While driving through Memphis headed back home from a Jackson State University football game, I UnAvoidably hit something in the On Ramp lane of ILL MAINTAINED interstate 55 in Memphis, Tn en route to theNorth bound on ramp to interstate 55 headed back to St. Louis. This Unidentified Road HAZARD that I hit DISABLED my vehicle and I was Forced to sit on the South bound on ramp shoulder to I-55. Via OnStar, I spoke with a rep. from Cadillac Roadside Assistance who got in touch with a towing company. Me and my vehicle were then towed to Cadillac of Memphis which was closed bcause it was SUNDAY! So, that meant spending the night in Memphis.Monday morning bright and Early I was @ the dealership talking to a Loaner service advisor Larry explaining why my car was there. 3 to 4hrs later I got a call from Miss Julia Hunt, she informed me what the shop foreman James found Wrong which caused my problem and the repair would take 2 days to fix my car the parts had to be ordered from their Jackson, Tn warehouse. Tuesday the parts arrived and they worked to fix my car. I had NO BAD ISSUES WITH the staff, they were professional and Courteous during my whole encounter bcause of something I UnAvoidabley Hit on Tennessees ILL MAINTAINED I-55 North in the inside entrance lane on I-55!I received the BEST Customer Service from the staff who took care of me and my vehicle. From Larry, my initial contact and whom I explained what happened to the car, James the shop foreman and Especially Miss Julia Hunt, my service advisor, were ALL Courteous and Southern Hospitably Professional Despite the hardship that brought me to them, they made my visit to Landers, Cadillac of Memphis, pleasant. Their service Exceeded my expectations far better than theservices I have received at my preferred Cadillac dealership!Cadillac of Memphis got me back on the road and home safely with No Further vehicle Issues!
