcoming feel when you walk in. Without the help of this shop and its people, my dream wouldve died years ago.

I went in for the first time to get an oil change with an excellent referral from a friend. The staff was phenomenal and very courteous! I was blown away with how they went above and beyond not only in the care of my car but also with how smart they are from a business standpoint. They have an excellent referral program and their efforts to really help with any issue is one of many reasons I will be going back!

Amazing service! I was suddenly in a terrible bind with a car that went from fine to non-functioning, and they went above and beyond to fix an issue that a different auto shop caused that could have been disastrous for my car. They worked me right in without an appointment and quickly identified the problem. The owner spoke with me twice and blew me away with his generosity. They now have a new customer! The customer service here is outstanding. My only complaint is that they do charge alot but the quality of the service you get makes it worth it. You can get free rental cars why you wait, snacks and drinks while you wait in the lobby, and coupons in the mail.
