DEFINITELY worth going to! Theyve done an excellent job with my phone and at a really good price! Compared to other stores Ive been to theyre the only ones Ive come across with life time warranties and its amazing. I believe the 2 employees I talked to were Alex and Ethan and they were very informative when it came to the information they provided. Im definitely going back there in the future.

My phone works perfectly know the only thing it my screen has a greenish hue... and I’m concerned about updating it because they obviously didn’t use real apple parts. I was wondering why it was so cheap and I understand now. My display perfect no issues but why is my phone screen kind of green? Super weird but the employees were so nice and fun I want to give five stars but I’m hella annoyed by how the screen looks. -Skylar

This place has amazing customer service. I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired at this location. Initially, the replacement messed up my proximity sensor and I lost 3D Touch. But the replacement came with a 30 warranty. Consequently, I brought up the issues to the guys that work there, and they were extremely apologetic. They replaced my screen again and made sure that everything was working properly. They also stressed to me that their goal is to make you forget that you ever had to get your screen replaced at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget screen replacement.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and special parts had to be ordered. Although my “special parts” had to be ordered, the repair was done in a timely manner. Thank you to the whole staff. 🙂🙃 Not only did they tend to my needs, but there were friendly. If there’s ever a problem with my phone- this is the ONLY place I’ll go to!

Had a battery problem with my iPhone 5S. The guys worked on it, put a new battery in, and performed extra work to verify the problem. They went above and beyond. The phone had the RED screen of death and never worked. NO CHARGE for the effort!!!Use them when you need your phone repaired. I believe they would have fixed it if possible...Note: Went directly to the Apple Store, they could not fix the RED Screen of death.Plus the quoted price was reasonable if all had worked out.Appreciate the effort.

A repair shop that doesnt have their own cables to test consoles. They expect you to bring your own cables so they can test. I got better service from a guy I found on Craigslist who did the repair for less out of his garage. I expected more from a business with an actual store front. If youre going to offer repair services at least have the items needed to actually do the repairs.

I was scared after reading the awful reviews but actually this was a pretty good experience. I cracked my iPhone 6s pretty severely and got it fixed for $150. Nothing wrong with the phone, but 4 stars because they said they would call on my secondary number when the phone was done and they didnt. They quoted 30 minutes but I dont know if it was done that quickly. Came back after an hour and a half and my phone was fixed. They did a good job. I hope I dont have to, but I would come back if I needed to.

Purchased a screen for an IPhone and was told I would be called when the screened arrived. I was never called...i then innitiated contact and was told that if I brought my phone to the store it would be fixed...I brought my phone to the store and was told no screens were available...gentlemen wrote my name and number down to call when screens were available...I never got a call...I asked for a refund and I was told to show up to the store during specific hours to get a refund...thank GOD my bank is reliable and has fantastic customer service...hopefully through this process they can learn how customer service works from a company rated with fantastic customer service...do not go to this store

I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired and the phone touch screen is not working properly. Letters automatically type on the screen at random. In addition the camera quality after the repair is TERRIBLE!!!!! I took the phone back to the store and they acted like nothing could be done about this. I even brought another iPhone 7 Plus to show them the differences in the camera quality. I was never told by the staff that if the screen was repaired, it would hurt the quality of the camera. It’s because they use such a poor quality, after market products. I would have taken my phone to the Apple store if I had known that this place would do such a poor job and not back their product and service. I should have been told this on the front in prior to them fixing my phone. If I was made aware I would never have paid so much for the phone repair there and went elsewhere. They also acted if this problem was no big deal. The reason I upgraded to the 7 plus phone was for the quality of the camera. So YES it is a BIG deal. And they also claimed I was the only person to make a complaint about this issue. Yet all the online reviews I’ve read tell me many people had the same complaints and problems. Then their solution was to put someone else’s cracked original 7 plus screen back on my phone! Ridiculous!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone for repairs. They clearly don’t know what their doing and use cheap parts that are not compatible with Apple products just to rip people off without telling them. Poor quality parts and terrible customer service!!! That is what you will get with them!!!! BEWARE, DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR PHONE REPAIRS. Unless you want to get scammed. Highly unsatistfied!!!

RUINED MY LOGIC BORED..I had the worst experience here! While needing to replace my iPhone screen I chose this place because they were reasonably priced, I went in and had it replaced, the next evening and the day after my phone was ghosting, pushing buttons on its own, dialing numbers etc. I called them and they said it would be no problem to bring it in and they would install a new screen, so I drove back 35mins away and took my phone to them, left the store for a few mins and came back and watched the guy finish installing the new screen. He went to turn the screen on and it would not power on... my logic bored got super hot, he tried a new battery, nothing, a new screen, nothing, so basically I came into this place with a working phone and left with one not working. The guy told me he could send my phone off to their people who could see if it was the logic bored but it would be a few days and I would have to pay to replace the bored, a few hundred dollars, well I don’t know about you but I’m not paying this company any more money to try and fix anything on my phone so I declined took my phone to the apple store they ran a test on it and said indeed my logic bored is fried and there is no way to power on my phone... soooo what I thought would save me some money actually cost me... I had to purchase a whole new phone and let’s just say, I won’t let anyone but apple do work on it. I told ifix I brought my phone in working and picked it up and it’s not, they said they guarantee the part that was fixed (in my case the screen) but they can’t guarantee any other part. Apple said it was because the part was not an apple part, while sometimes these parts are fine in my case it pulled too much power and caused a fail issue. I lost everything on my phone, so please go to apple to have them fix your iPhone!!! What I thought was gonna cost me 70$ cost me the price of a whole new phone PLUS the 70$ screen 🤦🏼‍♀️

This is worst run store I’ve ever TRIED to be a customer at. I paid for a iPhone 7plus screen on July 29, and they told me they would call me when the screens came in. After two weeks I called up there and they said they sold all those screens and mine would be in next shipment. Continue this cat and mouse game for months of visiting the store, calling, etc, with no screens. Just visited today and wanted a refund and was turned away to be told I had to come back tomorrow to have the refund processed by the manager.I’m convinced this place is a scam, where they charge people in hopes of them forgetting about it and they don’t have to fix screens.Run away. Run far away.

Solid one star. If you have an Apple or a newer Samsung device, then you will probably have a different experience.The employees are nice but seem to be lacking in knowledge of mobile devices that are not Apple or Samsung. I brought my phone in to have the cracked display replaced. It was special order, cool, no problem! Part was ordered and showed up, I returned to have the display installed and the tech cracked the new one during install! He was apologetic and ordered a new one. A few weeks later I called back to get a status and was told that someone would call me, they never did. This went on for a month and a half. I finally got someone on the phone that could help me and was informed that the screen was never ordered and they would take care of it at no cost to me, YOU BET YOUR BUT ITS NO COST TO ME! I was told when the part would arrive, cool, two more weeks!I return to the store six days after I was told the part would arrive, no phone call from the store. The person working actually closed the store and locked the doors to go check the mail box for my part. The tech comes in to install it and has nothing but trouble. He final hands me my device and it wont boot up. I immediately asked for a refund as I now need to buy a new device. They start talking softly about it and Im then told that since the did put the screen on it Im not entitled to a refund.I take the device home and decide to take a look for myself, turns out the tech had installed the power and volume buttons incorrectly causing the issue. When I removed the to install them correctly I noticed the power button was actually broke! I was able to get everything installed and working and the phone booted! All looked good until I tried to make a phone call and the screen went black! I took the phone back apart and found the speaker missing! I plugged a headset into the phone and all is well, I can send and receive calls no problem.I called the store back looking for my missing parts and was told to call back the next day! I dont expect to get my missing part back. Everyone I dealt with was nice, but I will NEVER do business with them or any other iFixAR again!I ordered the missing part only to find more missing parts. So now Ive had to order more parts as they said they tossed my old parts out, but its all good because they did replace my screen!Brought in a working phone with a cracked screen and left with new screen and a non-working phone and no refund!

My daughter took her iphone 6 to the store for a cracked screen repair. They fixed the phone the first time and gave it back without the touch password working. She took it back to the store to fix the problem, they said the phone had water damage, which is not true. Now every time I call her I cant hear her for the first few seconds. They are rude and the workmanship is horrible. The repair cost was 150. We should have went to the apple store. Lesson learned.

Like everyone else reviewing, my experience with this store was very unpleasant. BatteriesPlus is a much better repair shop. I brought in a generic iPhone 5 to iFix for a screen fix and they had to ship it off to Florida because they didnt have the tools to fix. I came back for the phone and they said it needed a motherboard too. Instead of calling me like any other business would, they waited for me to come in the store to break the news. A couple months go by and they say its not fixable. They ordered me a USED iPhone 5 that took a month to get in their store and the battery on it, unsurprisingly, is defective. Id say a little under half a year went by between the day I took my phone in to the day they gave me a defective replacement.

Horrible experience... I had a broken screen... They repaired it and then the screen quit responding.. Took it back.. they replaced it again, (had a hard time getting it back together) then the sound quit working as did the bluetooth. Had to wait for additional parts to come in, In the mean time, the screen cracked (due to being under internal tension). When they repaired the sound and bluetooth, they did not repair the screen claiming it was not their fault. No refund, no satisfaction, I will never grace their doors again, and will continue to tell everyone about the horrible Experience. Not professional, poor quality. This happened in Nov-2015, I ended up getting a new phone.

Absolutely horrible customer service.. I paid $150 for them to replace my Iphone 6 screen. There was a man talking to customers and the other lady at the counter was laying her head on it explaining how hungover she was while someone brought her orange juice and something to eat. This is the girl who ended up fixing my phone screen (as she so proudly announced when I came back to get it). Well, I tried to take my phone case off about a week later and my entire screen suddenly spidered out of nowhere and it had not been dropped since it was fixed. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. I called to ask if they would replace it and he told me for another $150 they would and that cracks werent warranty. Despite having an incredibly unprofessional and hungover employee fixing expensive phones... I will NEVER use again or recommend to anyone.

Seems like this place is a rip off. I am Electrical Engineer and have very limited time. By a freak chance cracked screen on Samsung s6 edge plus. Insurance deductable is 190.00 so i am thinking maybe its cheaper to get it fixed. These people want 300 dollars to fix a screen for a phone that is worth right at 500 brand new. Did you know that a new glass screen is 40 bucks. I said i didnt have the time. I guess I will have to make time. Just so you know. If you dont beleive me research it.

I went in to get my phone, an iphone 6s, fixed for water damage. i assumed it was the screen as i could still feel the vibration when i switched the sound button to off. they changed the screen and found that the screen was not the issue and it had to be sent off to have the mother board repaired. i was told 7-14 days but it took closer to three weeks to get my phone back. when i got it back the sim card wasnt reading. it would say my carrier at the top and go in and out for a while but then would go back to no service. i went back to ifix and repair and the lady told me i probably needed a new sim card. i went to my phone carrier 3 times and was told my sim was fine and these people probably did something to my phone. so i paid $200, ive been three weeks without a phone, and it comes back and its not working. i tried putting in 3 different sim cards and none of them read so i went back three days after having my phone back and asked for a refund. the manager, cassandra, said that all they could do was send my phone away again to have it fixed because the water damage was what was wrong with my sim reader (without opening to look) but its company policy not to give refunds. i spoke to a guy named Danny who was very helpful and genuinely wanted to help. a complete 180 from the abrasive and accusatory manager. he was very willing to help and try to diagnose it but i just didnt have the time then. i take my phone to another phone fixing place and they open my phone and see that my sim reader was SCRAPED by a tool, done by whomever fixed my phone AKA ifixandrepairs company. all in all dont go to these people to fix your phone. Danny is really cool, helpful and sweet. And so is one of the other dudes that works with them but the quality of their work and the quality of their manager is severely lacking. and you, ifixandrepair people who handle the sent away phones, may want to try sim testing before you give the phones back from wherever they come from.

My husband and I are (CORRECTION: WERE) ifixandrepair repeat customers for iPad repair. Our 8 yr old daughter is autistic. Much of her learning and communication is done though apps on her iPad 3. We took her iPad there on 9/2/16 for a broken screen repair. We returned an hour later only to be told it needed to be sent off due to a blown backlight issue. For some reason my husband didnt feel right about it. He had Destin write his full name, the issue, the estimated time for repair (7-14 business days) and current date on the back of our receipt. At the time of this review, 10/16/16, we still have not received our daughters iPad 3. I have called the store repeatedly several times a week to check on the status. First, it wasnt sent off until a week after we dropped it off on 9/2. Then, each time I call their system showed it was being repaired. Then, a few calls later, it was showing that it was repaired. Several calls after that, their system is showing it has been shipped back to the Wolfchase location. Guess what? More calls after that, the system is showing it was sent back. However, they have no idea where it is. I am beyond irate at this point. They refuse to provide me with a tracking number. The only response I get is call back and talk to Cassandra, the store owner. No, tell Cassandra she needs to call me. At this point, there are only 2 options to remedy this situation; my daughters iPad returned and MONEY paid refunded or they provide a brand NEW iPad 3 or better. I dont want a refurbished ipad from them only to have to return to them to get it repaired. If you are told it has to be sent off, grab your merchandise and run out of the store! I wouldnt give them 1 star if the rating system would let me. Thanks to them my autistic daughter has been struggling to communicate in school and at home for over a month because she doesnt have her iPad with her apps that she knew how to work to form sentences to communicate her needs, wants or when she was in pain. I will be filing a claim with the BBB or a lawsuit if her iPad is not returned or this issue resolved this week.

Their prices are ridiculous and their service was slow. When I went in to get my iPads screen replaced, no one was at the counter and I waited and waited, even though there were no other customers in the store. After someone finally showed up, they wanted $125 for the service. I was short on time, so I agreed, and only after I signed their terms of agreement did they inform me that their credit card machine was down and I would have to get cash from an ATM somewhere, I dunno. I said Id like my iPad back then so I could take it somewhere else, but they said no because Id already signed. They had no signage indicating they couldnt take credit cards. I ended up going back to get my iPad and telling them it would be credit card or check, and it turns out their credit card machine WAS suddenly working, and they charged me an extra 3% to use it! I will never come back here. The service was bad, the employees and the store was unprofessional, and the music was so loud that the employees and I were shouting to communicate.

I would rate it zero if I could ... I took my WORKING iPad to have the broken glass replaced. I there was told it would be 2 hours. Went in 2 hours later, they hadnt touched it. Told me it would be another hour ... Came back an hour later still nothing. At that moment I took my iPad And used it because I needed some info off of it... The LCD working was perfectly. Was told it would be a bit longer. I Get a call a few minutes later saying my LCD is broken and has to be replace !!!!!! What !!!!! It worked when I left it there. ... As a matter of fact it worked the 2x I used it in the store !!!! The guys try to crazy glue the connectors back together ... Personally I know some one broke it and didnt want to fess up. Came out 5 hours later ... Mind you I had my 2 kids with me (7,9 ) with an iPad that no longer worked at all. The 2 guys there were very nice but I feel the assistant manager just sat back and didnt even step in to help in this obvious coustomer service issue. At the end all I was told is that I had to buy the LCD and they would replAce it .... Buy an LCD that they broke !

The service and communication at this store was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone! I ordered an IPad mini screen from them a couple weeks ago to replace my cracked screen. They had me pay for the screen in advance, but take my Ipad with the cracked screen home until they received the screen. The store never called me to let me know that the screen I ordered and paid for had come in. I had to call them about a week later. They then told me that yes, it was in. Then, I took my Ipad in for the repair. They called me a few hours later to tell me it was the wrong color. I had them use this one anyway since that was just cosmetic, in order to get my Ipad back that day. I called them later that afternoon to see if it was ready. They had me give them my password to check some settings. Apparently there were issues turning my Ipad on and off, and the touch screen wouldnt work anymore. They told me my device was ready and when I went to pick it up, of course, it didnt work. They had me leave the Ipad for another week and I finally called again today to see if it was ready. They say now that my screen is in, but the repair hasnt even been started. Im beyond frustrated with this store. Do not use them!

This location did a horrible job if I could give zero stars I would. They use aftermarket pieces that they claim are real apple pieces and FYI your phone will start glitchinh if you have a iPhone 7 because they dont have the right tools to accurately fix them go to Apple

They repaired my phone and had it looking and working like it was brand new. My phone was acting crazy and I had no idea what was going on. Andrew informed me that over time with a broken screen, the phone will actually start acting like it has a virus. If you guys ever have phone problems, come see the experts at ifix!

Service was horrible, I took a IPAD mini to be repaired on the 17th of June, here it is 2 weeks later and the device was still not ready ! Went to the one on poplar and the repair was 50 dollars cheaper then the 218 that this store charged !! RIP Off and horrible customer service!!!

I paid for my laptop screen to be fixed and we waited at least 3 weeks, probably more for it to be fixed. I went in just yesterday to see if it was ever going to be fixed and it turns out the part they needed was never ordered.

Anybody with an Apple product should come here first to get any service done i took my iPhone 6s to Apple and they told my my motherboard was bad wanted me to pay $300 to get it fix i took it to i fix and repair they told me it was my charger port they fixed it and it came back on n only paid about $50 i would definitely come back to them anytime
