Honestly it has been years since I have gone into a Krispy Kreme. And I must admit I enjoyed walking into a store and making a purchase of a dozen glazed donuts. Wow, they were soooooo good and I ate my last one yesterday. I had been craving for a Krispy Kreme. Truly enjoyed those fresh, soft, sweet, donuts. Stop by and get some you will be glad you did. Krispy Kreme need to work on retraining they workers. This area was out of Dame near every donut on the menu. How are you going to have a donut store buy out off most of the menu SMH. And this was in the day time when peoples get off work. Not only 1 time this happened two times and 1 week. And I sign up for coupons and they dont send me no email with no specials. Why would I sign up for and I dont get no emails from Krispy kreme ? Wont be going back no more.

Had to grab the re-release of the Reeses Donuts. 🔥 Store was immaculate, even the bathroom. Staff was great and everything was fresh and nicely boxed.

I’ve checked numerous times a week for literally MONTHS & the hot light is NEVER on. I’ve giving up now, this location has gone completely down hill.

People were so friendly and so helpful! The lady at the checkout gave my family a buy one get one free coupon for our doughnuts and gave great advice on the best way to order things to get the most for your money’s worth! For sure make sure to stop here and get some amazing doughnuts and a strawberry lemonade chiller plus some wonderful service.

So I literally received a doughnut with no glaze I ask for a glazed doughnut I received a doughnut with no glaze yes it was hot and fresh but no glaze

Very unpleasant experience today. Clerk was very unhelpful after telling me pull to the side and download the app and to get back in line after downloading it to be told the app nor my email that Krispy Kreme emailed me was sufficient enough to receive the offer they sent me!

I am not really on board with Krispy Kreme craze. Donuts were fine but they had no specialty drinks available. We were able to get coffee with cream but I would have rather had vanilla caramel flavoring.

Had to use my card, as they had no cash on site for some reason.Got a dozen donuts, hoping to make them last a couple days. Nope! We ate them all in one day!

Ive been to better. They had no lemonade or strawberry chillers. There was no original glazed donuts ready but I waited for one. It wasnt done. Took a bite into pure mush. It was gross. The store wasnt clean. The vent cover was off of one of the donut cases im assuming to be repaired and it was filthy inside. I wont be back.

Long wait times and always get to the speaker to learn they are out of glazed doughnuts or some other item. I also would get to the speaker for them to tell me they are only excepting cards or exact change.

Attempted to make an order for our school on Friday April 30, 2021 for Teacher Appreciation Week. Couldnt get anyone to answer the phone at the Whitehaven Store or the Hacks Cross Store. We literally had to get someone to go to the store and get them on the cell phone. Get to the store Monday, May 3, 2021 I walk up to the store and the person standing behind the counter points to the drive thru, you dont come to the door or address me at all. I go the the intercom and let them know I am there for an order for our school and she yells, YALL GOT AN ORDER FOR SO AND SO SCHOOL? in the intercom. No, Good Morning or anything. They get my order ready and hand it to me through the window. No, Thank you, or anything. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WHITEHAVEN STORE IS SORELY LACKING. THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IS BECAUSE EVERYONE IS ADDICTED TO SUGAR!!!! I will never patronize this establishment EVER AGAIN. I really hope Management reads this post and makes some needed changes. It may just be this store and not the rest in Memphis, TN. I sure hope this is not the normal for Krispy Kreme.

Terrible! Hot sign is never on anymore. Teams customer service is horrible. They dont let you finish your order from talking over you. No one was wearing a mask.

The food is good but the attitude of a female employee that works with Kyla has made sure Krispy Kreme doesnt get anymore of my familys service. She was a heavy set young lady that was intimidating customers and cutting them (us) off before the orders done.

The guy tried to get me to buy a dozen donuts four times in a two minute transaction. That Krispy Kreme training camp must be brutal.

Not what Im accustomed to. When it comes to Krispy Kreme. The prices are through the roof now. I remember. When I could give a $10 bill. And get back At least $2 and some change. A dozen donuts are now 11 bucks Its not that serious. And trust me. Its cheaper to make your own. Krispy Kreme got to do better with them prices. And by the way, they taste a little different from the past.

My fiancé and I visited this location tonight (04.08.2021) around 9:17 pm because we had a craving for some glazed donuts. We did notice there was a line in the drive-through, but as we approached the speaker to place our order, a young man announced over the speaker that they were out of donuts. Now, it was about 9:28 pm so how can you be out of donuts and you don’t close until 10pm? This would have never happen at the Hacks Cross location.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme donuts shop in the world. Their donuts are dry, have a distinct taste, horrible donuts. Please dont waste your time in the drive thru line and your money.
