Brought my little cousins here for lunch on Halloween. I enjoyed the chicken burger, and the kids enjoyed the sweet potato hush puppies. The cashier gave the smaller children trick or treat candy and they really enjoyed that. The whole staff where polite and helpful. Will be back!
Fries and onion rings were great. Burgers on the other hand were not... my medium well burger, which should have no pink, was entirely pink (not that big of a deal I still ate it happily). My brother ordered a burger medium rare which should be pretty pink but was very much raw. It was entirely dark red and the bun was sopping with red liquid. When asked nicely for a new burger they refused saying “that’s how our medium rare is”. Medium rare should never should be raw.For an $8 burger you’d expect much more.

Great experience! Food is perfectly prepared.... meat patties have great texture. A lot of places the burgers are tough and/or dry but Farm Burger makes them juicy and melt on your mouth. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.
Delicious grass fed burger and gluten free bun! Service was fantastic and my food was ready quickly. Really cool industrial decor but seats were still comfy.

Im giving this place for stars not because I had a bad time, but because I think they could make the experience much better quite easily. There outdoor seating area is huge and I definitely think it would be a gorgeous place to sit outside if there were more Greenery. At the moment it is just a huge area full of concrete so it wasnt great to sit outside. The burgers were awesome, and they were done so quickly we had barely sat down before they brought them to us! I also would say they should rename the kale slaw, its definitely more of a kale salad, but thats splitting hairs!

Ordered uber eats when my husband was in VA hospital. OMG!!! The best burger I have ever had in my life! You know the taste that a really good steak has, That savory beefy flavor? These burgers have that! So fresh and delicious. No mystery meat here. They are the real deal, and I wish that had one in Bartlett, TN. Farmburger doesnt squash there burgers as thin as paper and they use REAL high grade quality beef! Oh the toppings are awesome too, but the beef is the star of the show.
Should you find yourself in the vicinity, this is a great place for a burger! Grass fed, the hamburgers are very tasty and good for you. Good salads also...but the onion rings and fries are delicious! Its a long drive for us, but when we have to go to Memphis, this is our eating place. Plenty of parking also.
Excellent food! The burgers, the fries, the onion rings, the shakes, I have not had anything that was not Excellent. Outstanding service. The staff appear to truly enjoy working there. Highly recommend Farm Burger Memphis.
Was first time that I had been there we had lunch after doctors appointment who was actually excellent homemade onion rings with your not too shabby I had the andouille sausage patty melt with onion rings I would definitely get that again little on the pricey side but these days you cant blame them I enjoyed it though you can dine in there at Crosstown

Okay this place was SO COOL! I wish I knew more about the history of the building this place is in. Robert helped us and was very kind when explaining the ingredients of each burger! We got the kids cheese burger, a #1 and a #2The vegan burger was great but like...sour? Too many cherry tomatoes for my picky taste. Good patty and bun though! Would come back again.

Stopped here on the way home from a business trip. The place is secure and well lit. Service is good and the food excellent. Fries are simply fantastic and the burger is wonder. I definitively recommend stopping by, I will be looking for the one opened in Nashville.Of note, it is located inside the cross town concourse building
First impressions are lasting impressions...I ordered a veggie burger and it was all crumbs...I could not pick it up and eat it like a burger. I was so disappointed. After addressing the matter with several employees, the manager said its a new item on the menu and I should have asked for it to be fried...😳. I never have had to specify at any restaurant that serves veggie burgers, how to cook it so it will not fall apart. She would not fix me another one unless I paid for it. I will never revisit this Farm Burger ever again 😡! I have a picture to prove my terrible experience (hope to be able to post it).
Hamburgers are good, on par with Way Back or Five Guys burgers. The chicken sandwich is good, nothing special. I love their onion rings. They are just good, old school style onion rings, well prepared.
Veggie burger didnt have any seasoning, but the customer service and fries were awesome

We ordered 4 burgers, 3 medium well, 1 medium rare. Mine, the medium rare, came out almost completely raw. I took it in to get remade, but they refused, saying that’s how they do there medium rare. I would have happily let them remake it and wouldn’t have a problem with it, but the type of service I got was absolutely ridiculous.
Fair prices. Quality food. Delicious. Great service. Will be back.

Date Night at Farm Burger was a success! The food came out in a timely manner. The atmosphere was laid back and not so crowded. As soon as I bit into my burger it was juicy, flavorful and definitely delicious. The Farm Burger fries was seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese. Everything was AMAZING from the food to the staff.

Apart of a huge tourism group for the state of TN, stopped in to try out the infamous Farm Burger. For such a large group the wait time was so little and the service was great.Now the food, I ordered build a burger. The housemade vegan, just the party and the bun with bacon on the side, the paty was wonderful and soft, near perfect balance between spice and flavor. Sweet potato fries on the side as well, as someone whos never had swt potato fries before these were a delightful experience. I recommend for any out of townies whod like to try a shot at a vegan burger. Nice experience, excellent service.

Was definitely different from what Im used to but the food was great and cooked exactly the way I requested.
All you really need to know is that you can get Hush Puppies and Customizable Cheeseburgers. They have a fantastic vegan option as well but if you cheat on a menu Id do it here. The portions are huge so get ready to eat. Do yourself a favor and get the Fries and Rings. They play a really eclectic mix of music which is appreciated.
Had a chorizo burger and it literally had no taste very disappointing for the price.

This is a favorite of my family. We dine here twice a month and the food never disappoints. The service is amazing and I thank the entire staff on how they handled the COVID-19 restrictions.One of my favorite burgers and Im a burger fan! Man it used to be good when they had the original impossible burger but they have the beyond which is straight! I actually love beef burger but I loved the original impossible burger more than all the burger on their menu! It was just seasoned and flavorful but anyway!I’ve tried a few things! The wings are not great! The hush puppies are pretty good! The burgers are decent! And the FB Fries just depends on who’s in the kitchen! Today I had some FB fries for example, and it tasted like they mixed old fries with new ones and my wife had sweet potato fries and she said they tasted old!I know it’s Covid and it’s crazy out there but the consistency isn’t there all the time! You just have to play your cards right and hope for the best!I was a big fan when they started out! It was always fresh but now I can’t say the same!

Someone suggested the chicken burger with all the toppings and feta cheese. I was skeptical about both(chicken burger & feta cheese) and because it was so delicious. Ive had it for lunch 3 more times. So many fries you definitely have to share..

Disappointed, I’ve eaten at another Farm burgers and the food was better. This one had really really sweet collard greens. My medium rare burger was more like rare. The sweet potato fries were soggy. I don’t plan on going back.
Im not sure why my experience was poor when this restaurant has such great reviews. I ordered the farm burger on a gluten free bun, medium well meat, with a side of FB fries. The person taking my order told me that there was cross contamination with the fries but I havent had problems with cross contamination in the past so I told him it was okay (this part was good, the server was knowledgeable in kitchen practices). My husband and I waited for our food for a short amount of time. His food came as he ordered it. Mine came out on a regular bun with regular fries. This was not what I ordered. I told the server that I had ordered it on a gluten free bun and she told me that she would take it back and get the correct order. It came back out on a GF bun like I had asked but no fries with it. My husband goes up to talk to the man who took our order at the register to see what happened with my order. He soon delivered by FB fries as I had ordered. After two tries, I got what I had originally ordered. This part was of the experience was good, they fixed these problems without a fuss. However, when I started eating my burger, I found the center to be raw (see picture attached). The meat in my fresh burger was cold to the touch. I was tired to dealing with the problems I was having with my meal so we left shortly after.

This place is awesome! It was in a part of town I had never been before. I was looking for a good veggie burger and saw they had the impossible burger so my wife and I decided to check it out. The place was cleaned and very welcoming. They didnt have the impossible burger in stock but their housemade veggie burger was just as good. Will definitely be back.
I love this place...one because the chicken burger is fire and two because when the government shutdown last year they gave us free lunch on Fridays. I will never forget that kind deed and that is why I have continued to go and spend my own money. Thanks again for your generosity.
The service and food was great
Been here about ten times now, the food is always really tasty and very consistent. We found it because of vegan option(s) initially, so that box is checked. As good as the food is, the ambience is great--being in Crosstown, they did a great job with their space, the smells are amazing, etc. They are a chain but they source local ingredients and local craft beers, so a bit of the best of both worlds in supporting local but knowing they have the scale and experience to deliver a great experience.
The Chicken Burger was very good. Farm Burger was so so. Fries (both regular and sweet) were mediocre, at best. Kids grilled cheese was lame.I like this sustainable concept and I like the atmosphere. But, the food needs work. Also needs a soda fountain vs. charging $2 for a can of room temp soda.I want this place to make it. Just needs work.
Really good burgers and management. The employee gave us the wrong number and wandered around with our food for 10 minutes. By the time we got it it was stone cold. I let an employee know and they brought us all new food. I love a restaurant that serves its customer and is willing to turn a bad experience into a great one. On the second round everything was amazing.
Very good! The fries were excellent and crispy. I had a gluten free bub which was not dry and crumbly like most are. The party was also very tasty.
Safe place for those with gluten allergies or any kind of food allergies. They have separate fryers and gluten free buns that are tasty!! Everything is top quality and such a good price. Why would anyone get a burger anywhere else? Its so affordable and you know your getting nutritional food and supporting better farming methods. The staff is so nice and understanding of allergies and I can feel the difference in my body when I eat here vs other places. I recommend this place to everyone. Its amazing and the atmosphere is great.
I had the veggie burger with the Impossible meat. It was FANTASTIC. The “meat” was perfectly cooked and if I hadn’t known, I wouldn’t have been able to tell that it wasn’t meat. Didn’t even think of taking a photo, because I was too busy inhaling my food. XD I did miss the cheese though. They don’t have a vegan option. Otherwise, it was perfect. I added grilled onions and pickles with a touch of mustard. I’ve also been told to try the onion rings as well. Definitely next time.The location is great too, very modern but inviting to sit and eat. The building is also nice for a browse around after lunch, little shops and loads of artsy things.
Had a good burger and a really good salad here! LOVE thats its in the Concourse; grew up with the Sears Crosstown Building, and I LOVE what theyve done with the building. Easy parking, too!

Great burger. I loved my sunny side burger without cheese but added FB sauce and jalapeños. It had the right creamy effect. the fries are crispy on the outside but soft inside. We chose here over the other $10 burger place in crosstown for the more lax atmosphere with our two kids. High chairs available. The ordering process was a bit awkward and he didn’t hear part of my order. He resolved it well. Husband loved the pimento cheese melted over his fries. He’ll be replicating that at home now.
Really good food for a decent price. Unique choices that you wouldnt find at a normal burger joint. I am a big fan of the impossible burger that they serve there. Seating isnt exactly plentiful, but there are plenty of large tables for bigger parties.

Delicious, fresh burger cooked expertly and a ton of great toppings. I highly recommend the smoked paprika mayo and the sweet potato fries. A basket is the right size to share with 2-3 people if you want to save some money. They even do gluten free, and my Celiac wife has never had a reaction from cross contamination here. We always notify them of the situation though, which helps them know to take extra care. Unfortunately no gluten free dedicated fryer, so she cant eat the fries.
Delicious burger! Both of us enjoyed the farm burger and a basket of fries to split. Canned drinks and no fountain makes for expensive refills. Would definitely come back for a burger.
