Was sent there by American Alliance insurance, but they no longer do business with them. But could not work on vehicle until October. However customer service was polite and mannerable.

My insurance sent me here 2 years ago for body repair. My hood is now chipping as well as my bumper. Multiple body shops told me it is because things were not done correctly during set up. Of course it was only a one year warranty they offered and the paint started chipping after 1.5 years. The staff is very nice though.

These guys are good. I took my car to get a quarter panel, fender, front and rear bumper. Spoke to jesus and he got everything i needed done in less than two weeks. Great price and work. I have other things that i want done to my car and i will be using this place. They have not let me down. If you are looking to pay out of pocket this is a grate place to go to.

My car was side swiped, thus, I took it in to get the bumper and fender replaced. The results are immaculate! The customer service is excellent. I am completely pleased with the results. Their prices are reasonable and defiantly worth it!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Midwest Auto Body Shop is the best shop in collision & body work. I dropped my car off and met the owner the same day. He visually evaluated my car alongside me and told me everything that he was going to do to my car to repair it back to normal. This shop is well family oriented, so they will treat you like FAMILY and take great care of you and your vehicle. They work hard and around the clock, and they would work even faster if the insurance companies werent so stingy. I would definitely recommend Midwest Auto Body Shop to everyone.

Midwest Auto Body did a major repair for a friend whom I am helping. The insurance company was really a pain, but Midwest worked with us quite diligently. they were always helpful and gracious. When their work was finished they pointed out a leaky gasket under the hood for us to take to our regular mechanic. We were very pleased.

Have been coming here for years. Jesus has been real helpful and gives great recommendations on things I need to have done to my vehicles. Would highly recommend this auto shop.

Very friendly staff, I like them because they are very kind and respectful. But Im not really happy with their work. They have not been able to make some parts of the car. For example, some screws or ... have been forgotten I think if I have an old car maybe I will give them for repair, but new car, never !

I recently brought my SUV in after an accident. It had pretty extensive damage to the driver side so it took a little over a month to fix. Overall I am very satisfied with their work! They even painted up a couple of scratches for me that were on the front quarter panel so that was a plus. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.

My Insurance company sent me to these guys to replace my front and back bumper and tires cover....all these guys did was put a new tire cover under my wheel...they never replace front or back bumper and after a month of riding my car the front bumper start coming back off ...so I call Jesus and told him about and he told me to bring back up to the shop so he could look at it...when I make it to the shop his whole Attitude attitude change and he told my I was in another accident these guys are scam watch out
