I love this beauty store. The ladies are always so friendly and their hair dye is always the colors its supposed to be.

Girl at the cash register had a horrible attitude, they constantly were watching me and giving me a glare. Never spending my money here again! I felt like taking everything back. Black women should not act like that towards each other. Its a shame.

They are the worest store to visit and the staff talk crazy to you in front of there so called management team. They are garbage....the chick with the green elf hat is just sloppy.

The employees were nonchalant. I wasnt asked if I needed some help. The place was a bit disorganized but you could still find product after much searching.

They watch you like you want to steal something everytime you go in there and that pisses me off

Theres a fradulent charge on my credit card from this store, I called and got no answers except that the manager wont be in the store until maybe the end of the week. The employee stated theres no corporate office either to contact for the charges. ??????? upset!
