WORST linen company EVER!!! They basically send you what they want you to have. This has happened to me twice. The first time instead of purple and turquoise tablecloths, I received silver. I gave them another try and instead of receiving 5ft red round spandex tablecloths, I received white polyester rectangular tablecloths. I will never order from them again.
Ordered 21 tablecloths for my wedding and 5 of them were stained. Customer service is quick to respond but extremely unprofessional, only 2-3 word responses. Just received replacements for the stained tablecloths and they sent the wrong sizes. Brides- you do not need this added stress, please buy somewhere else!!
Terrible experience. When I first found this site, the reviews I saw were from an ad at the top of the page and it had good reviews. Little did I know, if I would have scrolled further down, I would have seen the the real google reviews which were mostly bad. I paid additional shipping (more than $23) to ensure that my items were received in more than enough time. Customer service can only be contacted via email. There is no phone number whatsoever to contact them by. I was told my items shipped, but that they “entered the tracking information incorrectly” so there was no way for me to track this. The shipping facility is located in Memphis, TN, around 4 hours from where I live. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my order would arrive timely since I was told it had shipped. I sent probably 15-20 emails contacting back and forth with customer service which was little to no help at all. I was finally told the day before my event that I would be provided a full refund. This was after I explained that even though they didn’t enter the tracking information correctly (supposedly), they could directly contact FedEx with the reference ID they were given when they shipped the items and FedEx can still tell them the shipping/tracking status. Of course, this was never addressed directly because the items were never even shipped though I was told multiple times they shipped one week prior. I finally received an email from them stating that the package shipped on 8/14, THE DAY OF MY EVENT, after I was told that morning they would set the delivery to return to sender once it arrived and I would be issued a full refund. I will never even consider using this company again and I honestly don’t know how they are even still in business. Final note: check reviews extensively and trust the BBB rating of F.
I ordered twice from them since March 2020, did not get any of my orders-No customers number to call, reported the issue through their contact us-got email from Justine and was able to refund one order, promising to send the other by Dec 2020. I have been ordering from Linen Tablecloth for years, but since they have decided to have the worst customer service ever, there is no way to get an issue resolved. I placed an order and several items was missing, from my order, i follower there protocol as far as sending several email and also text Messenger on Face Book, and their respond was(through Messenger & no response from email) they sent me a tracking number (which i already have) and said it has already been shipped. What about the item that i havent received. I guess they really dont care, they got their money for their product.Not to mention part of my order was found by the FED EX driver at another business, and she picked it up from the business and redelivered to me. Thank goodness she did, but cant talk to anyone at Linen Tablecloth to find out where is the rest of my order.I am giving a One Star only because I received part of my order and the prices are good. Customer Services SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered 21 packages of Ivory napkins (12 count)for my wedding in a few weeks. Out of 21 packages, 19 packages had less than 12. Ive reached out to customer service by email twice and have not received any feedback or resolution.Update (8/18/20): After a week and a half of constantly reaching out via email, I still did not receive a reply. I had to contact them via Instagram in order to get a reply. They resolved my issue and I received the remaining napkins a few days later.
I received my order some items were not correct . What I ordered was Pink 120 round table clothes. But what I recieved was PEACH 120* round table clothes. I have sent 3 emails and still have not received any information back from Linentablecloth. Also there is no phone number to call this company.. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me so that I can get the correct items that I paid for.
I ordered rectangular tablecloths on 12/7(Saturday) and sent an email titled URGENT saying that I needed the tablecloths by 12/15 for an event. They responded to my email 12/9(Monday) by simply providing the notification that the item had been shipped. I received my item 12/11. I saw the many negative reviews and was petrified that I would not receive them on time, but that was not my experience. Thank you very much!!!
I am giving them 3 starts because of the option to pick up locally,the quality of products and the great prices. I do not like the fact that there is no one that you can speak with regarding your order. Its okay to use technology in business but not having the option to speak to a live person if there is an issue is not great customer care.If you are local to the Memphis area I would highly recommend purchasing from them since your will call order will be ready for pick up within 24/48 hours of ordering.
I love this place.they were on time with my order very helpful and they also have a large variety of things there dishes and cook ware are very beautiful and every so often they have the best sales. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I rented table linens for my daughter’s wedding. I was worried that I couldn’t speak to someone by phone. I tried chat, which I figured was live. It just took me to faq. We ordered ivory linens. 1/2 were white the other half ivory. 😡 I traveled from Illinois to Washington state for the wedding. The wedding was yesterday and I am driving back across the country early tomorrow morning. I have been emailing for the last five days to find out how and where to ship back. I’VE HAD NO RESPONSE!!!! I am beyond angry at this point. In 15 minutes I am taking the boxes to UPS and sending them to the Memphis address that I saw on the website. I have requested a shipping labels also no response.I sure don’t know how they are are still in business. I hate poor customer service and they have one of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with!

I used this company years ago and it was great. Ordered table covers and runners July 11. Have only received the table covers. Have emailed 3 times about where my runners are. No response. They charged the full amount. No phone numbers. Very upset.Update: They wrote they would contact me and did not. Plus I went to their Live Chat during their hours and they never responded. They have 24 hours to tell me why they took my money and gave me no product before I file.
Steer clear guys!! Horrible customer service not only that but I paid $30 for three day rush shipping to have my ordered delivered 6/26 for a 6/30 event date and they now are delivering 7/3 with no notice from the company it’s self no refund for shipping and what the heck am I going to do now three days before a funeral and no linens. I have really enjoyed fast shipping and complete orders for several years. However, two of my last three orders have been problematic. At the moment I have written several emails to customer service with only an automated response that I would be receiving a response. Two items were missing from my order, and one item shipped was the wrong one. All I want is a refund. I wont make the mistake of ordering from them again!
100% would not recommend using this company for any kind of rental service. The issue I have is not at all with the products- the tablecloths were great for my wedding. Its the customer service that is so terrible. I paid over $150 in deposit fees and have been waiting over a month to receive a check by mail. Be forewarned that the website says that your satisfactions is important to them, but I would highly suggest checking the reviews first. Terrible experiences by many!
Phone number listed online doesnt work, live chat function is a search bar, because there us no one there to ever speak to you, and I ordered linens 3 weeks ago, which were never shipped. I have attempted contact with the via email several times without any response. Now I have to contact my bank to report them in order to even get my money back. I have to rush another order from a different company to even get my linens in time for my wedding. Absolutely do not use. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered (68) WHITE stretchy chair covers for folding chairs and received (1) table cloth and (10) black stretchy chair covers for boutique chairs. I’ve sent 4 emails and also attached a copy of my order and a picture of the order that I received. My order was not at all cheap and I can not get in touch with anyone from this company. Terrible do not use! Cheap Linens ordered a product it never shipped and could not get a refund or speak to anyone. I truly think this is a fraudulent company please use a more reliable company dont waste your time or money lost $200.00 bucks.
I will never use this company again. They sent me several wrong sized tablecloths and the light gray ones were badly stained. I asked for a replacements and they sent me teal napkins instead of a light gray tablecloth. They have no phone number and so you can only email them. They are slow to respond and don’t acknowledge more than one problem at a time. I asked for a refund, and was told that I will get a refund for only the ones that I sent pictures of. I was never told I would need to prove that more tablecloths were in fact stained. I asked for a manager and was told by a customer service person that she was the highest person available. Their customer service is horrible. I was told from a dry cleaner that we went to to have them pressed that they were stained. The dry cleaners asked if we wanted them cleaned first, but we were told that this company doesn’t want us to clean them.

I placed an order and received all of it except for a large amount of sunflowers . I contacted the company a week ago to let them know. They emailed me saying that they were looking into it. I havent heard back from them. And I was charged in full for the flowers.

Super Wish I read these reviews first. Too good to be true! The linens that came where it different textures and full of stains. Which wouldnt have been so bad, if all of the overlays that I ordered had actually came. Instead I only received 4 overlays that where all tattered. Ive been trying to get in contact with this company all week, and have found it nothing short of impossible. Please do not use this company, instead just SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!
I have ordered from this company for many years without a problem. I also ordered earlier this summer without a problem. I ordered again on July 23 and have not received my shipment. I am hoping to receive it soon but it sounds like I cannot be sure I will receive it. I do not know what is going on in these peoples lives that would cause this change and cannot imagine the stress. Very disappointed with the customer service! I ordered multiple tablecloths for our wedding and did not receive any of the rectangle tablecloths and the order was paid for a month ago! I have sent multiple emails marked URGENT and have not heard back. There is no phone customer service available and the live chat is not live at all. My wedding is in a couple weeks. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO CALL ME ASAP AND EITHER GET ME THOSE TABLECLOTHS OR REFUND ME FOR MY PURCHASE!

Three weeks and multiple emails later, I have heard nothing from Linen Tablecloth.Your lack of transparency and communication leaves me no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank and report you to the BBB.You lost another returning customer.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!I hate to say this but this company has gone down the toilet. They have amazing prices and when theres nothing wrong with your order then everything is fantastic. The problem is when theres something wrong. They have a telephone number that is just an automated system. In order to contact them you can only send an email. After that it takes them several days to respond.Ive ordered from them many times and the last two times Ive had issues. One order took them so long to process, over a week, that half of my order was not in stock. Since they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience I placed another order. The most recent time a part of my package went missing in transit. The first time I contacted them the young lady said she would resend it. A month later I contacted them again and she also said that she would send it but this time expedite it since I have an upcoming event. Did it show up? NOOOO!!!!! Now I have to figure out how to fix this. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. A company this large needs to do better. I dont know how they can continue to help customers and solve customer issues with no telephone number. This is a joke! I NEVER leave bad reviews so since I am you know this is bad. I Ordered table cloths over a month ago 2/6/2020. Have yet to receive a tracking number or any indication they were shipped so I emailed them a few weeks ago no response. I just emailed again today and if I dont get a response in the next few business days I will FILE! PayPal will get a call and I will have my order refunded through them and I will be contacting the BBB! totally UNACCEPTABLE how the customer service is! I feel like Ive been ROBBED.(edit) im changing from star to 3 I got them in in time for the wedding the only reason im not giving 4 stars is because the I ordered just plain white table cloths I got two different whites it looks like they where cut from diff cloth. But I got all of them plus a couple extra which is cool. And everything worked out.

I just read the reviews, wished I had read them before I placed my order. I have been trying to get someone to answer a question by email all day long and still have not received a response. I was worried the company didnt exist at all and that they would start taking money out of my account and never send me my products. I looked for a phone number and tried to call it about 10 times. The phone would ring once then disconnect.
I have ordered 17 banquet table linens and have only recieved 7. My order was expensive and havent even gotten half of the remaining linens I ordered. I sent a request have yet to get any response. If I cant get the remaining linens I want a full refund. My order number is 1242910. Its difficult to run a company without having any customer contact even when its via email or live chat(a joke), time to get a phone number to call. People are ordering these linens for important occasions, its important to be a reliable company .
I would give zero stars if possible. I have used this company for my events NUMEROUS times in the past with no problems. I dont know if theyre under new ownership or what, but this last experience (and believe me, it will be my last) has been the worst lack of customer service Ive seen in a long time. I placed an order for my family reunion and it sat in pending status for WEEKS. The phone number listed on the website just gives you a recording that directs you back to the site. The supposed live chat feature is non existent. It just directs you to FAQs. I sent three emails that went unanswered until I blasted them on Twitter. Even after that my order remained in pending status. When it finally did ship, I arrived to the state where my reunion is being held (and where I had the order shipped) only to find that part of my order was missing. I checked all of the boxes top to bottom and couldnt find the napkins Id ordered. I rolled l reached back out in an email and was told the napkins werent in stock. They were in stock when I placed the order according to the site. I dont know if that was a lie, or if the available quantity dwindled in the weeks my order just sat there ignored (still no answer as to why it was overlooked), but NO ONE notified at shipping that part of my order would not be delivered. It wasnt until I brought it up that I was offered a refund for the napkins. That should have automatically been done when they knew l realized they werent going to send my entire order. The delays and now non delivery are costing me extra money and I want more than the refund for the napkins. I will never lie l let this company screw me over again. They just lost a frequent customer.
I had a double order by mistake and I return one of the orders unopen and was told my return was denied and after restocking fees I would only get less then ten dollars back. I feel this is not a good policy in their return system. My order was only 25.00 and I never open the package, I refused it when UPS brought it and I was denied my refund because they had to charge me a few to restock this item. Want be ordering from them again. Be careful when you order because if you try to return it, dont expect a refund.
I ordered my linen on Friday 12/06 and received them on Wednesday 12/11. Everything was right except they sent me the wrong chair covers. I reached out several times and no one has gotten back to me. I ordered several times in the past and had no issues. These linen is for my wedding and it’s added stress when no one answers.

I have used this company many times in the past to order linens for special occasions without issue through 2016. I ordered a variety of tablecloths, chair covers, overlays, and runners for my district’s prom, and while my order was shipped quickly, my order was missing a lot of items AND I received wrong sizes. After ensuring I ordered correctly, I tried to use the live chat feature to contact them. After typing a quick message, I submitted it to realize it is now no longer a “Live Chat”, but an email communication. The website assured me that I’d hear from them “soon”. Many days later, I have yet to hear a response. I have checked the website for phone numbers or any other way I can reach out to a representative quickly - there is nothing. In addition to my order being wrong, the packaging has an intensely strange smell and the plastic containing the linens was filthy. Upon inspection, some of the linens themselves appear to be stained. I did not rent - I bought these. No longer will I recommend or use this company.
I thought this was a great place because I received part of my order quick and the product was terrific, but then when the back ordered items never arrived and theres no way to get someone to answer it looked REALLY SHADY!! I have never received a refund on my card and still no answer 0 that is nothing short of theft in my mind
I have tried several times, by email and online support with no response. I receive part of my order. When I looked up the shipment, it said all my items shipped on 1 tracking number. Although I only received part of my order. I have an event this weekend 8/17/19 and if I dont receive will be without linens because I have not purchased any others. I ordered in plenty of time to receive before event...So upset! There is No phone number to contact and the online support says, not online at the moment. Dont know what to do. I should have read the reviews prior...lesson learned.
I do not recommend using this company. I ordered 200+ tablecloths from them and never received them. When I didnt receive a shipping confirmation for some time I reached out to them only to find out that they dont have the option to speak to a customer service rep. The live chat is not live and directs you to FAQ pages instead. The only time I got a response was when I left an email. BUT they denied helping me AT ALL because I was past 30 days. The service rep copied and pasted their policies and said she could no longer help me. I have no tracking, no tablecloths and no one to help. This is terrible service.
8.13 Update—I went to the warehouse as instructed by the owner, and no one was present and the gate was locked. I arrived before 5pm. It looked abandoned. How can I get a REFUND?!?4 days later...still no response!!!Placed an order for pickup (will call) that should’ve been available after 24 hours...no response to email inquiry.

Absolutely disappointed. As a business owner, I ordered linens May 15, was charged full price May 16 and have yet to receive any items. Six emails and three months later, no response. Finally disputed charges at the bank to have a refund issued. Had friends with a good experience a couple years ago. Apparently a couple years and all these bad reviews later should have been a warning.
I place and order on November 3rd and it was shipped out on the November 7th and I still have not received it. I had a wedding to do this pass weekend and I didnt receive my order. I was almost a disaster, I had to borrow tablecloths and other items to get it done. Im very disappointed, because I never had a problem with an order.

Wish I could give no stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered one overlay that was in stock. I paid for expedited shipping. 5 days later it has not been shipped. No responses to email and they have no customer service number for good reason. It would be ringing off the hook. They will take your money and you may never get the product you ordered.

Brenna is the only customer support that replies and she said my order was still pending and she would reset it so that I would get my order by 6/17.. well here we are 6/20 with no order and no replies to my emails asking for tracking numbers. Now we get to try to dispute this with the credit card company.. just great.

I place a order on 6/20/19. The tracking # said that I would recieve it by this Tuesday 6/25/19. I have not yet gotten any tracking information. My order is still pending on the system. I need the order by 06/27/19. I have sent several inquires to them on there website but all I recieve is an automated email back from the system. I have never had problems with the company before but they no longer have live agents to help assist customers over the phone. I need to know if I will get the order on time or do I need to cancel and order from another company?

TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. Ordered $130 of product, with $20 for shipping to arrive on the day before my event NOT ESTIMATED. The linens did not arrive in time. They are now charging a RESTOCKING fee after asking for a refund after they did not ship on time, and $42 for a SHIPPING LABEL that I could have paid for myself. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lost orders, dirty linens received and ZERO response to multiple URGENT emails. Their customer service phone number sends you to a recorded message loop with no ability to be speak with a representative. Highly recommend ordering months in advance to cope with the terrible customer service response times.
I placed my order 07/13/19 and kept checking the order to see if it had been shipped or process for that matter. When I didnt see any changes and saw they had taken my money out of my account I did live chat with Crystal M inquired why does it take so long to receive this order since Im in the same city and state the warehouse is located. Crystal M agreed and said she will have them process my order and ship it expedited at no extra cost to me that was on 07/18/19 when I spoke to her and she said I should receive the items by 07/23/2019. Guess what Im still waiting and the order is still processing and has not been shipped. I have reached out to them email several times and still havent heard back from them. This is beyond ridiculous. Bad business. I would tell anyone I know to stay away from this place.

This was my first time using this company. The front half of the process (36 tablecloth rental) went smoothly i.e. ordering, shipping, promptly, quality. However the back half of the process, unfortunately has me here writing a review. I was sent linen (3 tableclothes) that had mildew stains on it, which forced me to change my seating arrangement at the last moment. This company has absolutely no customer service, youll never be able to speak with anyone. My event was on April 6th, 2019 and Linen Tablecoth has yet to issue my deposit back. When I email in regards to the mildew stains and my deposit, I get a response approx. 9 days later. And then NOTHING! I actually recommended this company to a fellow party planner, I have reached back out to inform them unless youre ready for a headache do NOT use Linen Tablecloth. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as leaving a description of my experience on every review site that exist.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 table cloths from them. I received a huge box full of tablecloths, napkins, runners, skirts, etc. They are clearly for someones wedding (party). I feel terrible I have them, but I have been unable to contact anyone at the company. Its been 4 days. Beware!
I usually dont do this (write online reviews), but my experience has been so frustrating I felt I needed to warn potential customers. I initially placed an order about two months ago that arrived on time and was heavily discounted ($5 tablecloths for my budget wedding reception, hurray)...This past weekend I ordered from them again because they have such deals. After changing my mind about a product I followed their cancellation request process to a T; which included cancelling the existing one and completing a new order with the changes. With no response for over 3 days I started to worry, so I called the customer service line which rang and rang so I left a message.The next day I logged in and saw that my order was shipped and I received a FedEx tracking number in my email inbox. Again I submitted another cancellation request, left another voicemail and even called PayPal to dispute the charge...The package is set to arrive next week, but at this point I will be out almost $90 with product that I do not need.What kills me is they boast about how wonderful their customer service is on their website..... Please read others reviews before you purchase from this website. I found quite a few that state they have never received their product and were never able to get a hold of anyone. :/-Broke(r) Bride
I ordered linens on 8/04/19 a total of 7 linens 3 gray and 4 pink. When my order was shipped I only received the 3 gray. I sent an email and today is 8/15/19 I STILL haven’t heard back from anyone. I look online (google) for reviews and I am shocked that there are more 1/2 stars than 5. BUT THEN..... I go to the website and I find it real funny that ALL of their comments are good reviews. Then I find a comment that says “Sabrina really knows how to take care of customers over the phone” OH WAIT NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE CAN I FIND A NUMBER TO CALL. They don’t have a phone number they only do emails and live chat. Stop having your employees and friends give you good reviews when you can’t even provide a good service the first time around. I need answers or I want my money back.! Please get back to me ASAP. My order number is 1250078
DO NOT ORDER-FAKE= THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. I never do online reviews but Im so frustrated I cant help it. They will take your money, and you wont get your order, Ive sent multiple emails, messages, NO response. The live chat, and track my order doesnt work. There is NO customer service number that works.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I were allowed, I wouldnt even give this company 1 star. I ordered 20 tablecloths and after almost a month of waiting to receive my order, I contacted them twice just to be told the second time that they were on back order. After almost a week I noticed a deposit in my bank account from them refunding my money for all but 5 tablecloths. I have emailed them twice now about returning the rest of my money because I need 20, not 5. They have not responded yet.
I placed an order August 7th. The order still says pending. I have sent THREE emails asking about this and receive an automated response that they would be responding to me soon. They have already charged my charge card, but I can’t get an answer. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this company. I won’t be ordering again.
Very poor service I place a order and I got wrong color and I send a message at least 6 times and no one respond in 2 days cant believe. I never seen poor customer service like this.

Terrible customer service I have been trying to contact them to let them know all my order did not come in for my niece wedding that is this Saturday and no response. I always ordered my items from them but I will not spend my money again

Customer Service is horrible they give you a phone number that noone answers to but tell you to email them. They never respond to the email. Have been trying to cancel a order and get my money returned. HORRIBLE
Always on time with my order havent had no problems .
Went to pick up an order and was told to look at the handwritten note on the door; that they close from 10:45-12:00, but their published business hours are 8:00- -3:00. I drove 45 minutes just to be waved away but some guy while my order was literally sitting on a shelf next to him. This place and their customer service is the worst Ive ever seen.

Placed an order Feb 25 and today is March 5 and no order yet. Unable to comnunicate with anyone to find out when it will ship. Status says still processing. Will order next time from Amazon instead of giving my business to a company who wont even respond. Guess I should have read the reviews.
The Owner of this company is very unorganized he treats the people who work for him very bad.... It is not a great place to work..... He will treat you with no respect.....

Good Noon, I place and order about two weeks and still havent rececive my order . They use to bo good about there busines, but for now what i see they took my money and i havent recieve my item . But it stated completed on there end .
I received the wrong order. I have made every attempt to contact them and have not gotten a response. The prices aren’t great when you take into account that they send you random stuff and not what you ordered. You can’t get any customer service or your money back. I can’t use most of what they sent me and now have to order what I need from someone else! I’m on a tight budget. Losing money to a poorly run business is disappointing. If they ever contact me to fix the problem I will modify this post accordingly.
I purchased my items a week ago, they havent shipped it out, and now there is no way to contact them,only by email they respond when they want to, no phone number to talk with anyone. Very horrible business ☹️
Terrible customer service. Very unhelpful and terrible at contacting customers back with requests. They screwed up my shipping address so my package was shipped back to them. And there’s no way of sorting things out because there’s no number to call and they don’t respond to support requests. When they do it’s days later.
Can’t talk to a live person about my order
I placed my order 5 business days ago and it still says pending ---package has not shipped and I cant get a live person to ask about it. Says orders ship in 1-3 business days. Could not find a phone number and no one has answered my emails to support for the past 2 days. Is this a legitimate business?
Used the company before with no issues. Placed my order 9/2/17 and my order is still in Pending status! Im dissatisfied with the LACK of customer service. Im taking steps to have my credit card company dispute the charges. NEVER again!!
