I had a great and effortless experience. I just dropped my car off and they had the rental car people bring the rental car to me. They finished on time. Actually, sooner than they thought. I just had to leave my rental with them and take my car home. Everything was easy and smooth. It’s very stressful when you have to take your car in for repairs but I had no stress and had my car back quickly and it looks fantastic. Thank you Service King and Enterprise for everything.

I have been a customer of this business for years. They truly are one the best in the business. Accurate estimation of repair-costs. Delivers on completion times of repair(s). Gives up-to-the-minute status updates where your vehicle is in the repair process..(The ENTERPRISE rental agency that PROVIDES rental vehicles to the customers while your vehicle is being repaired is absolutely ATROCIOUS .)

I took my Car to Service King on Covington Pike for Body Damages and was absolutely blown away! With being in Hospitality for over 20yrs Customer service is something I highly value! Getting you car repaired from a wreck can be very stressful! At Service King that was not the case I was given day to day to updates by Cassidy which she was excellent! They also had an app that I could check on my car daily. Unfortunately I had to go through this process through Caliber about a year ago and it was absolutely a nightmare. The General Manager Steven was excellent as well they noticed my gaslight was on low and he personally put gas in my car to make sure I was able to make it to the gas station. I highly advise anyone who needs service needs to goto Service King 5 Stars for Customer Service and 5 Stars for the work they did!!

Fast friendly check in service. Greetings upon entry.Clear communication about the repair process. Curb side or pull up drop off available. Less than 1/4 to rental place so convenient. Clean. Covid friendly. Staff in masks. Took pics of my car and made we were on the same page as far as repairs needed and existing marks scratches etc.. Discussed how long and updates to be expected.. Appt was at 9am. I arrive 30 min early was still assisted and out in less than 20 min

Was helped quickly. The lady at the front desk ( dont know her name) was super polite, answered all of our questions, and even let us know a good time to drop it off because of a higher volume of customers this month and a possible delay in repairs. 10/10 would recommend this place to friends.

This is my second experience with Service King’s Covington Pike location. (Unfortunately, my cars have been a favored ramming target since I moved to Memphis!) Both times, Service King made an otherwise unpleasant situation incredibly positive. Each member of the team I interacted with was polite, professional, and engaging. The communication I received throughout the repair process was absolutely stellar. Moreover, the work was completed early. The trunk was as good as new and the added touches—the wash, Armor All on the wheels, the rigorous interior cleaning due to pandemic precautions—were appreciated. While I certainly hope I don’t •need• to use their services again, if I do, I will know exactly where to go! And I will continue to recommend them without hesitation. Bravo and thanks!

Customer Service is attentive but is a work in progress. I dont like the idea, if one is complaining the customer is placed on speaker fone as if I or customers dpnt kno that person we are complaining about or others are listening. We are paying patrons. Anything i complain about I will repeat to that employee. I will say the employees will rectify anything brought to their attention. I will update after i have inspected my vehicle thoroughly. The employees showed alot of patience w/my short patience. I was left uninformed, not updated & waiting 3 different times on 3different days that my car was suppose to be ready. The date changed 3times. That was understandable as long as it was fixed correctly. But, just keep me,the customer informed well before time not after pick up time has passed & business closing time.I will say my vehicle was so clean & shiny!! Cleanier than drop off. The employees were still professional & accommodating even after we had some very disagreeable moments. I will return as of now if their services are needed. Update: 1/15/2020It will not allow me to post a picture, but it has almost been a year, and the paint is peeling off the front bumper. They used and aftermarket bumper, and not original equipment. The bumper was not primed or prep. Its going to cost another 1300 to get it done right!Update: 2/20/2019I spoke with a member of management, who offered reimbursement for my additional expenses. However, he failed to realize it is not about the money, but the principles. He offered no apology, and went as far to accuse me of making false accusations. Simply because I refused to take their money. It is not all about money for every person. Respect means more to some people then money. A simple apology for my inconvenience in time and money, would have meant the world. I would have rather him not call, then to call with such an attitude and nasty demeanor. I didnt write a review to shun them from the public, I merely stated the facts of my experience! I do thank the VP that had him to call to attempt to make reparations, however poor his attempt was!The vehicle was not ready on time. When I did pick it up, the vehicle was not fixed correctly. Took another month for them to fix the vehicle, and still not right. I contacted there corporate office, and was informed the someone would get back to me. I never heard from them. My insurance and I pay over 7,000.00 to service king, and the quality, workmanship, and customer service was not worth it at all. I have spent more of my own money to get the vehicle fixed correctly. Do not use the place!

Took my car into service King because it is where my insurance recommended me to take it. I have used them before with no issues but for some reason this time was way different then the last. Maybe its because I had to use this location instead of the Bartlett one. Either way I had my bumper repaired and the under carriage cover that goes behind it. This was done in May 2020. I have had to go back up there twice to have them repair it. The first time the pieces that hold the cover on were not correctly and tightly placed so their solution to fix it was using zip ties until they could get the part it. Mind you I was driving on the interstate when it detacted from my car and was then dragging the entire way down the interstate. I waited and waited to hear that my part was in hoping to soon have the zip ties removed. Come September still nothing. So because I use my car for work etc I could never get around to seeing decent weather where I could go back and demand it be fixed. Because frankly I didnt wanna stand in the cold or extreme heat because they dont have an available waiting area because of covid. No awning nothing! So finally the piece detached again because the zip ties gave out. Eventually my tire rubbed a hole in this cover and it is falling off again! Went back again in December and pictures were taken part was ordered but they in return charged my insurance again for a part they messed up do to neglect. I have been waiting now for a day I am not working and the weather is nice so I can HOPEFULLY have it repaired correctly.

I had to take my car back to them 5 or more times before they got it right. I still feel they didnt do my door right because it still making that noise when it rain I am just tried of taking it back to them. I am going to call my Insurance again.

Faster than expected time frame for repairs. Same quality work as the more expensive locations that claim to be top of the line professionals and the repair costs are less than those others. I dont know if the competitors clean the inside of your vehicle at the end but these guys do and did a great job at that. I know who to go to if any body work is needed for my vehicles in the future...

As a start: the paint is run, the car was not cleaned, it came with more damage to the paint than it had, dented the roof sheet, left grass marks the roof had impeccable, the seatbelts no longer work do not adjust, the protective plastics do not work, the drivers mirror did it. It has marks or scratches on the polisher damaged the paint, I think they are not professional.No vayan a este servicio.. es pesimo.

Just went to pick up my SUV from service king. This location has consistently done a poor job on my car. They have painted the same bumper multiple times. I had to leave my car there again because the paint was still not right. I would take my car to another auto body shop but their work is guaranteed and they keep fixing it for free.

For 3 weeks, I continued receiving updates about my car regarding the completion time. the day before my car was supposed to be ready, I called service king to verify that my car would be ready the next day and Jason from the service department continued telling me to call my insurance. Well Jason finally got around to telling me that my insurance deemed my car unrepairable. For 3 week service king sent me updates via text. Were half way there and on target to complete your car by... Your cars completion date has been moved from... to.... well let you know if any other delays occur. The updates were all lies. Service king did was never working on my car and never once called me to let me know anything. Once I called, Jason barely wanted to speak to me and kept rushing me off the phone call your insurance. I dont know why youre getting text updates from us because you should be. Highly unprofessional.

I absolutely love this place.!!!! I was in an accident where someone hit me from behind, and Mr. Chuck Townsley made sure I was well taken care of. Not to mention that his customer service was OUTSTANDING.!! And he even went as far as fixing my button on my key fob so that my trunk would open.!!!! Was told my car was ready came to pick up the first time. Examined my car and the paint was bubbled up. They kept the car another week and repainted it 2 more times because the repairs were not done properly. Dont even try to call almost impossible. They also informed my insurance company my car was done after the first repair when it actually was not. Causing me to be charged full price for a rental while they repainted my car 2 more times because they cant do repairs properly. Extremely dissatisfied. Just go to another repair center save yourself alot frustration and money. Will warn everyone I know about this place.

Had a wreck October 5th, truck went to the shop that weekend or following Monday with scheduled completion on the 26th. Had hunting trip planned the following week (leaving on 27 October). Picked up the truck on the 26th, drove it for the weekend, truck pulled to the left, back up camera didnt work, washer pump didnt work, very small bad spot on paint. Cancelled trip, didnt want to risk if something major was causing the truck to pull to one side. Took truck back in the following week (Tuesday). They did give me a rental, but cant pull my trailer with it. Shop labor to replace windshield washer pump is .5 hours, 1.3 to do complete install on back up camera, couple of hours for an alignment and rebalance tires (what they said was wrong), and 1/2 a day for paint touch up. Two weeks later (12th of November) and they said it should be ready today (havent got the final call). 2 weeks for less than 8 hours of labor, give an extra day to order parts 2 or 3 days should have been the max. Im supposed to leave for another trip tomorrow night and havent test drove my truck yet (neither have they according to the manager). I could not be more disgusted in their customer service. Nice people who provide a terrible product. Only reason I went there is my insurance uses them as a preferred shop, Ive filed a complaint with my insurance company as well.Update: 13 November: Picked up truck on the 12th, back up camera repaired, washer pump works, paint issue fixed. Still shook at highway speed. Stopped by an independent dealer, did test drive, 2 minutes in they said probably the hub. Called service king, staff very nice, told to bring it in on 13th and they will replace hub (funny because I asked about this specifically during the repair process and was told it was checked and good, took service tech 2 minutes in the truck to figure it out). Dropped it off this afternoon and just picked it up at 630pm (they stayed late to make it right) drove home and no shake. So, after three trips to the shop, hopefully no more gremlins pop up. Have staff on speed dial. Someone from corporate office posted a reply today saying they apologized and someone would be in touch with me. (I assume the same folks Ive talked to every day for the last few weeks), but what does an apology fix? I dont get my time back, they pay no penalty because my insurance still pays their bills. The staff was accommodating and pleasant and always willing to fix the problem. But 3 weeks past first time they delivered it to me just shows they have no concern for me or my time. Round turn on quality control required. I encourage anyone who reads this, the only way you can change their behavior is to choose to spend your money elsewhere. I would be interested to here what the corporate people have to say personally, not though the local service reps, after all, im sure they are following your business model.

Unprofessional unorganized. Why should I have to call multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle. Then when I do, they give me an attitude or tell me my car is almost ready.
