They were able to fix my tire and the wait was not long. The mechanic was able to get 2 lugs off that the Gateway mechanic claim he couldnt get off. Good customer service. I will be back

These guys are some of the most trustworthy mechanics you will find. They do not take advantage of women or people who dont know much about cars & repairs like some in the industry do. I trust them with any/all repairs and i highly recommend them! They also have great affordable prices!

Excellent service. Was afraid it was going to take a while, several cars in service area. But only took about 20 mins. Guy at the desk even helped me figure out how to get the lug protectors off the wheel and didnt imply I was an idiot for not being able to figure them out. Aces in my book.

The employee at this place said that it was first come, first serve when I attempted to make an appointment to have a tire sensor replaced, therefore, I arrived at 6:30 a.m. When the shop opened, they started putting other vehicles into the service bays ahead of me that had arrived after I did. My advice to you, would be to avoid Raleigh Tire at all costs.

I have always loved this place. They are always willing to help you out and work with any budget. This is my first five star rating because they go above and beyond to help their customers. I had a blowout the other day and they eagerly checked and made sure my spare had thr correct pressure.

Great Service and customer service. We in the middle of a pandemic and Management needs to in force people (customers) about wearing mask. While I was sitting in the waiting area, a man was coughing with no mask. Then two more people walk in without a mask. Management please in force mask wearing, for your safety and other customers.

We have been doing business with these folks for several years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We have never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for the work to begin. It has always been a pleasant experience.

Worst experience with a tire shop ever, I would advise people to steer clear of this clearly incompetent establishment. I took my car there to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced and align my front end, when I picked up my car I was informed something on the passenger side ( caster, chamber I forget ) was maxed out and had no more adjustment, mind you everything on the front end was either new or recently replaced, once I left the shop I immediately noticed the was car pulling to the right, the car was not pulling prior to them aligning it. I also had a slow leak in passenger front tire, I checked the valve stem and noticed it still had the old stems even though they charged me for all new stems, I had to take my car to another shop to get the front end aligned correctly, it drives fine now and the shop made no mention of anything being maxed out. The leaky tire was found to be an improperly seated bead, please spare yourself the agony of dealing with this incompetent shop.

Had a flat on interstate they aired it up on we were on our way. Friendly and courteous😊

Seem unwilling to work. I went there with a pipping in my front end. They told me that since I had newer looking parts present, that someone may have left something loose. They never even tried to investigate the problem. I got charged $30 for them to turn my wheel. Anything more than a flat, steer clear!

I trust everyone here with vehicle, my daughter vehicle and my father did before me. If anyone has an attitude with you I am positive you walked in with yours first. I take my car here for everything it needs that they do. If you dont trust this company and these employees, the issue is yours not theirs. They have been there way too long not to be excellent.

I love coming here Bob and everyone have always given the best service. If you need anything go see Bob hell take good care of you. I would like to add I have been coming here for 10 years. Never not one time have I seen those guys be rude to anyone. If they were rude to you, you were rude to them.

If I could give a zero I would. They supposedly replaced a clutch on my car. I dropped it off on a Friday and they said theyd take a look and let me know something by Monday. Monday - no call. When I called Tuesday, they hadnt even looked at it. Finally, a week AFTER I dropped it off, they promised theyd have it ready the following Tuesday. In the 5 weeks since Ive had it, the car is now completely undriveable. Theyre hacks and unreliable in every since of the word. WILL NOT take it back to them to diagnose and/or correct whatever they did to it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY$. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

We bought only 1 tire, the price was okay.I give 4 stars because of one staff member- everybody was just very nice except this one guy. When I asked for the price for 4 new tires he rolled his eyes and sighed. If the other staff and the boss had not been so nice I would have left!

I have been using these guys for over 15 years and they are superb.

These people are cheats and cant adequately conduct decent business. Cant even do a simple brake job without trying to screw you over. Tried to intimidate my wife into buying more than she needed. Left the brake fluid bleeder open and said the caliper was broke. We told them wed take it somewhere else. Went to pick up the car and the problem had resolved itself. Sabotage of brakes in order to profit is low. Had something happened to my wife Im not sure what I would have done. Needless to say they denied having done anything wrong and for me to pursue this problem would be fruitless. I hope they get theirs.

Ive found that Raleigh Tire always serves me with fast, efficient, service and great prices.

It seemed ok at first, but when something went wrong it turned nasty. I knew I needed brake pads, so on a Sautrday morning went to Raleigh Tire and asked for them to be replaced. Of course, they tried to sell me rotors, but I refused to spend the extra $120 for something I didnt need. I took the car home and parked it for a day and a half. Monday morning I started the car to go to work and got a brake fluid notification. I called Raleigh Tire and told them about the brake fluid notification. They claimed to have nothing to do with it and told me they would tow my car to the shop, but Id have to pay for the tow and all repairs. I hung up the phone. Ill never trust Raleigh Tire to service either of my vehicles again.
