Brought my car in for a diagnostic after it continued to make intermittent, but unusual noises. They were able to address another issue missed by my former car place during routine maintenance checks. They were friendly and professional, and give a great teacher discount. Will be switching over to the hub for all my future car needs!

Jennifer was very nice! Have only dropped the car off so far, but had a great first impression and were very helpful! Thank you for helping fix our car! Location is behind a neighborhood. Free coffee and have a cat there but he was hanging with his cat friends today. Will add more once we hear back about what the car needs and how long it’ll take to fix!

I was challenged with having to explain the issues my family was having with my husband’s vehicle. Jennifer was beyond helpful and put me at ease my inability to accurately identify the problem. She took into consideration all of the special circumstances that I presented to her when describing my need to get the most cost effective solution due to it being an older car. The car was diagnosed, fixed and returned in a short time frame; and Shannon was helpful providing updates, taking my payment by phone and detailing the lockbox process since we were unable to pick it up during regular business hours. They exceeded my expectations and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to all my friends and family.

Brought the car in after an unnamed Ford dealership provided a very suspect diagnosis and large estimate. The Hub was everything you could hope for with needing a car repair. Brought the car in when they opened, was called with a diagnosis a couple hours later, provided options and costs for repair, called again when there needed to be a slight increase for an additional fix, and got the car back in the early afternoon. Very good prices and communication. Additionally, in the pandemic days, probably the most safe and socially-distanced business Ive been to. So glad to have found a trustworthy repair show nearby!

I normally dont do reviews, however, because of joy instilled in my heart I felt compelled. I visited Hub Automotive September of 2019. Prior to my visit I had lost all confidence in repair shops. At this visit Ms Brunson took the time patiently to talk with me about my concern and the issue that caused me to visit their repair shop, by recommendation. I left very impressed with Ms. Brunson and satisfied with their diagnosis of the problem for that vehicle that after, persistence was finally repaired correctly by the shop that started the work. Fast forward 2020 I had the an issue with an unneeded part replacement and sloppy workmanship. Skeptical about trusting another shop or anyone else, even the repair shop that did the work, I finally decided to give Hub Automotive an opportunity to gain my confidence and trust. Long story short, they obtained both. I am very pleased with the repair made so much so that I sat in the car for several minutes before shutting engine off. I believe I have found my automotive repair shop for the future. R. I remember when my boyfriend told me to come here for the first time 🙏 since then Ive been back over a handful of times and I dont plan on stopping. The owners are so friendly and hardworking. The repair bills are almost always lower than I expected and the work itself is top-notch. Comfortable/interesting waiting room (big glass wall looking into repair bays).

I recently moved to Memphis and was trying to find a local mechanic that is fair and honest, which is very hard to find these days. I brought my car in because I thought it was leaking coolant. Andrew and his wife were very friendly and even offered to drive me home; I live in walking distance but it was very kind. After a few hours of pressure testing and thorough visual inspection (which you can see through the big glass windows), he found no leak and didnt charge me for the diagnosis. I was blown away by that sort of practice in the industry.I will be back the next time I am in need. One word of advice, they dont always answer the phone right away but keep trying and I think it is worth your while.
