Purchased a $700 Endless Summer propane Fire pit (currently model GAD 1393SP still being sold) It worked great for a year, Placed order with Mr. B-B-Q in September 2020 for replacement tray and igniter assembly because it no longer stayed lit, told they would be ordering part from manufacturer but back ordered. Fast forward 8 months later and 2 other calls a few months in between, where i was told it was still back ordered.... Were sorry that models been discontinued and the part we said we had ordered was never ordered nor can it be. POOR / UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

Terrible customer service - ordered a outdoor fire pit with them and the cover broke after first use.After months of following them up with the order on backorder - no response.Have followed up multiple times over the last 6 months and still no solution.DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!
