They always have such cute and affordable merchandise here, especially their holiday selections. I always come here for any last minute home goods I may need, like platters or containers and decor.The staff is pretty friendly and attentive. I wish they had bigger stock on their Halloween/Fall stuff!

I love home goods & the deals they give, however, at this particular home goods I thought it was slightly deceitful when we pointed out that a double bookshelf was missing the 2nd bookshelf. Instead of noting this or making any changes, they ripped the tag off with the item listing and stated that it was the wrong tag. The bookshelf had a flip shelf that intentionally flipped for the smaller bookshelf to insert inside of it so it was not the wrong tag.

Very poor checkout customer service experience. The associate had her ear bud in and talking on the phone not properly taking care of the customer. She unapologeticly made an avoidable mistake with my transaction if she were paying attention. Even after the additional 10 minutes it took to resolve, she offered no apology for her error or inconvenience!

Hit or Miss most times. But I notice locations in other cities always have great stuff. Memphis store stuff is blahh

Very nice store. Clean with alot of decor.

They don’t honor their tagged prices. They had a rug with a big Homegoods sign attached to it with the price of $129.99. We were getting the guy to get it down for us to purchase and pick up later in the day. He says this rug is $300 and doesn’t honor the price because his “associate put on .” The manager wouldn’t come talk about it with us but the cashier blamed it on them having a lot of new associates and everyone making mistakes. I understand that even though a business shouldn’t use that as an excuse, but when you go to a store you expect things to be the price they are marked when you shop.

I needed a laptop table and found a really nice strong and beautiful table with a drawer compartment. Very nice quality and stable support framework.

I love HomeGood! There was such beautiful Turkish tableware and I had a super hard time passing it up, especially for the price! This store is clean and associates are nice.

I previously saw some small glass lamps that I wanted but they were not there this time, however I did find a large cooking stock pot that I needed so even though they didnt have what I wanted they did have something else that I need it

Clean and organized! I love these traits in any establishment, but how much more fun when its a busy shopping store right?When my wife shops, i take my little ones shopping as well to keep them busy. The floors are always Clean and the Staff are so professional and friendly. Returns are a simple experience as well.

This is one of my favorite places to wander around & shop. Ive bought decorative items, pillows, throws, towels, tablecloths, shower curtains, kitchen gadgets, specialty food like gluten free cookies, baskets... Its one of the few places where Ill go down every aisle. It can be a little cluttered but never too bad.

First time in a HomeGoods. Everything was pretty well organized other than the pet section. Checkout could have been faster, the single cashiers help waited until the line was cleared before arriving to help. Cashier was very friendly and polite regardless of coworker.

Always find great deals here. I have started going here before anywhere else when looking for something for the home. This used to be my last stop, where I would finally find what I was looking for. Now I just go here and find what I want and save the need for all of the shopping.
