Local lighting store with helpful & courteous staff. Good location, easy parking, surprisingly large diverse showroom. Have purchased stock items & special orders with good results. Return policy on ordered items is good but not great. No surprises, will buy again, recommended.

Wonderful specialty light store. I always recommend Medina Lighting because they have excellent customer service and the best lighting selection in NE Ohio. We have built 3 homes and have used them to handle all of the lighting and installation for each home. We are so happy!

We were surprised that after buying new harps for a couple of lamps for our daughter the finals were not included.. we asked if everything was included with the harps and were told yes. We called the store and they said they didnt have any in stock. You are a lighting store how do you not have finals or at least include the simple cheap ones with the harp. Guess we will be going to the Depot today.

Great Place for lighting! I needed a small chandelier for my home. Medina Lightings website was AWESOME. Medina Lighting had 534 chandeliers, on their website, in the style I wanted. Within 20 minutes I had it narrowed down to five chandeliers; all of which I liked. I called and spoke to Lisa Powers (at the store) and she told me the skinny on each light manufacturer and how each rated in quality. Together we chose one and I had the beautiful chandelier within a week! I paid LESS THAN I was going to spend on the Lowes fixture I almost settled on!! Beautiful showroom, amazing selection. Much better than the big box stores like HD across the street. Knowledgeable staff Matt and Sam. Really liked the light/fans we bought for the bedrooms. The parking is good and its just nice supporting an excellent local business.

We utilized this store to provide all the light fixtures for our new custom built home. Matt is very knowledgeable and helped keep us within budget while adding some amazing fixtures to the main parts of the home. I highly suggest giving them an opportunity to earn your business.

Store just added over 2000ft2 of showroom space and has the best selection in the Cleveland area. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and has follow thorough. Website is awesome. Gets product in timely fashion for sure. A definite must shop in Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Went there to purchase a special fan for my den and they convinced me on a fan that provided no light and wouldn’t let me return it because we already installed. Then found same item at Home Depot for $30 less. Don’t waste your time here.
