How bout this. I leave my car to get diagnosed, come back to pick up the car and they don’t have the keys or my car is no where in site. Robert, the owner, then claims the car has been stolen off their lot with my keys in the car. The owner never tried to find out who moved the car to the parking spot and where is the key fob. Then Robert says someone must have walked in the shop, picked up a random key and it was to my car. My car was a fairly new blue impala LTZ, 123k miles w/ brown interior, sunroof and clear wrap around front of car to protect paint.. Really doesn’t add up at all. The owner and workers are extremely rude w/ no regards for how you’re feeling as a customer to have your vehicle stolen while in their possession.

Had my truck a whole week and couldnt find out what was wrong with it. Gave me a run around and spin around for a complete 7 days. Definitely wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle here. They have millions cars in the garage not enough space and not enough mechanics.

Very friendly and I love this life time warranty! Took my truck for the annual checkup and they fixed what was wrong in a timely manner.

This is a great place for simple auto repair work. I didnt feel like I was paying more than I should. I had my transmission flushed and the filter replaced. It didnt take but about 30 or 40 minutes. The associates here are very knowledge and very kind. If I need any other repairs, I would definitely return. Just be sure to schedule your appointment beforehand.

Would like to just say that I had a wonderful experience at AAMCO. I do not know why people do not write reviews when they get great service but always want to write reviews of bad service. I have a total of 4 cars and I took two of my cars here and Charlie was very pleasant and respectable and responded to me asap whenever I needed something. They fix my wife Honda and my 79 Monte Carlo that has a transmission leak and valve covers. I can say that I trust them to not try and get money out of me and fix what needs to be fix and will let me know the price before starting on it. My experience was great and I refer all my family and friends their.

Im very disappointed in there services, My vehicle been in there shop over Three months..and still not running, personal items were stolen, parts missing from my truck. Very unprofessional, I would never use AAMCO again nor refer anyone

The clamps for my radiator hose rusted off leaving my car unable to be driven and leaking transmission fluid everywhere. I called AAMCO and they towed my car, replaced the clamps, and replaced my fluids within a few hours. They charged me a more than fair price and proved themselves to be honest and capable. Definitely visiting again if I have any other issues!

Great service. I had my Saturn Ion transmission ovehauled here. It was cheaper than a local shop and they have a great warranty. Very friendly staff and down to earth management. Kudos!

I had a great experience with Robert and his team at Aamco. They really got me out of a bind. I was expecting the worst and was very pleasantly surprised at the price and quick turn around. My car sounded like it was going to blow up and now I feel like I have a new car. Ill def go back to them with any issues

I had a transmission problem, they towed my car to their shop had it fixed in 3 days like they said. And told me about other little small problems wrong that they couldnt fix. Excellent ppl and staff. Very honest. And you get what you pay for.

Do not use this shop!!! Robert will smile in your face not giving two cares about your!!! If you have a High Performance car do not go to this shop!!! Very Slappy work!!! All I wanted was my hoses changed out to better high pressure hose because the rubber hose kept busting under pressure!!! He kept trying to tell me it was my trans cooler and the trans cooler was working doing it job keeping it cool!!! The rubber hose just wouldn’t hold!!! I went to J&J High performance and I got better hose with AN end pieces that hold up to 3000psi!!! Robert wanted me to drive my car with this rubber hose and it kept busting!!! He did nunthing to help me fix this problem and they are the ones who are supposed to Professionals!!! With everything I got from J&J High performance I was able to do everything myself!!! On top of all of this they mess up my C5 corvette transmission 100 times I gave him another chance and he still got over on me!!! P.S. the same cooler Robert said wasn’t good enough is still working fine in my car I just replaced the hoses and now it’s off to the races!!! DONT USE THIS SHOP HE WILL MESS YO CAR UP!!!

Its hard to find good quality mechanics these days, but the people who work here really take pride in what they do it will tell you exactly what you need and how much it will cost. Theyre honest and hard-working.

I appreciate their effort of attempting to fix my car. I had a problem with my air or heat not blowing, and assumed that it was my blower motor. I took my car to Ammco, and left it there for two days. My warranty who covers my parts, recommended me to go to the repair shop, since they had an account with them. John called me on Tuesday, and told me there was a problem with my switch, and would have it fixed by Wednesday. I paid $445.90, and wanted a refund and stated that Ammco warranty doesnt give refunds. I was upset because I still had the same problem. I got a resistor and control replacement. I took my car back to try to fix the problem, but had the same issues. Its a lesson learned, never let people run over you, and take money you work hard for. The parts they use to fix your car are used parts, and noticed that my control knobs are broken.Best Advice! Stay away from this shop. They are clueless, and will sell you an excuse.I am taking my car to Oil Change Express, where I had been taking it too. I never had problems.I got a real diagnostic.

Dont do it! Go to any other place, just DO NOT take it to AAMCO! Heed the warning of the reviewers and just DONT DO IT! My experience: took my vehicle to them because it was hesitating shifting weird/transmission something. OF COURSE, I needed a whole new transmission. I guess Im an easy target. So I opt to get the Trans rebuilt. $2700. two months later, more trans problems. Took it back. Its not my trans this time. Had more work done - $800. Things broken inside my vehicle, but I just lived with it. A burn hole in the inside of the ceiling cloth over drivers seat. I dont smoke. the hole wasnt there before. Car now seems like its acting weird in other ways, so I talk to a few folks and ask them if maybe they thought mechanics screw around with stuff in your car to get you to come back later. My radiator had begun leaking for one thing, where it didnt previously. A few months later, car is acting so bad sputtering and just not picking up right at all, not idling right, etc. for the most part though, I was concerned about the radiator, so I took it to another place - not an AAMCO - on the advice of a co-worker. It needed a new radiator and while my car was there I had a tune up and It also needed 4 coil packs so had all of that done and a new radiator. (It honestly hadnt been tuned up in a long time, so I suspected as much). Few months later, trans starts acting up AGAIN. took it to AAMCO, since it had a lifetime warranty. They told me, Sure its under warranty for life. Bring it in and well take care of you! (Lies) Guess what, it wasnt my trans at all!!!! It needed all new coil packs and a tune up! WHAT???? So when I question them, (Im so gullible) they explain to me how the last guy must have took me for a ride, because the trans is a-ok and they showed me how the coil packs were bad on their diagnostic tool. So, gullible me, I didnt learn my lesson the first two times. I had the work done. Another $800! But I was feeling ok about it as long as it would finally run good, so whatever. They gave me a lifetime warranty on all the parts, even the coil packs, so any time they go out, theyll replace them for free.So heres where it gets weird. When I went to pick my car up early on Monday morning, my car is NOWHERE ON THE LOT or in the back. They make me wait and after about 25 minutes, the lead guy/owner/manager (whatever) comes driving up in it. Where was my car? I ask. Get this answer, Oh, I was worried it might get broken in to sitting here on the lot, so I took it home and kept it in my garage for safekeeping. REALLY!!!!!! I might be gullible and too trusting and even dumb, but Im not stupid! So every other car on the lot, youre not worried about? RIGHT! You drove MY car to your personal garage to house it over the weekend just out of a special courtesy to me because Im special? OKAY!!! So when I confront him (in a courteous way) about it, he says, Oh, Im just takin care of you, girl! Youve had so much work done here, so I just wanted to make sure it was ok!As Im talking to him and about to leave, he tells me, Oh, dont be surprised if (I cant even remember what its called but it had something to do with my axle) starts acting up. Youre gonna need to have that done soon because we noticed it needs repaired. But just bring it on in and well do it for free. I bet you will!Forward to today, car is doing the same old thing again. It seemed to run good for a month or two or three, and then, boom, same ol same ol. Im sure not taking it back there. Oh, and I forgot to mention that more stuff was broken in my vehicle. Power doors quit working. the prop up pole under the hood is missing. There is a dent in my hood.

My problem same like that frist one, my van stay there total almost 2 week, they allway said working on it, buy never fix it, i already towed my vehice to here two time!that frist they said ok very good, after two day, stop on my driver way. second time after 5 day, stop on my friend house, cant start.... i dont know what they do for my van, very very very bad! everyone need to leaving away! believe me! i already pay for two time over $1000,but my van still here, waiting for fix, feel very very very bad!
