Very nice and helpful people! I have been to this place several times, very early in the morning as first customer or even the last one at the end of the day…. Always been nice, respectful and very helpful! One of my favorite UPS stores to use every time I have something to ship!

Unbelievably terrible service! Asked in advance if they accept ship to store before shipping via UPS from Virginia. I got a text from UPS that package was delivered so I told my son who it was addressed to go pick it up. The staff told him they had no record as they don’t actually check in any packages just sign off on the whole truck. My son was leaving for a week so he left his phone number and mine in case it was found. They did find it but never called and instead sent it back to me.

Joyce and Elliot are absolutely amazing people here! We ordered a couch on Amazon that came in 3 boxes and 1 box was delivered to the wrong address. We called them and they made sure to track down the box and to personally come deliver it to us! Great service!

In the height of the COVID pandemic, not one of the employees working was wearing a mask. They also made me feel like I was an inconvenience to their day and interrupting their conversations.

First time at the store and it was wonderful. The staff is outstanding. Very professional and friendly. Give them A+

I have had great experiences at this location on Highland. My last time in the store the copy machines were not working. The representative behind the counter called me by name, took my documents, and made the copies for me right away so I didnt have to come back. I will go back to the store where they know my name and care about the customer!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDRude and surly staff. I paid a premium for the convenience of shipping a package via USPS. $6.95 for a 6 ounce package. I dropped the package off at 12:33 pm on 11/07. As of today, 11/10 it has yet to be picked up. I asked the staff to pull the package and was told theres a huge pile of package for the postman to pick up but if I wanted to come in and look through the mail and find my package, I could. Can you say FELONY.The manager spoke to me as if I were an imbecile . I asked for the owner to call me. I doubt my information will be passed on to him--Greg Martin.The store manager said it was the post offices fault and I should call and complain and said she had already.I want a refund--the amount is insignificant but you took my money and did not provider services as stated. The way I was brought up, thats tantamount to stealing. For shame, UPS StoreAVOID AVOID AVOID

This UPS Store at Highland & Poplar takes care of all customers needs they literally have the best employees! The employees are very professional & great at doing their job! Customer service is the best their are very helpful & extremely polite so knowledgeable! This store is also very clean & very neat! This store is the Best Store to get all your stuff done in a quick & affordable way!

Under outstanding ownership and management, everyone is always helpful and friendly. The workers only sit during their lunch break, otherwise they get stuff done. Good, friendly staff.Not all postal options available, but the most commonly used are.Asked for a print quote, and never heard back, someone up the food chain dropped the ball and never followed up. Otherwise, great store.

Used to be a good experience, but lately they’ve been rude AF, act put out that I’m there darkening the doorway. Last trip they were “out of paper” and couldn’t print my label. Having errands to run in the area, I decided to come back when they said they would have the paper in an hour. I returned 2 1/2 hours later they still didn’t have paper to print the label, so I had to go to a different store across town. The store on union was much more efficient.

Needed help tracking 2 packages and was hung up on twice by the store. Literally couldnt have been less helpful.

This UPS stores saves me every Christmas. They do their best to make up for my late shopping and I can go there and ship to several locations, hassle free. Theyre always friendly.

The owners and the young ladies that work there are to be praised. They could teach a lot of other stores about customer service. Recently I had invitations printed with them, they worked very diligently with me to make our ideas come to light. No matter what you need they have you covered.

As a15 year customer at this UPS store, I have always been served by helpful and friendly staff. If a shipping glitch occurs, staff are efficient in determining the problem and work promptly to correct the problem. I also rent a secure mailbox for business purposes for connivence, saving an additional daily stop at the local Post Office. It is indeed a great “one stop shop”.

I mailed my son a computer and the box and computer arrived damaged. The store refused to take care of it. The manager put me off many times and was very rude. I will never use UPS ever again.

I have been going to this store for over 10 years. Everyone one have always been polite, professional and helpful.

Our office uses them to do 1,000 copies at a time. The one time they made a mistake, they immediately corrected while I waited at no charge.
