I was asked to leave a positive comment after a great sales experience. I was fully prepared to do so, however there are major gaps in service after the sale. I have left 7 messages this week, via email, voicemail, and the receptionist (who was supposed to have two different departments call me back) with absolutely no response. Nothing. Can’t leave a good review if they can’t follow through!

I bought a 2020 Kia Soul from Ken Ganley on Thursday. It was a painless experience. They let me take my time and gave me lots of options. My salesman Scott Carlson was amazing and did all he could do for me. They helped me cover all my bases and it was throughly a great experience. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the folks here. Guy Ghrist, Maria and everyone I worked with were amazing and incredibly efficient. I left work and arrived there at 5pm. They had me out of the door in my brand new 2022 Soul by 630! The attention to detail was amazing, there was a few blemishes I didnt notice glue marks from shipping blocks. They immediately took it to service and had it buffed out on the spot. Ive been in the automotive industry for many years and couldnt have had a better experience with the folks here. Highly recommend 5 out of 5!!

I recently purchased a vehicle and 2 weeks after having the vehicle the dealership found a discrepancy of almost $5,000 on the amount owed from the trade in of our other vehicle. I met with the manager and discussed this and the manager decided to not charge this to me but made the decision that the dealership would pay that amount to the credit union and allow me to keep the new purchase. I am retired and on a fixed income raising 4 Grandchildren and I appreciate so much what they did and would recommend them to anyone.

Staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Service completed in less time than estimated. Car was washed and front floors vacuumed prior to notification that service had been completed. When I went to leave, the key wouldnt turn in the ignition. Staff came out and explained that the steering wheel had been accidentally locked and then proceeded to explain and show me how to unlock it. Never felt as though I was taking up their time. Just smiles and appreciation that I was a valuable customer.

I had the best experience with everyone at Ken Ganley Kia. My salesman Damon Swann made purchasing my car stress free and fun. Thank you so much!! It’s almost an hour drive but I will make the trip to have my car serviced here. I will be back to purchase my next Car from this great group!!

My daughter and I stopped on a whim one afternoon to look at some possible newer vehicles for her. Long story short she ended up leaving with a new 2021 Seltos S that she absolutely loves and we feel she’s safe in! Deric, our salesman, was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us! He was able to answer our questions and give comparisons between the two vehicles my daughter was “torn” between. He also made the financial dealings very easy and fast. Although it was well past closing by the time the car was ready to go, Deric never made us feel as if we were an inconvenience and stayed longer to be sure my daughter was well informed on the ins & outs of her new SUV….Thank you Deric for such great service!!! After a not so good experience dealing with a Michigan Kia dealer, we decided to call Ken Ganley Kia in Medina, OH for a vehicle we could not find locally. Had the great luck of speaking with Barry Urban who wasted no time making a great deal for us and negotiating a deal on our trade in as well. We recently purchased a vehicle at Ken Ganley Kia with the assistance of Tad. We couldnt of been happier with Tad! We called ahead and knew the vehicle we were interested in seeing. We stated we wanted to come in about 2 hours. He said he would have the vehicle cleaned up and ready to go upon our arrival and that he did. He had the keys in hand and was ready for us immediately. I went there to see if Id be able to trade in my 2016 Hyundai Sonata for a pre-owned Santa Fe. I really just wanted an SUV. I was skeptical because 3 other dealers had just told me that because I had damage to my bumper it would be hard to trade in, and Id have too much negative equity to make a deal in the price range that I wanted. I called Ken Ganley Kia as a last resort before Id just decide to keep my car. Mariah was my Salesperson and she was so Awesome! Very sweet and knowledgeable, and she did everything she could to help me. The purchase experience was just fine--not exceptional or amazing, but good. Fast forward to today and now my temporary tag expires today because they have not yet sent me the memorandum title for my new car. No one will follow up as promised or return my phone calls. Came in today at 130pm for my scheduled basic service on my silver 2021 Kia Sportage AWD ( oil change, tire rotation and had also a key fob that needed reprogrammed.) Just purchased a new 2021 Kia Rio from this dealership last night on 8/12/2021, my salesman Bryan Harvey was fantastic and didnt pressure me at all, gave me a tour of the service dept. and how everything worked there. He also explained how to set up my phone with the Bluetooth features, was great helping me get into my new Kia and on the road the same day. Would be pleased to do business with them again.

My overall experience was not great. The salesman started out very good but he didnt disclose all the details about the car I purchased, such as keyless entry which my car does not have and I had to call a Kia service center to find out. I was also left sitting in the waiting area for over an hour for someone in financing to even acknowledge me. I headed out to the parking lot and was getting ready to leave and all of a sudden there was three employees who had time to talk to me and get me back to financing. Needless to say I spent the entire day dealing with them instead of enjoying my weekend, but I do like the car. Steve Sawyer from Ken Ganley did reach out to me and made the effort to make things right.

We bought a 2022 Kia Sportage from here about a month ago. DJ was our salesman and he was awesome! We had been looking around other dealerships for a car and did not have good luck, such as pushy salesman, high payments, etc. DJ wasnt like that at all. He was straight forward with us about what we were getting and was able to get us to a reasonable payment and a car we love! We definitely plan on doing business here in the future and referring friends and family here if they are looking for cars.

I bought a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport from here.Had to make 3 trips back here to get super glue off my dashboard and brake pads replaced. When I asked for the service report before I purchased this vehicle, they advised theyd already been replaced and all new brake pads shake the car until theyre worn in. Not an awful experience, just not one I would highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle here from Halleen Kia where I originally purchased. I was VERY happy with how quickly I could bring my vehicle in for service. Halleen told me it would be a month but I got in within a few days at Ken Ganley. I had a great experience. I was very happy with Brett in service and I will definitely be back again!

Sales staff was polite and friendly, but unless you’re desperate for a new/used vehicle stay away. Everything you’ve read about this being a terrible time to buy is true. The sticker price is not the price! They are adding $5,000 to the MSRP, and that is not disclosed until you sit down to do the paperwork. There is no negotiating price, you’re paying above the sticker price, period. Wait out this market if you can!

I dont even know how to begin to say thank you to Bryan Harvey and Kias staff for working so amazingly with my family. It began the moment we pulled onto the lot. The customer service was great from answering my long list of questions, not once but twice to making sure I had water for my daughters bottle. Found a used 2019 RAV4 XLE for my fiancé on autotrader they had listed. Almost $4k lower than every other one like it on the site within 200mi of me. We came to Ken Ganley Kia to look at 2 cars in particular for my 17 year old daughter. Our salesperson was Leo Bonilla. Leo informed us that one of the cars was manual transmission, and the other had sold. He then called what I believed to be the sales manager and explained to him what we were looking for as far as price, mileage, and age of the vehicle. He was spot on. We now have a car for my daughter that we completely trust and she loves it! At no point did Leo try to put is in something we didnt want or something out of our price range. We felt completely comfortable with him. He never came off as anything other that a true professional, which is hard to come by in the used car industry these days.
