Normally go to my regular mechanic for everything, but a tire blew out and we needed it back on the road ASAP. This was a Sunday. They were able to order tires Monday morning and had me in the early afternoon. Had them do an oil change as well and an alignment.It was a new to us car. Manager was very friendly, down to earth, didnt push other services (though did mention the alignment just because of how the tire blew out). Work was done quickly, I could watch through the window as they did everything.Price was slightly higher than if I had gone to my own mechanic, but not horribly so. They were close by and able to do the work quickly, so I felt that it was worth the little bit extra. I would use them again.

Glad I found Tire Choice. Had an urgent need to have tire checked, was losing air. Being a Sunday most tire shops were closed. Just happened to find Tire Choice in Google search and opened on Sunday. Scheduled appointment online, got in right away, no wait, and everything taken care of. Will definitely be returning with any other car services and needs.

Got a flat tire on I-76 at 6pm last night, driving from NYC to Mount Vernon, OH and I was fortunate that Tire Choice in Medina came up on my search, was the only place with my tire size, and that Bob—the manager—was still working. Despite the late hour, that Bob was alone there and had a garage full of cars, he fit me in, quickly changed my tire (and checked on the others) so I could get to my destination. I am forever grateful and recommend Tire Choice with all the stars!

I had a wonderful experience the day I had a terrible experience. I went to get a Covid vaccine and when I came out to go home I had two flat tires! My insurance carrier called around to find me a place close by to have my car towed. I called to set up a time and talked to the manager at Tire Choice in Medina. He was wonderful!! I was so upset at the time because he said he was closing soon. I was worried the tow truck would not get there in time. I called back and talked to him about my concern and he assured me he would not leave until I got there, and told me he would make sure I got on the road and hewould get meback to my home in Parma. I called this store Nov 25 to schedule a $15.99 Black Friday Special oil change and tire rotation. Being that I was calling at 10am, and the special was for before 11am only, he understandably couldnt get me in that day. He scheduled me for Nov 27 between 9:30 and 10am. When I arrived for the appointment, there were no cars in the bays, no customers, and the tech was leaning in a doorway on his phone. The man not wearing his mask properly behind the counter insisted I did not have an appointment, it wasnt him I spoke to on Wed, and maybe I called another store. Odd argument when there are zero customers, and when my information magically appeared on the screen when putting in my name. I reluctantly trudged on until he told the total charge with fees would be over 30 dollars and that it would be atleast an hour with me being the only customer there. No wonder the place was completely empty, buyer beware.

We just moved to the area and have a rental car until our vehicle arrives. We had a low pressure warning and discovered a nail in one of the tires. The rental company directed us to Monro to have the tire replaced. Bob was courteous, efficient, and professional, and we were taken care of immediately. Within 15 minutes, we were on our way. When our vehicle arrives, we will return to Monro for any of our tire needs because of the efficient and professional service.

I only moved into the area a few months ago and have had to take my car in for service on 3 different occasions. On each occasion Bob and Lydia have been honest and efficient. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 times I took the car in was for tire issues. I realized after they were able to plug the tire on the first occasion that the next time around (different tire) they werent taking advantage of me when a new tire was suggested. I took the car in and it was looked at immediately and the new tire was put on within 15 minutes. On top of all that I was only a few minutes late on my morning commute because of how quick and efficient they were. Something that couldve ruined my day only turned into a small inconvenience. Had an issue with a tire on a Sunday morning. Lydia got me right in. Fetched the tires i needed from another shop, mounted and balanced them, and performed a 4-wheel alignment in a couple of hours flat on a Sunday morning. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

Absolute professionalism and integrity was shown by Bob the service manager when we had to have our car towed there The problem wound up being difficult to diagnose (the check engine light wasnt on even though compression was low) - it was related to an inner engine fuel chamber problem. We did wind up taking it to the person who had put it in since it was still under warranty but Bob and his team were so honest and accommodating that they will be getting all our business and great referrals from us. I couldnt recommend them higher.

After over 2 hours of my only day off was wasted at a competitor, I was on my way home when I noticed Monro’s doors were open. I was pleasantly surprised they were open on Sunday. I pulled in hoping they could resolve what the other company totally failed to do. I walked in, and explained to Lydia, the TPMS issues I had and what I needed done. She double-checked the stock, gave me all the options, and printed out my estimate. Without any delay, she, herself, went out to the shop and started working on the Jeep. I honestly couldn’t be any more satisfied with my visit. In a day and age where good, knowledgeable employees are are to find, you found a gem with Lydia. Very personable and professional. Great customer service! I have a fleet vehicle and had called ahead get approval prior to showing up, they kept me in the loop the whole time and were able to get what they needed very fast. As soon as I walked in I was grated by name and had the paperwork ready to go. Pulled my vehicle in right away and were done replacing all 4 tires within an hour. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience at this monro location after another competitor lost my business. I came in looking for a tire patch, the lady at the desk wrote me up and pulled my car in. She led me to the shop area to show me my tire was in fact not patchable. UGH. I asked her what it would cost for a new one and that’s when she laid out all of my options from their best to there economical tire. I chose the kelly tire and she had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I wish every experience I had could be this pleasant. Monro has earned a life long customer today.

Ive been going there for years for oil changes, tires, tire rotations, minor repairs, etc. They have always been super professional. I usually call for an appointment, but if I am doing a spur of the moment thing, they will let me know how long of wait there is. My most recent oil change ( I made an appointment ) took less than 20 minutes. Also very nice that you can watch the work being done from the waiting room, so you can see how far along they are.

Ive been trying to get my tire rods, struts, and alignment done for 5-6 weeks. Finally got my struts done today and already had my tire rods done. I dont think Ill go back for the alignment, also Im never going back and wouldnt recommend this place for anyone!! On a good note...the technicians were pretty efficient when work was being performed.

About a 30 minute turnaround at about 10a on a Monday for a synthetic oil change and service. The cost was what I expected. Waiting area had hot coffee, a TV, some chairs and a comfy couch. Staff was friendly. Would recommend!

Was told that getting new brakes over the phone front and back would be $179 dollars. Get to the store and it $179 for both. Okay. Fine. Not what I was told when I made it clear it was front AND back on the phone, but whatever. I told them I JUST wanted brake pads. I get the bill and its $530 JUST for brake pads! They added extra stuff to my bill that I said NO to, yet it was done. Also I had a lugnut that was swollen, so upon taking it off they ruined my front passager side rim. They then put it back on after they busted it open and said it was safe to drive... It is not. As a young girl who went to them for help and was taken advantage of Im deeply offended and I will not be going back, nor will I be giving anyone a good recommendation for them.

Take your car to Monro if you want top notch service. I went to the Walmart to try and figure out what was making my car wobble and they said I needed 2 front tires. I bought the tires and my cars was still wobbling. I took my car to Monros and they diagnosed the problem instantly. I highly recommend you take your car there. They wont try to sell you stuff you dont need and theyll take care of you in a timely manner.

I had the experience of a life time. A drove from Walmart to Brunswick in my 2019 Crosstrek and was hearing a kitten crying out. Once I got home I heard it toward the back of the car. I did not want the kitten to get hurt. So I called the guys at this Monroe first they did not believe me then he laughed and told me to bring it up over the phone. We spent 2 hours trying to pry this little black bundle of fur out from under my car. The mechanic finally caught him and he was so impressed he took the bundle of fur home with him. Amazingly the shop charged me nothing for the feline removal. They saved a kittens life today. Im damn proud of them.

I am a New York state resident who frequently uses Monro due to their quality service at reasonable prices. I was recently looking to purchase a reliable used car for my teenage daughter from a car dealership listed on AutoTrader near Medina, OH, as our family drove home from a visit to Indiana. I took a 2010 SUV over to the folks at the Monro Medina location to have the vehicle inspected prior to making a purchasing decision and driving the vehicle more than eight hours home. The employees at the Medina Monro were super friendly and willing to show me the detailed results of the vehicle inspection, e.g., allowing me to visually inspect the undercarriage for rust damage, etc. Based on their feedback, I decided to purchase the vehicle and was able to drive it eight hours back to my NY home without any issues. I would highly recommend this Monro location based on my experience.
