I have been here twice and both times the service has been horrible. No one offering to help answer my questions & once I get “help” it’s in the form of short one word replies with no excuse for being short as I am the only customer in the place. This time I went in and the manager himself was rude to while training employees. No wonder the employees have such low standards of service. Lastly I been there with in the span of 4 months and both times it felt as though their air conditioning wasn’t working.

2 Scoops with a side of CovidWho knew getting ice cream could also mean possibly being exposed to Covid! Well, it can if you go here. The 3 ladies inside said NOTHING to a guy who came in with no mask, did not always social distance and made others feel uncomfortable...all because he couldnt follow directions or heck even the pictures posted on both entrances. Thanks Baskin Robbins for putting procedures in place, marking off socially acceptable distances and then NOT ENFORCING ANYTHING!!! If other establishments can mandate (even offer masks for those who come empty handed), refuse service for noncompliance...Then Why Cant You??? No overly priced ice cream is worth it! I am having to take my business ANYWHERE else!!!

I always come here but this time I was disappointed. They were out of most of the ice cream and the waffle bowls I bought were old and the scoops I had were very small. Seemed like they were trying to shut down 2 hours early.

All of the staff was excellent, professional, and welcoming. It was very busy when I arrived and they got the line down in no time. The cake I ordered online was excellent and ready in time. I would very much recommend this location.

Ive had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. The bill was well within reason for the quality. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers were NOT wearing their masks, which made customers believe it was okay to not wear their masks. Shelby County cases are rising rapidly and this is terrible behavior!

Clean, excellent and friendly service, even though it was busy we were served very quickly.Additional charges were explained politely and prior to delivery of ice cream.The ice cream was tasty as well.

Normaly they are pretty professional, but tonight it was just a bunch of kids standing around. It was kinda funny how I was just standing there staring at them waiting for my order to be taken while they were on their phones. Im sure it was just an off night because like I said they are normally quick and attentive.

Nice place for a summer treat. Ice cream a little soft melted quickly. Also the scoops could be a bit larger.

You walk in and they always smile and are ready to help. Great staff,great ice cream. Always a pleasure.

Great industrial grade ice cream. its in a funny location and google navigation brought us through a strip mall parking lot from the back side to arrive instead of having to make 3 extra left turns to get here. KUDOS to google navigation.

Very friendly staff. Made me feel welcome as soon as we came in the door. However I do not know how the staff deals with some of these attitudes.

I love the staff and the ice cream was so good. Its definitely a great place to bring kids.

I just walked in with my sister and 3 toddlers and the two young ladies working there were pretty rude. They were having a conversation with their friend when we walked in and continued to have a full blown conversation until for a good two minutes of us being there. One of them finally stopped and asked if we knew what we wanted yet. Thats it.. no hello, how are you, not even a smile. But a guy walked in after us and received an immediate friendly greeting. We felt pretty unwelcomed and just left.

The staff were lovely and the blueberry muffin icecream was THE BEST EVER

You cant go wrong with Baskin robins no matter what time of year. The rainbow sharber has always been my favorite but I could probly rattle off a dozen other flavors that I enjoy as well. The staff here is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. Their ice cream cakes are pretty good as well.

This location needs training on food handling. They serve you ice cream with no gloves on and the girl that served my ice cream had her FINGER NAILS All In the ice cream bucket.i did not eat it told the manager she got an attitude I will not be eating at this location again.

Good service. Great product

We frequently visit this location and seem to be disappointed more and more. The ICE CREAM is GREAT but the customer service of some of the night crew is shocking. We have witnessed employees talking over the counter about other people and not waiting on the next customers in line to the point of the customers asking to be waited on. We were there last week 30 mins before closing and chairs were already on tables and the employee sweeping the floor yells out across the store at 845 we close in 15 mins and shook his head in disbelief as people were ordering. He was visibly upset that people were still in the store during business hours trying to order while he was taking the chairs and putting them up. I even went and looked at the door to make sure I didnt miss an early closure sign.

We took our kids after work today to spend time with them, but after getting a nasty attitude/vibe from the tall lady with dark hair that took our order we decided to leave since the environment felt toxic with those employees, the fact that they hate their job is nobody elses problem but theirs not the customers, theyre still getting paid and we werent nasty or rude to her to receive that service.
