This company saved me $1800. Gateway Tire and Auto wanted to repair my front end for $2200. A $400 job was all that was necessary. They were recommended by my mechanic who has had a decades long relationship with this company. Highly recommend.

I have Peyton this establishment several times with several different cars. However, on this particular visit I really did not feel welcomed. I walked in the door I was not addressed another customer came in with me who did not have an appointment nor did she even know appointments were required, versus I had scheduled an appointment a week prior to this date. She was asked of her needs and I had to speak up and state that I had an appointment. After doing so my key was taken my name was not no information just give me your key and they went in the back. Afterwards this lady was allowed to not only get an appointment for that day but her car was put on the wreck before mine and the only communication that I had was when they were done. The lady was allowed in the bay the minute I walked outside to look to see if anyone had gotten my car because no one even knew who I was because they didnt ask the bay doors were closed in my face. I had gotten an alignment back in July when I purchased tires unfortunately there was a huge pothole at colonial and poplar so I needed to go and get it readjusted the price was slightly cheaper however the customer service was horrible. Which I dont understand because the other customers that came in were treated politely but I was ignored I wasnt irate I was in disrespectful I just came in. so I dont know if in the future I will be returning to this establishment although Ive used it for several years.

Great alignment. Shops around the city recommend going to Stigler, and it was worth it. Very reasonable price (another shop wanted 75 per axle), and they were willing to work with me on camber/toe. Got an alignment and then had a free alignment check performed elsewhere a few weeks later. Car was not aligned to spec. No before/after alignment data was ever provided at Stigler so I dont know what happened there. The place that did my free alignment check provided before and after alignment data when I had them perform another alignment. I will have my alignament checked again in a few weeks to see if its the car not holding an alignment, but I doubt it.

I was told to come here for possible wheel alignment issues. After explaining my problem to the manager he suggested checking out my tires and balance for $45. I explained that these were brand new tires from 2 weeks ago along with balancing, so why spending more money for something that was already done. He wouldn’t even assess my car or do a wheel alignment. Luckily I went next door to FLETCHER AUTOMOTIVE where they were more than happy to assist me with my issues.

Had front and back alignment on my car done. Been going here lots of years. They are friendly, honest and prompt with appointments. One thing is if foreseen problem during a procedure on vehicle they will let you know it. Save time Inn at least knowing.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE BUT......First..inappropriate way to talk to the client when it comes to guarantees, second they ask you to have the copy of your receipt (which I show them) to validate the work guarantee but they do not have the original at hand. Third the owner was quite annoyed and his way of speaking was rude when I asked him to show me the original copy of the work, third they make you wait too long when it comes to repairing guarantees. And the end they fixed the problem with my truck and I just paid for labor only.. thanks

I did business for the first time with Stigler Alignment this week after receiving a recommendation from a trusted mechanic. Stigler made a convenient appointment, quickly diagnosed the issue with my truck (bad wheel bearing) and completed the repair the same day for a fair and reasonable price. I was visiting Memphis and a CV joint went bad on my Volvo. I was referred to Stigler and they got the job done right, very quickly and reasonably. I trust them more than shops (including the dealers) in my own hometown. The general mechanic shop that referred me, Bartons are also really good straight shooters.

I have had several cars aligned here. They exist pretty much solely to do alignments. While they do perform other maintenance and will tell you if there is something wrong with the vehicle keeping them from properly aligning it, they dont really try to upsell you into all kinds of other service. Put short, they do what you ask at a reasonable price.

My car was on the verge of being majorly damaged then I was referred to stigler alignment. ....I had to get new bearings, rotars, break pads and a few other things !! They were so concerned about my safety and not driving my car anywhere, and they also fixed everything the same day!! I would definitely recommend! !!

I drove from Jackson, TN to get bearings press out of rear knuckles for 2006 Mercury Mountaineer he did it same day in less than 2 hours. I went to local hunting goods store and returned and he was done! Pricey but good business.

Best wheel alignments in the city

I took my 1941 Dodge Military truck to have the wheels balanced and i spoke with a fellow and he said they could not balance the wheels. He had a attitude so i left there and took the truck to Steepleton Tire at Crump and Launderdale. Seepleton did the work and did a great job and they had a Great attitude. I will never go back to Stigler again

My family and business has used Stiglers for years. I brought my car up there and had a front end alignment done because it was pulling to the right. It took them about 30 mins and then it pulled to the left and they still charged me for the alignment anyway. They said that the tread was off in my tires and that was why they it pulled. I pleaded with them to move the tires around and they finally did unhappily. The guy was very rude to us and when he walked away he remarked I just love it when people tell me how to do my job. He also stated I will do anything to get you out of my shop when we asked him to put the tires back the way they were before the alignment was done. I nor anyone I know will ever go back again.
