Wow! This place is a disaster and there’s virtually no staff on site! It’s really gone downhill as far as being at least minimally maintained. I saw a lot of outdoor planters with the manufacturer tag on it, googled the products and found their online store had the identical product with free shipping and it was almost 75% less than what I saw at @HOME👎🏼

Never been in a more disorganized store. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but I was looking for area rugs and found them in three different locations around the store. Everything is in complete disarray and you cannot find what you’re looking for

Whew child. This place has the best prices and the least order. I could not find anything or any help. The prices are worth the trip which is why Ive given 5 stars.

I love shopping from clothes all the way to home decor. This place has a huge variety of items for the entire home. I found a great painting and mirrors that I couldnt wait to hang up! I love the new editions to my home.

I havent bought anything from here yet, but everytime I go in the store is clean, theres lots of room, and the staff seems helpful and friendly, this store seems to have alot in stock weather it be chairs, pillows and patio sets, decorations for your place of residence, or even fake moss theyve got you covered.

Still one of my favorite stores, but they dont have as much variety as they use to.

I returned a sales final clock which had a chip in the glass. Unfortunately, because it wasnt tested to see if it worked had to return and exchanged for something of equal value. I was told that credit would be returned to my debit card within 24 hours. This was May 31, 2021 Memorial Day. To date no refund was issued. The items that were exchanged were paid separately and I still have not received the credit and I spoke with a store representative on Friday, June 4 who took my information and stated that a store manager would be giving me a call. My banking institution has not received any credit and I was referred back to originator of refund which is At Home. No one has called me back.

Large store with almost anything you need to decorate your home.

Stood in line 30 plus minutes because there was only 2 people at the register. at home doesnt want to spend money on more employees to operate said registers. And that comes directly from one of the employees!

I went this store last week and bought so many things.. now Sumer sale going on so I am so excited to buy I ever I want ( I bought from this store artificial trees and some outdoor accessories..

They have excellent prices on wall decor. I believe they changed the lighting and it is so bright and pretty inside. They also have some clearance items.

Was organized much better than in years past. Enjoyed just walking around. Found some outdoor bench cushions for half of the prices I had seen on the net.

Great store. Found more options for outdoor furniture than Lowes or Home Depot. Staff was a bit lethargic & wasnt sure of their stock, but still found everything we needed to get my mom set up in her backyard. You may need to look around because items can be just about anywhere in the store. We were told they did not have any umbrella bases but walked around enough in the outdoor section to find 1 lone base sitting behind some other stuff. Luck favors the bold!! Does that really work in this instance?!

They always have neat stuff. I had an issue with a piece of patio furniture I bought (the box had the wrong parts in it) and management helped me get what I needed without a big fuss. I really appreciate the good customer service.

I always enjoy going into the Home Store there are always something new to look forward to seeing, plus it gives you decorate tips by looking at the display.The only reason I am giving them a four star is because I am handicap and I feel they could do a lots better by the electric carts for the handicap other than that I would have gave them a five star.

At Home typically has a good variety of the items on my shopping list, but this time I left to shop elsewhere for half of my list. Some departments seemed to be in transition with the signs hung from the ceiling not aligning with the goods. Ill return to shop at this store because of past successful shopping trips.

I love going to At Home!!! It has all of your essential needs and trinkets to help make your home the way you desire it to be. The only issue I had was the pictures were everywhere and all over the place. Nobodys perfect though! I would invite everyone to shop there!

Shopping here is such a chore. There’s always just ONE cashier. Surely, they can hire more cashiers. It’s a popular place with plenty of customers. I’d prefer to shop online than stand in line.

Dont waste your time. The products are okay with good selection, but we searched for 20 minutes for an employee, and when we finally found her, she sloughed us off with an off hand remark. We walked out and left over $400 sitting our cart and wont go back.

Line was way too long. There was only one cashier. Eventually there was a 2nd cashier. I was in line more than 30 minutes. There are never enough store personnel. There needs to be a huge hiring event and/or some self checks installed

So much to choose from at reasonable prices. Would be a 5 star review had they had more than 2 checkout lines open with as many customers were in line. Unnecessarily long process to purchase items.

Always a fun trip, go when you have some time to just look around. You can always find a treasure if you look for it Im the store.. a favorite

My favorite part as a decorator is adding the right accessories to customize and complete any room. At Home is one of those stores for me! Plus they give a 10% military discount.. Gotta love a store that supports service members..

Huge store with lots of decently priced home goods, however, the store is junky. There were no associates to be found on the floor so dont expect any help finding anything.

Maybe its Covid, maybe its Memphis but this location is a disaster. I realize we are between seasons so I understand the pallets of stock and empty shelves. Its as if they refuse to hire anybody to straighten whats already there. I saw 2 employees and a security guard at 6pm on a Friday night. It felt like a discount/overstock store.

Usually a good place to shop but today they were nearly barren in the depatments I needed; only a couple 95 inch grommet curtain panels but skads of 84 inch, so if thats what you need, its a bonanza; no real selection of 29-30 inch barstools...disappointing; checkout line was a 30 minute wait, its a holiday weekend, people have stimulus money, and it was a sunny Saturday-not rocket surgery that the store would be busy. Maybe the their shipment was behind the Ever Given, I dont know...

Summer store is going back to junky ways.They have no art really on walls.Pillow, towels are dirty filthy throughout.Be careful for shelves and items in walkway.Floral area and broken items on shelves.Long lines not enough cashiers.Customer service is low.Some of the people dont help.Management is to be desire.Renovation..I know due to Covid they still have a lot of no mask wearing customers and they are not up to the correct guidelines.Cleaning is needed.

Stood in line 15 to 20 mins just to check out. Management really needs to work on having more registers open on the weekend. Doesnt make sense at all to wait that long.

I went last Friday to the Summer Ave. lication.. Yes, this store has everything you need from A to Z. I will never return! It took over thirty minutes to check out. They had two registers open for all these people to checkout. Several people left their baskets and/or items on the shelves and left. If they had stayed in line, my wait would have even been longer. My time is much more valuable than spending it standing in line to spend my hard earned money.

Disappointed with the selection and the display of the store it looked as if they were having a yard sale. This use to be one of my favorite places to shop really been disappointed this year.

The prices were not as good as I had expected. They had large quantities of what they had but it didnt seem to be of high quality or any thing else that would make their selection exceptional. The manager was very helpful and the clerks at checkout friendly.

The online pictures show what a nice store this is...VERY DECEIVING!!!!! This store was junked, shelves were strewn, stuff in the aisles, the handicapped carts dont work. I was very dissappointed! Will never be back!

I actually like the store and the huge selection, but after doing my shopping, today, I abandoned my merchandise, after waiting in an extremely slow line. I had taken time carefully selecting my goods so I was mad. There were four people checking out for about 40 people in line. I was really disappointed. I would believe for a store that large, they would have more checkout lanes. They had 5 that I saw, but not utilizing them all on July 3, holiday rush. I will come back and give a better review if they will fix the checkout issue.
