These guys are great! I shattered my iPhone 7 screen and I called iFix. The manager helped me find a location that was closer to me so I went to the store and the gentleman there was really nice and replaced the screen perfectly & quickly.Excellent customer service, fast & efficient, and fair price! I highly recommend this place!

They were the most affordable repair shop that I found with great reviews. The location is easy to find, they do great work, and my phone was ready in no time. They had great customer service. I’ve already recommended them to two other people looking for repairs.

Went in a couple weeks ago and Ryan replaced my screen in just a few minutes...then he installed a tempered glass screen protector I brought in for no extra charge. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience...just the way its supposed to be.Update: 2/22/2018 Sent my mom in to get a new battery in her phone, Chester was super nice to her and even discounted the price. Great experience! They fixed my totally shattered screen in under an hour for a reasonable price. They are also open on Sunday’s which is great. Alexander helped me at their Cordova location and was profesional, kind, and courteous. Thanks for a great and quick experience.

I cannot say enough about this place! I broke my iPhone screen and originally took it to the Apple store where they were going to charge me a ton to fix it and I would probably lose all my data. Instead, I went across the street to iFix, where they were incredibly friendly, professional and competent. They installed a new screen while I waited (about 25 mins) for a fraction of the price. Will absolutely use them in the future.

I was very impressed with iFix in Germantown, TN on West St. The young man working the store greeted my promptly upon my arrival and quoted a very reasonable price to replace the battery in a iPhone 5. I picked up the phone 2 hours later and all is well so far. I do like the repair has a 60 day warranty.

I have had trouble with other “fix it” places in the past. Dealing with people that know what they are doing they s refreshing. I was the only person in there so things were very fast and surprisingly very affordable. I have paid more than double before and had to return to get it re-repaired at other shops but not here. The associate behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning to this shop to get my future broken phone fixed. (I’m sure there will be future broken phones.)

I’ve been to iFix twice now - once at the Cordova location and today in Germantown. Take my word for it - If you need a repair on your iPhone come here first. Prices are, by a good margin, better than anywhere else I’ve checked. And the service is 100% straightforward, honest, no upsales press, and they are capital E-efficient. I think they have a wizard doing the work back there.

Dropped my 2 tablets off Sunday morning and was told they would be fixed by closing. When I called to check on my tablets after the first 2 hours, jay told me they were very busy and he could get them done by the end of the day and that he would even stay longer if necessary just so I could get my tablets. So I waited and called around closing. (6pm). Jay told me he would have them fixed by Monday morning no later than 10am. So I said cool and called at 10 the next morning and spoke with Chester. He told me jay wasn’t even scheduled to work and had not been notified by jay of the specifics and details I wanted done to my tablet. (The speaker wasn’t working on one and I asked him about it he said he had not been told about the speaker) but Chester was so good at what he does he fixed that issue and I wasn’t able to tell him but I say “Pay that Man”

The service was absolutely amazing. The guy who helped fixed my screen did it in less than 30 minutes, and the price was under $90 dollars. He even put my front facing camera in for me a week later for no charge once it arrived in the mail! I was very satisfied with my experience.

I phoned the store to ask about the phone repairs, and he was very friendly, and immediately said he could fix it. The phone had been dropped, and the screen was cracked. I walked in, he said yes I can fix it in fifteen minutes. I had to say”fifteen minutes?” He had it fixed in fifteen minutes! I’ll go here everytime I need a phone fixed! Awesome job. These guys are so affordable, helpful and fast! Best company ever, they even cleaned out the insides of my phone so it’s as loud and clear as ever. Why spend hundreds on a brand new phone when these guys can make your current phone brand new by getting a new battery and screen and with a new case for under $100.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had to visit 4 times and my phone still does not work properly. The service was terrible and the employees were incredibly rude. They knowingly gave me a faulty screen. My phone functioned perfectly before I took it in to get the screen repaired- now the front camera is fuzzy and the automatic brightness does not work and they refuse to give me any sort of refund.

I tried the Apple store across the street and decided to give my business to IFix. The feel of a warm welcome and customer appreciation at IFix was the key. I received immediate help and could not be more pleased with the front counter experience and the tech staff service. If allowed to do so, I would give these guys Ten Stars! The first time I had problems with my phone brought it here and they fixed it for 150.00 since then I haven’t had no problems with my phone. Then I cracked my screen and the man was very nice and fixed it. I would recommend people to go to ifix they are very reasonable and sweet.!

This was my first experience with ifix and I must say it was the best experience I’ve had with customer service in Memphis! I checked out the one in Cordova, and Chester hooked me up in less than 30 minutes and I had a cracked screen with a damaged speaker. Had a battery replaced in IPhone 6. Wasn’t ready when promised and didn’t call to let me know. Went back the next morning and the store was closed when it should be open. 2 wasted trips. Called the next day and they said someone was sick so they didn’t open all day. When you own a business you have to open everyday and deliver or communicate as needed. They do not appreciate or respect their customers based on the lack of service I received.

They don’t have Retina display screens so I didn’t end up fixing my screen through this company (I have an iPhone 7) but their customer service was phenomenal. Very quick and easy to talk to. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower than save some money and get your screen fixed here.
