However, upon inspection to begin the job, he found the reason my front end sounded and acted very loose. With my approval, they made the recommneded repairs and did an absolute great job! This business does not follow the Shelby County Health Departments Emergency Directive regarding Covid-19!They always explain what repairs are necessary. The very nice gentleman that helped me let me know that they would only do what I needed done and they did a fabulous job and very affordable! They were very courteous and did excellent work! Good service in my dealings with them. The only negative experience with them was when my daughter had a blowout on one of the tires we purchased new from them last October. The tire had maybe 10,000 miles on it. My daughter called to see if there was anything they could do and she said that after they discovered that there was no hazard insurance on the tires that they were short with her. I brought the blown out tire to their shop so they could explain how the tire was not defective. Nick came out and looked it over. He was professional with me in explaining the signs tire manufacturers look for in defective tires. Needless to say, I didnt get the response I wanted, but he was being honest. My only complaint with these guys is how they made my daughter feel. In response to that, I am not planning on using them anymore. She needs a new set of tires, and I am going to purchase them from another place of business now. Like I said, they are professional and I think they are a good business, but I cant do business with them anymore based on how my daughter was treated over the phone.

Best place to get your tires! I have a 2006 Mustang GT that requires performance tires. I have never paid less than $1100 for a set I 4 tires. Here at Performance Tires, all in including road hazard and a major Brand, Continental, less than $900!!! Imagine my shock!Excellent customer service and they treat you family!!!

I own a roofing company, and not only do they take care of all our tire issues on all our trucks, but they can handle all repairs to your vehicle that it may need. You will not be disappointed. Without exaggeration, I felt like my 12 year old van drove like it was new after having new struts installed combined with an alignment. Excellent and honest service and customer service!!! They thoroughly inspect your vehicle. They dont rip you off by trying to get you to purchase unnecessary repairs. They found a nail in my tire that I didnt know I had. They also checked my spare tire after learning I was traveling the next day. I called about a transmission flush that Valvoline lied and said I needed. Performance tire researched my car and honestly told me I didnt need it done at this time. I trust them completely and so grateful they are in the neighborhood and are maintaining a reputation of providing honest, quality care. Hats off to all of you and Thank you!

Cant say enough about Nick and the staff at performance tire. Blew a tire coming into town for a family event. After calling the usual chain stores and getting maybes I called Performance. Nick was able to track down a tire for me(my tire size is not common at all) get it to shop next day. Even suggested rotating new tire to rear for a matched pair up front. Tire issue taken care of and was able to enjoy rest of weekend.

Sam was very helpful. We werent sure if the 35 tires would fit on my truck or not and Sam had them test fit it which takes up their time. Im sure most shops would have just said we cant do it or charged for the extra labor. Very fast and good service, they also came in much less than competitors for the same product.

If you want great quality service you must go to Performance Tire. I have been buying tires from this location for 7+ years. I absolutely love them! I bought a set of Mastercraft Cooper tires from Performance Tire and Auto in September of 2017. At the time my vehicle had 139,000 miles on it. I paid roughly $550 for the tires plus the added $80-85 for insurance on them. After driving on the tires for 10,000 miles I noticed the insides of the front tires were going bald and the metal wiring was exposed. I took them in to Performance Tire and Auto to have them take a look and they told me I had an alignment issue which is why they were bald. This of course is not covered under the extra cost I paid for insurance and at the time of putting the tires on the car there was no indication from any staff member at Performance Tire that I had any alignment issues. The staff member I spoke with said that on their receipt they noted some loose suspension joints but this was never brought up to me after having swiped my credit card on the new tires.My biggest frustration is not that Im going to have purchase new tires after only getting 10k out of them, I am more upset about the customer service I received at this shop. For someone who comes in and takes time to buy a nice pair of tires with insurance on them, come back with bald tires after 10,000 miles (on tires that are rated for 75k), then get pointed to the door with no compensation, replacement or explanation is completely ridiculous. The only settlement the staff member could provide was a good deal on some new tires. At this point Id rather pay full price to someone who cares more about their customers than a couple hundred bucks.

Ive visited other shops and nothing compares to the honesty, integrity, and friendliness that Sam and his crew provide. They can find just about any tire on this planet for a better price then you will find anywhere and the service is professional and quick. Sam even came to lend me a hand and a tire when I had a blowout after the shop had closed. I dont think the guys at Firestone will do that. They care about your safety and will help you anyway they can.

Just moved here recently. I had to replace all 4 tires on my audi a6. They were pretty worn out, and i knew the alignment would be off. I called a bunch of places around town, and finally called Performance and spoke to Nick. Not only did Nick offer me the best price, he was very upfront and professional about everything. He got me the tires and said he would check if the car needed alignment and only then do the alignment. I knew it needed, and he did it for the said price and i was on my way.Recently, my X5 picked up a small screw, and i took it to a local shop and they said they cant do anything with it since it is a run flat. They said i would need a new tire. I called Nick, luckily, they perform patches on Run Flats. He just saved me 200 bucks. Thats the kind of people i want to do business with, even if i have to drive 20 minutes extra. I will be using this place for all my car needs outside the dealership. Will recommend to everyone i come across as well.

Recently I had a situation that required special help--part of my exhaust system was bent in an accident--and I took my car to the place I most trust: Performance Tire and Service. Since it required welding, Performance took me to my office so I didnt have to miss work, then handled the repair for me by taking my car to a partner in service they trust, who did the welding, and completed the repair all within a day. Everything was done without having to have a costly, major part replacement, and I couldnt be more grateful. Bought 4 new Bridgestone tires from another tire shop for a 2013 Camry. Left with a tire that made a creaking sound in front left tire and vibrating steering wheel when on Interstate. Went back to tire shop; left with a broken hubcap and a (still) creaking front tire and an excuse(lie) about how the valve stem had been rubbing against the hubcap.Went to Performance Tire and Service, had an actual conversation where they told me that the tires had no balancing whatsoever(explains the vibrations). The hubcap was properly secured(no more creaking) and an alignment was done all for about the same cost that Firestone wanted just for the alignment. Friendly and honest customer service is a value that is hard to find nowadays. So, I just found the place I will always be going for tires and any other car related issues. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
