Friendly customer service. Every time I go I have at least 2-3 staff offer to help me. Plus, they sell Benjamin Moore paint. I had a bad experience with chalk paint and Benjamin Moore saved the day. The sales person did not oversell the paint. He just said “You can’t beat Ben Moore.” I know now that it is the truth and won’t use anything else. He even wanted to see pictures of my project. Store is clean and inviting. I’m happy to give them my business.

Absolutely excellent customer service going above & beyond at Medina OH Ace hardware connected to the Buehlers store!! I was looking for a specific metric screw and got the option. The manager, Steve Hrbak, told me to take it home but bring the product back if it didn’t work and they would help to put a product together that I didn’t even buy at the store. I did that and I am very thankful for the over the top assistance was provided. Highly recommend this store! Ace is the place!!! 👍

The people who work here are always very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable when I have questions--anything from bird feeders, seed supplies to paint and painting techniques. I love shopping here and finding things to buy that I didnt even realize I needed.

Just visited Medina Ace as my water heater went out. Adam was able to direct me to the pieces I needed to get it up and running. Saved me $700. Honest and knowledgable people at this store, I will be back.

Nothing Special - Lately, I do not find what I am looking for in that store. Sure, if you need a key made or a nut or bolt, they have it, but the inventory is severely limited. Used to be that I loved shopping in this friendly little hardware who usually had what I needed, even if it was a little more pricey than Home Depot or Lowes. However, since they changed their inventory completely, forget it. I dont even bother stopping any more, just drive by and head out to Home Depot where I know Ill find it.

The most helpful place in town. I barely get in the door before someone asks if they can assist me. This is where I go to get solid advice on anything Im trying to fix.

Been in there 3 times based on convenience only definitely not price. Not once have I been ask for associate for any help even though they always have multiple employees standing around talking. The one time I bought something I had to ring bell more than once just to check out. Hopefully they go out of business.

Not a very well stocked plumbing section. If you doing any type of drain or plumbing work DO NOT come here. You will only waste your time .

A couple of years ago I bought a bird feeder for my mother and set it up outside of her window. Watching the birds come and go is truly one of the few pleasures she has left in her long and uneventful days in a nursing home. I live in Florida and needed a way to get her more bird seed.Last week I was shopping at my local Ace hardware store and told the gentleman taking care of me my situation. He told me to get in touch with the local Ace hardware near my mother and they would deliver the bird seed to her.I would like to publically thank the store manager Dan Farnsworth and his staff for going out of their way to take care of my purchase. It was a $12.00 sale but it meant a million to me.I will go out of my way to shop at Ace hardware in the future.Thanks again,Fred Cirignano

What a great store! I had so many questions and all of them were answered politely and patiently. I also needed a specific can of paint. The manager looked it up at all their stores, their warehouses, etc. he managed to find one remaining at a competitor and he gave me their information. So helpful! I will definitely be back here first before going anywhere else. A++
