RIPP OFF!!! My car ran terrible after coming here. They left things unloosed under my car after performing an alignment. When I returned my car the next day, they clearly seen the problem and did not hold theirselves accountable all while trying to sell me more services. The person in charge (manager) called me a b***h upon going to the cash register to refund me my money. The guy then tried to flip the story, played the roll as if he was being threatened, and then called the police. RUN!!!!!!!! Worst play ever, pay a little extra and go to Firestone!

I pulled up and sat there for at least 15 minutes without being acknowledged by even a simple wave. Then when i got out of the car and politely asked about getting air in my tires he yelled back, Yeah. When Im done. Which is fine, but you dont have to be rude. So I just left because customer service is still valued.

Back again! I cant stay away apparantly 🤣 great service! Best guys around.

Getting your car fixed is always a hassle but going to Russells is a good deal because they dont upsell you and they give you good deal

I drove over to Russell tire company and upon arrival was told that I couldnt receive a wheel alignment. It was only 12:47@ I dont understand why the procedure couldnt be done, my money is green just like everyone else. I will not be going over there no time soon. Put that in your cash register !

Good service but they have live spiders and spider webs all in the lobby especially behind the wall mounted tv and the window had daddy long leg spiders crawling in them. They did a great job with my vehicle but until they take care of the spiders and spider webs I can’t come back.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We where referred to this place. We went there for alignment on our truck. They pulled truck to back and ca m.j e back 20 minutes later said alignment was finished. We asked are you sure you did alignment they said yes. We drove off truck still driving the same. Please dont waste your time and money.

Ive bought tires from these fine folks for over 30 years. The service department where the real work happens is superb! You dont ever spend over 30 minutes with them as opposed to half a day at other places. Tires are top of the line and with a great price!

This place is a hidden gem. I got an alignment and all of my tires balanced and was in and out in less than an hour. The prices were pretty much half of what you pay at the big name places.

Said they dont grease your points only alignment then the short man left my upper control arm bolts on both sides loose. Best bet dont be the first one when they open. Going to Stingly on National.

They said theyd align my tires and they did an excellent job in ten minutes. On top of that, they torqued down my inner tire rod that was a little loose. No appointment, waiting included, I was less than an hour.

Very unprofessional, slow and not organized with it comes to handling customers on a first come first services, I personal wouldnt recommend anyone with integrity to go here for any type of services
