I cannot speak on behalf of their honesty or their knowledge of car mechanics. But I do know that I will not be going back. I took my car in about 4 months ago with what I thought was transmission problems. Memphis motor works originally told me that it was my transmission and they recommended that only D&Bautomotive could fix it and sent me there. D&B automotive told me it would be a $5,000 transmission rebuild and that was all that would fix it. I took my car to a family mechanic and he found no transmission issues, it was all spark plug replacements and ignition coil replacements. well 6 months before that Memphis motor works replaced the spark plugs but apparently they did a really bad job of it said my mechanic. It cost me $600 to fix the transmission r build and 3 months later Ive had no issues. I would not recommend this company nor would I recommend Memphis motor works.

If you want to be ripped off and have shabby work done on your vehicle with horrible customer service then this is the place to go!! I had my car towed here due to a failure to start from a bad terminal on my battery (not diagnosed by this auto shop). They charged me $130 to clean the excess grease off the cables a direct quote from owner. Clearly, a thorough diagnostic testing of any kind was not done, otherwise the bad positive battery terminal would have been recognized and addressed quickly by any competent mechanic and auto shop. I did call back a few days after I picked up my vehicle due to my lights flickering and windows not going down (which I had no problem doing before the failure to start). I had a very unprofessional conversation with the owner about how it wasnt their fault b/c my car wouldnt start to begin with and my cable looked bad NOW they look bad days later, why was something not said when I was standing in your office days earlier? Did you hope I would bring it back so you could stiff a female out of more money? I was not attempting to place blame on the shop when I called back, but instead was foolishly going to take my car back for more work. He interrupted me before I could even finish my statement. SO very glad he showed his true colors and I followed my first mind to hang up the phone and not ever return to this shop!! Also, they did not place anything down to protect my seats or floor and got black grease all over my grey door handle (which was clearly noticeable and not wiped off. Just trifling!! With Covid-19 going around Id expect more sanitary practices, like wearing of masks by employees especially in office, others vehicles, and the use of hand sanitizer. Will be reporting these findings to health department as well.

Have not been here, but sent an email to the website about a question. The owner calls me back and explains what the problem could be or possible solution, that is amazing. This has never happened to me. If I dont get my issue sorted Im driving down from Indiana.

I had a great experience with D and B Automotive! My cars transmission had to be completely rebuilt. They were able to get my car in right away and answered my many questions. They gave me excellent service and clearly have a lot of integrity. You will see that for yourself after having any experience with David and his team. I would recommend them to anyone!

100% would recommend this company. The people are extremely nice, they give you the best price around by far, and dont try and take your money and fix unnecessary things. Great family business, if I ever have problems again I will be going right back to them!!

IN REFERNCE TO RANDY PEPPERS REVIEW, HE WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF 95.00 + TAX WHICH IS A TOTAL OF 103.79, AND WAS INFORMED THAT IF HE DIDNT AGREE WITH IT HE HAD EVERY RIGHT TO TAKE IT SOMEHWERE ELSE, WE ALSO INFORMED HIM THAT IF HE NEEDED THE TRANSMISSION REBUILT WE WOULD WAVE THE FEE .MR PEPPER AGREED TO LET US CHECK THE VEHICLE OUT AND NOT ONLY DID WE INFORM HIM OF THE TRANSMISSION LEAKS BUT ALSO OF OTHER CONCERNS THE VEHICLE HAD, ITS ASHAME THAT A GROWN MAN THIS DAY AND TIME AGREES TO SOMETHING THEN CANT BE RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO HONOR SUCH AGREEMENTS, OUR RECORD WITH OUR CUSTOMERS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF ..,OUR TECHS DO NOT WORK FOR FREE AND THEY HAVE MOUTHS TO FEED JUST LIKE ANY OTHER HARD WORKING CITIZEN

They are scam artists charge $103 just to say you got a transmission leak they said they would waive the fee if they fix something and then whenever you ask them to fix something they say only if its the concerned what your checking the high refuse Inc due to customers there due to them getting people to make it look like theyre a good business when theyre Crooks
