We have been a regular consumer of Ink Toner cartridges fro Cartridge World at 4717 for 9 years. They have met all our needs for Cartridge replacement in a multitude of printers for the past 9 years. They have also been a great place to shop for replacement printers when necessary.

They save the day. Was there a couple of months ago. The lady was very helpful and friendly. Gave me exactly what I needed. Will shop there again. Price was very affordable. Thanks

Been doing business with Mike and company for the last decade and regardless of what you have read, this staff goes beyond when it comes to making sure you receive the service you deserve. They are always taking the time to make sure I have the cartridges I need and when there is a problem, Mike and his staff will do almost anything to correct the problem and they offer a military discount. So if you need cartridges or a printer, come see them

Cartridge World has saved me A LOT of money on cartridge replacement, I recommend that if you have cartridge needs of replacement go to cartridge world.

Cartridge World has a wide selection and their employees are knowledgeable and helpful. On one occasion when our purchase was not in stock they delivered it and installed it in our copier. Our office buys cartridges from no one else.

After trying to talk my boss into buying remanufactured toners for our Brother laser printer, she finally gave in and we bought a set of toners from this store. Big mistake. The first thing we noticed was the color was off. Not a big deal because we rarely use color anyway. The next problem we had was a big deal. Three out of the four cartridges started leaking. We were unaware of this until the black started leaving spots on the paper when we printed.I went to return the set and the girl behind the counter took them into the back, weighed them, and said they were empty. I told her my machine said the black was between 1/4 and 1/2 full and the color cartdriged were all over 3/4 full. I was told there was no counter on these cartridges which is a lie and I showed her where it was. She then said she knew nothing about the toners for that machine and went with the excuse that we had them too long. I dont think that should matter as long as they were full. She said she would have the manager call me to discuss the problem. He never called and was never available when I called.Bottom line is they sell crappy cartridges and do not stand behind their product. It is cheaper to buy OEM than pay almost new prices for cartridges that leak and get no use out of. Go elsewhere, buy online, or purchase new. You will come out better.

I drove 100 miles to pick up a 10A cartridge, got to the office only to find the new refilled cartridge was leaking toner all over the floor, printer and clothes. Im bringing it back for a full refund. But NEVER buying from them again. All you people that buy anything there should open the box before you leave the store.

This place is no longer open for business.
