Asst manager is rude. Do not by furniture from this place . I waited since 1-10-21 for furniture I was told would be ready in a week . I finally get to the store and the manager didn’t even apologize or show any concern to the issue . He repeated .. GOTTA HAVE YOUR PINK COPY OVERR AND OVER ..LIKE YOUR WASTING HIS TIME COMING . After informing him I left it and I could have my spouse email it . He just kept repeating GOTTA HAVE YOUR PINK COPY ..Just Beware, I purchased my furniture in full months before stimulus payments or taxes were out. Treat people how you would want to be treated. I was truly in awe from the entire conversation. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!

Ruth who works in customer service first refused to give her name, when you work in business you do not answer the phone as if you are at home. After claiming she didnt know where a Mgr and she realized the severity of the matter she sent my call to a Mgr name Darren who is the rudest person that has little to 0 customer service skills, and first claimed he didnt know the other store number after i informed him of the theft they will either refund or give my nephew his furniture.DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PEOPLE.

Store has no good quality furniture and their prices are too steep for what they are asking the manager was very unperfesional he started what the other customers said when I asked him about a recliner he cant loose his job giving me a discount he was very rude and arrogant I wasnt asking for a handout just a fair price the store had a sofa and love seat but the sofa some how got sold he told me where the recliner was and it was torn and it had a long tear on the end among other things it wasnt what they were asking for it

Very pleased with my purchase Bought a beautiful bedroom set. The cost was good. I paid cash for it! So happy!!!

My experience was horrible. There was only one sales person available to give prices. The sales person was also the manager who was trying to be professional but arrogant at the same time. Every item I questioned about with no price labeled on it, was either sold or a final price even if it was a last piece or missing items on the piece. I asked for an extra 10%off since the knob was missing on an item, and manager replied it’s already discount and how much the item original cost. He explained he not going to loose his job trying to give me a lower price. I looked the item up and it didn’t cost the price the manager quoted. I’m Very disappointed at the way I was treated while trying to purchase an item. When I left the store, I had to process what just happened.

I had the exact same experience the customer ( katrina) posted a week ago .. word for word .. that unprofessional person you have working there has the worst attitude I have ever experience in the service industry ever .. why would I spend my money with you... very sad thats all you have to offer your potential customers. ... I am also writing corporate - the one stat is only because the system would not let me post with it

Royal furniture has great deals on couches and love seats. Even the damaged goods are not thrown away but priced reasonably to put furniture in your home!!

These people are rude when you call about defected furniture. They do not give refunds instead they tell you that you have to buy more defected cheap stuff from them
