I initially went to have my iPhone screen repaired and when it was handed back to me the screen adhesive was already coming off. Had to leave my phone there to be fixed again and added more adhesive to make it work. After receiving my phone back I mentioned that it looked more blue and was informed that it was due to the replacement screen and that I would get used to it. Well a week goes by and it is of course out of warranty now and the screen is malfunctioning constantly & running my battery down since it no longer auto adjusted or locked the screen. I took it on vacation and one splash of water later and the screen was coming off. I was unaware that once you replaced it the phone was no longer water resistant. I was informed by the sales rep that it was understood and they did not have that disclaimer on any of the paperwork or did the verbally let me know of this. I would NOT RECOMMEND going here! For the price you are better off sending to Apple and not dealing with this store. DO NOT GO!!!! I no longer have a phone and had to go buy a new phone since it was now completely ruined. Save your money and go to the Apple store please!

IPhone 6s broken screen - fixed in minutes. Came to parking lot and told me it was ready. So happy with Dang It Repair after spending hours on phone with Apple which was basically useless.

Had issue with one of my cameras. Had it priced at other locations for double what Dang It charged me. Two guys were working in the store when I went in. They were super busy but worked fast to get me phone back fixed and at a great price. Was worried I’d have to leave it over night. But they got it back to me with in a hour.

Work for local school in midtown Memphis and we have taking our iPads and computers there since they opened couple years back. Always had great experience with staff at Dang It Repair. Even take my wife’s and kids electronics there. 5 stars every time. Keep doing what you guys do.

I dont usually write reviews. And feel that most of time people only write one when they are mad about something. Most people that are happy with service dont run home to write a great review about how great the service was. I also dont get mad at someone and go home and tattle tell the internet on them im a adult not a cry baby. Update 8/13/20After communicating with the repair shop, they replaced the screen and some other components behind it as well as the battery. This has fixed the noise crackle, the echo, my camera, and the battery life issues. Its feels solid and works almost like new. Much better!Old review:I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that Ive had for years. Other than being a little slow it still worked perfectly. The screen was badly cracked because I dropped it on gravel. After 6 months of being cracked with no issues, the screen fritzed and completely stopped working. I had it replaced at Dang It Repair because it was close to my house. In the 2 weeks since Ive gotten it fixed, Ive noticed:1. The screen isnt set into my phone all the way on one side. It gives under pressure from my thumb and makes a creaking sound.2. Every person who calls me complains about their voice echoing, which I dont hear.3. Every few calls I will get a terrible crackling/sound cutting in and out to the point where I cant understand whats being said and Ive had to use my partners phone for calls.4. My battery has been dying about halfway through the day with moderate use.5. My camera stopped working and wont even open.After going back and telling them about some of these issues, they told me they would try to replace the whole front of my phone and that it was under warranty. (I havent dropped or damaged my phone since I got it fixed.) However, they cant get the part in the correct color and just said they would order silver and hope the gold becomes available from their supplier. Im stuck with a messed up phone in the meantime I guess.Would have much preferred to save my $150 and out it towards a new phone if I knew it would come back with more problems. Its been a mess honestly. Social media is part of my job so I need a functioning device. Extremely upset and disappointed...

I had my sons iPad cracked screen repaired. Paid over $150. Three weeks later the home button had changed positions and drifted behind the screen.When I took the iPad back I was told that they could try and fix the button but there was a *high* probability the screen would crack again, and if so, they would charge me another $150 to replace it.By the way- when they replaced the screen they broke the button and had to order a new one replace it.

Came in just looking. Got a screen protector for phone. They put it on for free. So nice and made sure it was perfect. Other places I’ve been to charged 5-6 dollars to put them on. Glad to know they also have stuff for phones too.

I dont know why this location has good reviews because I experienced bad customer service. I waited a while to get a price quote for my phone all for them to see about a customer who came in after me. When someone finally helped me, he very rudely stated that he didnt have the part for my phone. I guess if I werent so black, Id be treated with more respect!Thankfully I received way better customer service with my phone carrier. I just went ahead and got a new phone from them!

Do not go here if you want quality service or if you have an Android.I had a LG G5 with a cracked screen. I called this place up and they said they had a screen for it and could fix it by that afternoon. So I took my phone in and left it only to get a call later that the screen they had did not work and that I would have to drive from their Union location to their Location on Germantown parkway where they had a few more screens. I drove my phone the 30 minutes out to their other location only to be told that none of the screens there worked either. I had at this point exhausted all of the LG G5 screens in the greater Memphis area. I asked them if they had a phone I could use for a while because I was going out of town the next day and needed a new phone. They couldnt get a phone to work and then one of the men working there rebuked me for not having the cord that fit the phone they were going to let me use. then he had the audacity to say that this is why we tell all of our customers to use IPhones. If you dont want to service Androids, THEN ADVERTISE THAT YOU DONT SERVICE ANDROIDS.This place is garbage and the service was terrible. I now have to buy a new phoneEDIT: Since posting this review the company contacted me and attempted to bribe me to take this review down. That may be why they have so few bad reviews online.

Came by today to get phone fixed that another phone repair place had messed up. Thought it was dead and gone. Im a bartender so phone takes a beating. Guys at Union Dang It Repair worked hard to help fix issue. Repair was not easy and the store manager from their Cordova happened to be at store and even helped. Great teamwork and great staffs at both locations. They made me laugh and have great time even when I was so worried my phone was lost. Phone is fixed and working great and I will for sure go back to Union or Cordova locations to get my phones fixed.

Very unhappy with service. All could have been avoided if they would have told me from the start that they didnt have the correct part BEFORE they took it apart. Wasted $110 down the drain plus 2 round trips, 20 miles each way. Will never recommend. Ridiculous that the money was mostly labor!

I believe the person that help me was named travis. i lost the card... but within an hour he had it back fixed and all my photos and apps were still on it. it was very affordable as well. i will def go back if i have probs w others devices.
