I come here when I have to buy a wig immediately. (Because I usually order my wigs online.) But the owner is so nice. And we use the same alarm company. However, his wife tries so hard to be cool. Sit down. Dont tell people what hair color they should and shouldnt get. Thats not your place. She was very out of line and I let that be known.

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE THERE!!! THE CHINESE LADY NAME ESTA WILL MESS U UP!! I GOT MY LASHES DONE AND THEY CAME OFF THE SAME NIGHT AND I COULDNT GO BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED AND THE FOLLOWING MORNING I WENT OUT OF TOWN. SO I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD 24 HOURS TO COME BACK IN BUT I COULDNT BECAUSE I WASNT GOING TO BE BACK IN TOWN WITHIN 24 HOURS. I WENT WHEN I MADE IT BACK TO SEE IF SHE COULD DO THEM OVER FREE OF CHARGE BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED BUT THEY WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT. TO BE HONEST I DIDNT WANT HER TO DO THEM OVER ANYWAY BECAUSE HER WORK WAS TERRIBLE BUT I WANTED MY MONEYS WORTH!!! DONT GET ME WRONG THEY STAY STOCKED WITH PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE GOOD SELLS AND THEY WAS NICE UP UNTILL THIS EXPERIENCE, I JUST WOULDNT RECOMMEND LASH WORK!

The owner and his family always watching people makes you feel uncomfortable to shop. I have seen the owner go off on customers because of his character of watching customers and being rude that the customer changed her mind about making a purchase and he snatched her money out of her hands and cashed her out and she requested her money back and he stated no refunds. That was low down and dirty. I have came here for more than 13 years and even though I live across the street from this establishment, I drive further to another beauty supply store.
