Our salesperson, Karen, was great! She was not pushy and standing over us to force a sale. Instead she gave us space, was knowledgeable and let us explore the store, but knew what to do to close the sale. I would certainly recommend Fortunoffs Backyard Store to buy any of your patio furniture as the furniture they carry is top notch. If you go to the store on Route 110, you should definitely ask for Karen.

Great quality, but poor shipping time. We placed a very large and pricey order that furnished our entire backyard in February. Most of our furniture was received mid May, which was expected. However the shipping on my patio table, umbrella, and chairs has been moved from May to July to September, and now the end of October. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if it was pushed off even longer. 8 months is an unacceptable time to wait for a furniture order. Especially since the season will be behind us by the time that we do receive it.

Jeff was so patient with us from the moment we walked in till we left. Were very happy with everything we bought! will definitely continue to come back!

Been waiting since March for my set that I ordered. 8 weeks they said now they are telling me the set is back ordered and I wont get it until October. Are you kidding me, call Customer service and they have no answers call the store and lets just say not the sharpest tools in the shed. DISASTER at best. But they were quick to take my money back in March.

I walked in and spoke to Bill - I was in need of furniture readily available to stage a house that is going on the market. Our first time at the Fortunoff Backyard Store, Omer greeted us and pointed out what section to look at the table and chairs we wanted. Then we browsed on our own. There was a large selection. We had more questions than answers and he helped us choose. We got exactly what we wanted!

We were in the market for a backyard patio set...we needed the whole kit and kaboodle...lounge furniture, dining table, chairs, umbrella, the works. We could not have been more fortunate than to work with Anthony and Connie. Anthony was amazing, he worked with us and our budget and helped us through the entire process. Connie was an absolute sweetheart, she made sure to make proper recommendations for our space and make sure we were spending wisely. It was such a pleasure dealing with both and we cant recommend them enough!!

Inventory of many items (especially patio furnture) not in stock. While deal was good (July 4th sale), must look forward to use next season. This isnt really their fault. Shippimg issues for almost everyone during this time.. Otherwise a good shopping experience with no pressure. Appreciated not being followed around while we looked. Excellent Service. I called the Store in Melville NY trying to replace a Crank for a Outdoor Umbrella that I lost. I purchased the umbrella several years ago. Luckily Kevin answered the Phone. He was Wonderful. He went out of his way to research the exact Umbrella Crank that I needed. it took him several days. He called me when he located what I needed. He ordered it for me to be mailed to my home. I have Never received such Outstanding Customer Service anywhere. Kevin worked so hard to help me and it was only for a $25.00 dollar item. Went to the Melville location to look for new furniture for our deck. I had already seen a few sets online that I liked. Seeing them in person helped me narrow down my choices quickly. Bill helped to answer a couple of questions that I had and priced out a few options. We wound up spending less than anticipated. Overall, quick and easy visit. I would shop here again.

After weeks of looking on line, we finally found just the right set for our deck in the Fortunoff Backyard Store. The set was not cheap, but of high quality. Salesmen were courteous and knowledgeable. Steps were taken to keep the store sanitary during this trying time.

I purchased a large tent, which the recent storm destroyed the privacy screen and I had a very hard time finding a replacement. Connie was persistent and found a place that sells it. She also helped placed an order for me. Her customer service skills is top notch.Can’t say the same for some of her colleagues who didn’t do squat for me when I came to visit in person. They were totally useless. If you go and visit store, ask for Connie.

Customer service was great. Kevin gave me all info I needed between buying my new gazebo and setting up delivery. I am, however, disappointed with the price I was quoted for the set up by the gentleman who was recommended by you for installation. He is about $150 more hours then I was quoted by the store.

Although a little pricey, you get what you pay for. We had a good experience here when looking to purchase an umbrella for our patio. We dealt with Bob the Asst. Manager and he came through with the delivery day we wanted. They guys showed up early which was great, as we had a party scheduled for the afternoon. We love our umbrella and highly recommend Fortunoff and seeing Bob.

I ordered by telephone from a store on Long Island assisted by Karen. She was competent, efficient, and charming. The product was what I wanted and was delivered on time.

I purchased furniture from here on June 10, 2019 and had it delivered on June 25, 2019 but I was not home at the time of delivery and all of the furniture was put into my garage. Two months later after my backyard was done with construction, I finally opened up all of the boxes and realized that I was shorted two cushions. Today I called and got the store manager, Kevin, on the phone and had explained what happened. I was expecting to have to pay for the two cushions because how do you call two months later about something missing and it not to sound fishy. My expectations were completely blown away because Kevin had no issue with how I explained the story and he ordered me two more cushions at no charge. I was totally surprised and very thankful for this. Nice to see good people in the world still. Thank you
