Before you answer with “no record of you remove fake review already reported” I used to manage a company’s social media and that is standard answer in order to make the ones readying the review that this might be fake. Not everyone on social media has their legal name for obvious reasons.Just want to say that Becca or Rebecca on service likes to lie and make money off customers. You need to address this issue as it’s not fair to customers who do not count on funds to fix their car.

Al Piemonte Ford is very busy! The reason is customer service. I was on the side of I-290 stranded, when I called to see about towing in a very friendly and helpful lady named Melisa was able to squeeze me in the following day and gave me the phone number to Ford roadside assistance so I could get towed in. Once I arrived I spoke with the service manager John who was helpful on getting me back on the road, he connected me with Randy who was able to get a tech to go under the truck that same afternoon and make sure the parts were on hand for first thing in the morning. I received a call the following morning once the truck was ready. The tech did a great job repairing the transmission fluid line and cleaned up the entire undercarriage of my truck of any residue from the broken line. Worst experience ever. They lied, over charged me 4000.00 that they had to refund. Once sale was made they did not care. Do not deal with this dealership. Finance people Matt and Ruben. Sales staff Roberto and Nick will lie and rip you off. Steer clear. I only have one star because I could not go lower. I will never buy another Ford.

We purchased a car in early June from Al Piemonte. We drove the vehicle home and half of the oil was already gone after they topped the vehicle off at point of sale. We brought the vehicle to our local mechanic and they notified us that the drain plug for the oil was installed incorrectly. We then contact Al Piemonte with our disappointment of having to spend additional money to have a third party look at the vehicle. Al Piemonte told us they would send us a check to cover our additional expenses and that they want to do right for their customers. Never got the the check….

This dealer is charging 10-20k over MSRP and over agreed upon prices on special order vehicles, specifically the Ford Bronco. They are hoping the people who ordered them will not go through with their orders at these ridiculous mark ups . This is a disgusting practice especially in the difficult times people have been in these past 18 months . No one should give them any business. Plenty of decent dealers in the area. Avoid this one at all cost.

I had been trying to schedule and appointment for my truck for the past couple of weeks. Calling leaving messages and being told someone will call me back. Being out in hold and the call “dropped”. Had to leave work early and come take care of this in person and as always the girls who are supposed to be taking care of customers are relaxing, no shoes, one on her cell phone eating hot Cheetos, the other shopping online and the two front desk girls annoyed because the two in the back are to “busy” to help out. For this place to be a big corporation they should choose better who they hire when it comes to customer service and dealing with customers!

I just purchased a 2020 Ford Escape. There were a plethora of options for cars as well as customizations. The salesman, Michael Miranda, is what sold us. His high energy level made us feel comfortable and excited while helping us choose a car to our specifications. 10/10 would recommend going to him. The customer service was excellent. A personalized moment was offered as they played the song of our choice as we walked up to sign papers to buy my car officially. The car itself drives so smoothly; we opted for an all-wheel-drive for Chicagos winters. Loving this car already!

RIP-OFF ALERT . I brought in my Ford-Escape for a radiator flush and repair a frozen window on one of the rear doors. I was quoted $269 for the flush and $150.00 to diagnose and price out the repair job. I agreed and left my car in the shop. A few hours later I got a call telling me it would cost $450 more for a total of $600 to look at the window . I declined to pay that much for an estimate and told them to only do the radiator flush. When I went to pickup my car they billed me $269 for the radiator flush plus t $150 for the diagnosis and estimate I never got. If they couldnt perform the service they quoted me for $150 then they shouldnt be charging at all. WHERE IS THE DIAGNOSIS AND ESTIMATE I PAID FOR? Not fair to be charging for something they couldnt do. Totally got ripped off by Al Ponte Ford on North Ave .

Just got a 2020 Eco sport financed just yesterday. It drives so well!Our first initial experience was amazing. We didnt have any appointment so we just walked in. We had some sales man just say hi or pass us by but none asked us if we wanted to buy a car or if we were working with someone already. Then came Hank Reyes, amazing guy! He has the same name as my Dad and from the get go a very straightforward guy. He said guys, Im going to get you the best deal I can and make sure you leave satisfied with your new car. HE DELIVERED! HE BASICALLY GOT US A NO PAYMENT DOWN DEAL *our credit wasnt that good and we had just bought a house* on a brand new car. He literally took his time test driving 4 different cars until we were satisfied. He was all over the place, talking with the manager, talking with the finance department. They are scam & they do not honor their internet quotes. The manager told me the quote was an auto response from the computer and it’s a computer glitch. Before I went I called at the dealership and talk to a guy name jose and confirmed the price with the stock number. Manager also told me jose is a kid he doesn’t know anything work in the back office answering phone calls ( if he doesn’t know anything he should be answering my phone call & he should be sent out to clean cars not answering phone call about selling cars) wasted my valuable 2 hours.

I took my Jeep to a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store near my home and they told me that they cannot remove the oil filter housing cap to change my oil filter and recommended changing out the entire unit and sent me somewhere else. They told me to replace the entire unit it would be abou $1,000. I took it to Al Piemonte in their Quick Lane and they took care of the problem in 15 minutes and replaced the capped that the Chrysler store stripped. Very happy with my experience and will continue doing business with them.

Unfortunately my experience with this car dealer was not good. I took my 2019 transit to the dealer because it had transmission issues. I called several times to get an updates on my transit and they said that unfortunately it was not ready, because they were waiting on parts, It took them 11 weeks to fix my transit. I was so upset with them because I feel that they were not fixing my transit. When I did my complaint with the general manager. He was very rude and unprofessional. He talked to me very loud and I felt humiliated and discriminated. However, I think that people with that attitude should not be in those positions. My money is worth it and I am very responsible on paying my car payment on time. I honestly do not recommend this dealer to anyone.
