The sales rep was very helpful and patient in exploring my choices. He discussed various options with explanations for which type of pillow I should use. He provided the opportunity for me to physically test the comfort of various options. I will definitely return.

As the family is growing and two kids getting in the bed it was time to upgrade. We came into the store and first thing we were great if with was some jokes and a friendly smile from Ms. Maria. She was super friendly didn’t try to push products or up sale us. I had to take a star off due to the malfunction of the system charging us twice. However, even on her day off Ms. Maria called us and fixed the issue and got us the bed we wanted.

Havent received the bed yet. But the buying process was top notch. Sleep Number really has it dialed in when it comes to finding the best bed for your sleep. Cant wait to get the sleep Number bed and start getting some quality sleep.

Robert assisted me and my wife, we left with a wealth of knowledge and buying an i8 bed.

The bed that i tried out was so comfortable i couldnt believe it. Its a must have lol.

Shopping at the Sleep Number Store at Wolfchase was a pleasure. Our sales person was a delight. He knew all about the merchanise and was extremely kind and patient with us as we made our decision. I highly recommend this store and our sales person Stephen.

I bought one of these beds for $6000. after 5 months it has developed a depression on the right side of the bed & the split head is widening so my head & arm falls in the ever enlarging crevice when I roll over. I called the store where I purchased it & was given a number for customer service. After waiting for 20 min a rep answered & informed me it would cost me $179 for a tech to come over to my house & evaluate the problem. Save your money & sanity. Dont buy this bed
