The service tech RB, he was a bald headed older man that was probably about 45, he was very very very nice and professional in every way. The only reason I would even come back was because of him. He was so polite and very professional, unbelievably nice. I talked to another young guy with a dark beard that was nice as well. But RB went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of.

I have a pleasant experience each time I come and visit to get service, and the technician is always professional and I had the privilege to meet Keith at the Winchester location in Memphis, Tn. If anyone wants Great and Quality Service, go and ask for Keith.

Decent service, but their prices have skyrocketed. After my last oil change I was given a bill of 92 dollars, which is much higher than my previous oil changes. Unfortunately, I will need to go with a different company for my oil changes.....

They lied to me about being able to repair my tire. They tried to charge me over 200 dollars to fix it. I left and went somewhere else and was charged 15 dollars to fix it.😡

This my second time here today! I’m trying to understand do you all offer free air anymore! I’ve been sitting in my car for freaking 7 minutes now and no recognition whatsoever! I normally come here to get an oil change as well guess I’ll be going to going elsewhere from now on smh.

The manager waited until I pulled in the bay to tell me that I couldnt get an oil change due to my car being so loud. I waited 10-15 minutes outside. If you could hear my car in the office and it was such a big deal. Why not notify before I waste my time. The same loud vehicle has been service there for two years. But today was a problem.

I went for transmission filter change, which they advertised on the website. I guess they dont do the service for my type of car.. So they just topped off my oil for free.

They always get my oil change right and get me in & out quickly. But I needed air in my tires this time and had to wait for that. In their defense, they did get really busy all of a sudden. What upset me was they had a guy they put to work breaking down boxes that could have been airing up my tires. When the man finally stopped taking phone calls and entering new customer in the computer he came over to air up my tires. He apologized and told me I forgot about your tires and just put air QUICKLY in my tires without gauging them. I checked them myself and I am 3psi low in pressure in 3 of my tires and 4 psi low in one. Now I am going to have to do it myself after all. If it had not been for the bad tire experience, I would have given the 5 stars.

My husband and I went to this location today to get our tires checked for leaks. We dealt with Dylan and Cody....both of them were super friendly and very nice to deal with. Cody made sure to let us know everything he was doing. It ended up being nothing and he didnt charge us anything! Best experience we have ever had at any location!

This is a great quick stop for a oil change. They check fluids and everything I love this place.

Always miss something. Synthetic oil is fine unless your car says NO SYNTHETIC then it breaks it and they blamed me for not telling them the correct oil to use. I bought them a video on how to read huge letters on oil caps, written by samuel L Jackson.

After driving for nearly 26 years I’ve found a reliable lube service. These guys were not only 10 minutes from pull in to pay but actually came in the lobby and gave me recommendations about my vehicle as it should be done. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to be pushy or aggressive on additional services but simply made me aware. The assistant manager and the tech, Tony were awesome and I verbalized this to them. You will be glad to make these guys your new guys!

I trust my vehicle to these guys .They are always professional,friendly, and answer any questions I may have. Its quick to get in and out and they have awesome teamwork that makes everything they do through from cleaning your windows, calling to each other safety checks from the pit, changing your stickers, and letting you know needed maintenance coming at your next mileage checkpoint to checking out. Usually 2-3 of the team help with my ten minutes service. These guys make me feel well taken care of. Great job team.👍👍thanks for all u do.

Wow. I have been going to express since I moved north from central MS. I used to do car care clinic but that was not available in this area. I want you guys to know Express has the same great service. I havent had the need of any major service but I am glad to be relieved in case I need it. I hate being auto stranded. But this location really saved the day. Had a terrible experience at Firestone. I made an appointment with Firestone they lied and said I didn’t. Then they refused to look at my car even though my car smelled like it was burning. I told the workers my issue and they fixed me right up!!!!! If you want great service come here instead of Firestone.

Love this location. The guys are always fast, professional, and friendly. I live about 30 minutes away and they always ask why I drive all the way out there. The oil place by my house just doesnt compare to the service I receive from Express. A lot of times they remember me from previous visits. They compliment my bumper stickers and always have a positive attitude. I like feeling welcome and not pressured to spend money on something unnecessary. 😊

Been going here for years. Always does a good job whether its an oil change or mechanical problem.

My car was took to them through repairpal through carmax, I was told the price I would have to pay was 398.00 but when i came to pick up my car after i was called on Monday 2-1-21 the price was 534, also last week they told me the car would be ready by 12noon on Friday but they didnt call until Monday at 8:40am. What a joke.

They were expensive for me to have a low mileage vehicle for an oil change

I started calling, at noon, to see if they had a specific battery in stock. I literally stayed on hold for 33min. After calling multiple times, I then went on the website and it showed the battery was in stock. Unfortunately they did not 😡but the most upsetting thing was employees was standing around having a joyful conversation while the phone was ringing.

I have used this place in the past for my car when arriving on March 6th 2021 I asked for an oil change and oil filter I was given a form to fill out I had no problem with giving them my name and home address see no need for giving them my email address or my phone number I was told at that point to go get my oil changed somewhere else and the employees use foul language and I must say I did as well they need to get rid of the employee with the bad attitude he was so ignorant he told me when you go to the doctor you give them your information how stupid can he be I would never go there again

These guys are my literal favorite with that being said I actually fear for the safety of these employees with everything going on currently the people in Memphis do not self quarantine like they should and as I was pulling up to get air I witnessed someone actually sneezing into the face of one of the employees who in turn looked rather upset the guys you have working at this location at fantastic and always make my visit one I can smile about maybe better measures should be taken to take care of them.

They were incredibly nice. The oil change was fast, and they checked everything, making suggestions and asking if I needed to replace certain things. They let me know that my air filter was dirty, but didn’t need to be replaced yet. I didn’t ask them to check, but they saw my wipers were torn up and offered to change them. I had needed my wipers changed, and I was very happy that they had wipers there to purchase. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely go back.

Express Oil Change always offers fast and friendly service! I never have to leave my car for an oil change, so I am able to enjoy my breakfast and music while I wait. They are upfront about any issues with my car, make honest recommendations and let me know the prices in advance. I have been using Express since 2002 and would recommend them to anyone!

Service is ok but they never refill my windshield fluid. Even after asking them to make sure to refill, they tell me they did and as I leave I realize they didnt

I NORMALLY GO TO MEINEKE BUT THEY WAIT WAS GOING TO BE THREE HOURS AND THEY COULD NOT GET ME IN TODAY. I PUT IN GOOGLE FOR THE NEAREST OIL CHANGE AND EXPRESS OIL CHANGE WAS WITHIN A MINUTE. I PULLED UP ON THE LOT AND MICHAEL (THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) GREETED ME AND SAID WE CAN TAKE YOU RIGHT NOW. PULLED IN THE BAY AND DYLAN GOT SOME INFORMATION AND POLITELY SAID THIS WILL TAKE 10 MINUTES OR LESS. ALL OF THE ATTENDANTS ARE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. IM IN AWE I AM DONE! I WILL BE BACK!!!! Love bringing my car here because service is always great. Edward is one of the nicest people there. I don’t know much about cars but he will answer my questions and explain things to me so that I have a clear understanding.

Ive been here several times and didnt have any issues. The service has been good each time. They are good about getting your oil change completed in a decent amount of time. The only thing they missed last time is I asked the guy to reset my Maintenance Required warning on my toyota sequoia and he said yes but forgot to do it. Overall, no other problems at this location.

I get fairly quick and pleasant service here. First maintenance shop I have been to that doesnt pester you about getting everything on top of what you actually come for. Only make suggestions for things that could possibly pose a problem in the near future. Went for a 10 minute oil change and thats exactly what I got.

I live in South Memphis and I come all the way out to this place, because they always provide excellent customer service. Ive never had any complaints from them. And theyre a Christian based company.

I frequented this business offen, even had automotive repairs on my vehicle. But today, my service wasnt quite up to par. They didnt check other fluid levels nor cleaned my windshield. Not mad, juat a lil disappointed. Should I expect the same service every time? 3.5 stars today.

4 of the familys 5 vehicles have been brought here for their oil service since living in Collierville. That changes after today. My wife took my daughters 2009 Jetta and was told the serpentine belt was shredded and needed immediate changing. She was quoted just short of $500 for the repair. The repair couldnt be done until tomorrow. On the way home, she took the carby our usual repair shop where I met her. I did so because I had just paid for a new belt less than 6 months ago at this repair shop. Together we inspected the belt and, surprise, it looked brand new, not shredded.Obviously my wife was profiled, targeted or whatever other phrase people want to use. She was not shown the shredded belt. This is a despicable technique, shameful and I hope it was worth it to the management and owner at Express as we are obviously never returning. I do appreciate Mike speaking to me about it over the phone and, to his credit, he sounded embarrassed and said this is not what they stand for. But I would use at your own risk.

The oil change was great and customer was good ! But it’s wasnt 10 minutes more like 25 minutes. And they didn’t do everything they said they would do ! My window didn’t get wash! And they are kind of pricey
