I have brought my car and my wifes now to have both routine and warranty work done and I believe they have worked diligently to meet my service needs. I will admit it might take longer than I like sometimes, but that is a reflection of the current times as they are having staffing issues after COVID like everyone else. Regardless, Daryl has always made customer service a priority, and I believe his prices and quality of work are hard to beat in the Memphis area.

Darrel and his team are my go to for all of my auto repairs. He’s done work to every single truck I’ve owned and I am very picky on who works on my things. He’s done complete motor swaps and simple break jobs. Darrel is always at my beck and call when I need him most and he always gets me in and out at an incredible rate. Would not recommend anyone but Darrel to anyone!

I have taken my 98 Mercedes to be repaired now two times and I just want to say both times the guy at the shop has been very nice and does all that he can to fix the problem. If your needing repairs and like me cant afford the Mercedes dealer give him a try.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS LOT! The owner will sell you a car, collect all of your money & eventually take the car. He will lie and say you never paid him any money towards the vehicle. However, if you do purchase a car from here be sure to keep all receipts to stop this man! He AND this car lot is BOGUS! All in all, any person taking parts in this scamming car lot is ridiculous and needs to find a better way to making money rather than cheating people out of their hard earned money!

Had a great experience here. Had my VW Jetta TDI towed to ESW because my usual shop was filled up for over a week. Car wouldnt start. They had my car back on the road the very next day. A wire to the starter had come unplugged. They fixed that, replaced the air filter I had fogotten about. All I owed was a minimal labor rate of an hour and the cost of an air filter. All I can say is that this looks like my new shop!

Company does not honor their warranties and are very unprofessional. Management and front desk attendant seem to have a problem dealing with people of color. I paid to have an oil leak fixed in my BMW X5, then was nickeled and dimed to death for parts I did not need. My truck still has the same oil leak they charged me $1,900.00 to fix. When I told them of this, they said that they would not honor the work they had completed just a few months previously. Then they charged me for a whole new estimate which they said would be waived if I got my X5 fixed there. The new estimate outlined the same problems as the previous one which the work was done on. Not worth it, next time will go to the dealer they are about the same price and will warranty as well as parts. Dont be fooled by this unrepeatable company.
